Abstract

Description
本发明涉及一种插管,优选的是带有一个插管座,尤其是用于一种采血装置,所述采血装置具有一个可摆动的、除了设置在相互对置的侧壁之间、由至少一个在所述侧壁上形成的、向内漏斗样地彼此相向走行、在此处由一个构成可扩宽的漏斗缝隙的薄片对所提供的插管开口之外全都周边封闭的、一个自由的插管端头的护罩。
从US5.490.841、DE 691 27 906 T2、DE 692 25 609 T2和US3.658.061公知这样一种有以多种多样的变例构成的安全罩或者说护罩的采血装置。这样一种护罩还可以用于注射器针头的插管。为了让使用者或者第三者不会与插管或者留在其上的血滴发生接触以及还为了避免针刺损伤,在结束采血以后对齐于所述插管摆动护罩,于是由护罩收入该插管。所述护罩有一个纵向延伸的开放的缝隙作为插管进入开口。当长的护罩摆动到与插管平齐的位置时,插管通过该缝隙进入。
在护罩本身中设有保留器件,用于防止已经摆动进的插管从护罩中意外地自行重新退出。这种保留器件以钩的形式构成,这些钩安排在由护罩壁封闭的槽路中并且从而在护罩内安排在其底壁上或者底壁的区域中。在这些采血装置中所述护罩通过一个夹片和一个卡圈或静止或可转动地固定在插管座上。
这些公知的护罩的缺点是,作为保留器件的钩不能够可靠地防止插管自行由此重新退出。也就是说不能够排除插管侧向沿自由的钩端重新从护罩滑出。例如US5.490.841提出的实质性问题是,当从缝隙侧对为方便导入插管而尽可能挠曲地延伸在整个罩长度上的薄片上施加压力时,该导入缝隙更宽地开放,使得插管进入开口展开或者说张开。于是所述插管/针可以轻易地从护罩中违背希望地退出。从而还存在有时会出现受污染的液体的问题。除此之外,带有附加的保留器件的护罩只能以高的耗费制造,并且使得要求附加的罩壳缺口(比较上述的DE691 27 906T2和DE 692 25 609T2)。最后所必需的把自由的插管穿入所述钩式器件中对操作人员要求一定的技巧前提并且尤其要集中注意力。
因此本发明的所基于的任务是,提供没有这些缺点的所属技术领域的针头,并且为使用者提供高的安全功能。
根据本发明该任务如下完成:所述护罩由两个相互插入的壳体部分组成,其中一个内壳体具有所薄片对并且一个包绕该内壳体的外壳体构成为相对所述内部壳体较低弹性的套筒。从而本发明摆脱了上述的通常的单件的护罩结构,并且能够通过该较结实的、在很大程度上无弹性的外部壳体,使由于柔性的薄片对必须用弹性软的材料制造的内部壳体受有防外部施加的压力的保护,使得漏斗缝隙不会违背希望地展宽,其中作为可选选择的替代方案只需要一个薄片是柔性的而另一个薄片可以是刚性的。
在此是内部壳体与插管座连接并且在上面套上较低弹性的外部壳体还是外部壳体与插管座连接然后在其中推入内部壳体是完全相同的。
另一个实施方式提出本发明所基于的任务的解决方案:护罩由两个可以相互插入的壳体部分组成,一个内部壳体具有薄片对而一个包绕该内部壳体的外部壳体构成为相对所述内部壳体弹性低些的套筒,其中外部壳体设有接触面,有利地构成为斜面或者半径(Radien),所述接触面在外部压力的情况下在所述内部壳体的对置的、互补地设置的面上引入一个指向所述漏斗缝隙的关闭力。
在此提议,施加压力的或者说传递意外的外部压力的外部壳体在内部壳体于上方在所述侧壁的自由端与在其上相内相对形成的薄片搭接之处以斜面或者类似的接触面构成一个使之能够有针对性地导入力的部件,所述部件贴靠在内部壳体的互补的斜面或者类似的接触面上。这样达到的面接触有利于在事件发生的地点也就是所述薄片区域或者向薄片的区域上导入一定的力。通过外部壳体导入的侧压力可靠地保持漏斗缝隙关闭,也就是说彼此相向延伸的柔性薄片的自由端总是相互贴靠着。
此外,由于包绕的外部壳体,在内部壳体的漏斗形插管进入开口前有一个由内部壳体的侧壁向上伸出的、彼此相向形成的外部壳体头接片构成的进路开口。避免了与内部壳体,尤其是所述薄片的接触,从而不会有损于安全功能。也就是说所述进路开口使得例如操作人员的手指不能够通过外部壳体头接片而对所述薄片施加压力。
本发明的其它特征和细节由具体实施方式给出,并且在下面参照附图中用一个采血装置所示出的本发明实施例阐述。

在图1和图2中示出的,可以与图中没有示出的采血管连接的插管座1通常以带有摆动出的或者说翻开的护罩2、102的状态供应,其中其插管或在此是双插管3的一个自由的插管端部4a,由在使用之前要去掉的一个单独的包封件103保护,所述双插管的下插管端部4b同样地有一个锋利的尖头。在使用以后双插管3的自由的插管端部4a用护罩2或者102包绕并且由它罩住。
护罩2或者102在所述实施例中通过一个带式合页或者板式合页5固定在一个固定圈6上,其安排在插管座1的上方的、朝向自由的插管端部4a的端部。
公知的通过注塑用软弹性塑料制造的护罩2具有一个在其侧壁7a、7b的自由端上形成的、向内漏斗状相向延伸并且在该实施例中最大程度上延伸在全部壳体长度上的、柔性的薄片对8a、8b形成的插管进入开口8,所述薄片对在下文中总是只称为薄片。在柔性薄片8a、8b的汇合区域中有一个漏斗缝隙S,如在图3中所示。如果在所述薄片上意外地加以一个压力,一个关闭在护罩2的内部的插管从而可能被违背希望地经漏斗缝隙S和接管进入开口8重新从护罩2中导出。
自由的插管端部4a违背希望地露出的这种缺点根据图2和4通过两部分地实施护罩102避免。它由一个弹性的、具有柔性的薄片8a、8b的内壳体2a和一个推在其上的外壳体11组成,所述外壳体用相对于内壳体2a形状稳定的、弹性小得多的材料制造。在该实施例中内壳体2a通过带式合页或者板式合页5与插管座1的固定圈6连接;作为可供选择的替代方案,可以是外壳体11与固定圈6连接并且然后把弹性的内壳体2a推到所述外壳体中。这各种情况下外壳体11都保护柔性的内壳体2a不会受到意外施加的外部压力,并且保持没有让其开放的漏斗缝隙S关闭。
构造外壳体11,得使进路开口9对齐地位于内壳体2a的漏斗形插管进入开口8前边。该进路开口由外壳体头接片10a、10b形成,所述外壳体头接片向上伸出内壳体2a的薄片8a、8b或者所述内壳体的侧壁7a、7b并且以其端侧棱边彼此相向地形成。在图中所示的实施例中,在该伸出的区域的底部于外壳体头接片10a、10b的内部轮廓12a、12b上设有带有构成于其上的斜面13a或13b的内轮廓,作为可供选择的替代方案也可以是半径,互补斜面14a、14b贴靠在内壳体2a的侧壁7a、7b的自由端上的互补斜面14a,14b上。作用在外壳体11上的压力通过该斜面13a、13b和14a、14b和/或侧壁7a和7b确定地导入到柔性薄片8a、8b中。从而可以防止漏斗缝隙S开放。此外,面13a、13b和14a、14b在相互推入以同心地组装外壳体和内壳体11或2a时提供一个引导。从而在图5中所示的护罩102的情况下其同样地适用图5的情况与前述结构方式区别只在于,只有所述一个薄片8a是柔性的,而该在整体上依然是柔性的薄片对的另一个薄片8b则刚性地构成。
Claims (2)
1.插管,优选的是带有插管座(1),用于尤其是采血装置,其具有可摆动的、除了设置在相互对置的侧壁(7a、7b)之间、由至少一个在所述侧壁(7a、7b)上形成的、向内漏斗形地彼此相向延伸的、在此处构成可扩宽的漏斗缝隙(S)的薄片对(8a,8b)所提供的插管开口(8)之外周边封闭的、用于自由的插管端(4a)的护罩(102),
其特征在于,
所述护罩(102)由两个相互插接的壳体部分组成,其中内壳体(2a)具有所薄片对(8a、8b)并且包绕该内壳体(2a)的外壳体(11)构成为相对所述内部壳体(2a)低弹性的套筒。
2.插管,优选的是带有插管座(1),用于尤其是采血装置,其具有可摆动的、除了设置在相互对置的侧壁(7a、7b)之间、由至少一个在所述侧壁(7a、7b)上形成的、向内漏斗形地彼此相向延伸的、在此处构成可扩宽的漏斗缝隙(S)的薄片对(8a,8b)所提供的插管开口(8)之外周边封闭的、用于自由的插管端(4a)的护罩(102),
