而在本实施例中,所述密封套单元2套住所述针安装管b、密封所述针头d的同时,还在所述防护管单元1上具有被向外顶起弹开的作用,保证只要所述防护管单元1处的一个旋转动作,就可以完全打开露出所述针头d,这是十分高效的。
所述防护管单元1包括圆管主体101,设置在所述圆管主体101上并用于插入所述针安装管轴体a的铰接孔102,以及设置在所述圆管主体101上并用于旋转露出所述针头d的操作口103,所述操作口103靠近所述筒体c的内侧面用于向外顶起弹开所述密封套单元2。
在本实施例中,两个所述铰接孔102对齐,与同样相互对齐的两个所述针安装管轴体a形成有效铰接结构,保证所述圆管主体101可以稳定地旋转。
此外,所述密封套单元2同样需要在所述操作口103处被旋转移出,因此所述操作口103的开口宽度、长度都需要设置得相对较大,例如开口宽度为所述密封套单元2外径的90-95%、开口长度为所述密封套单元2长度的110-120%。
所述防护管单元1还包括设置在所述操作口103上并用于向外顶起弹开所述密封套单元2的端头槽104。
在本实施例中,所述密封套单元2依靠自身弹力,套在所述针安装管b上,因此如果是用手指去向外推所述密封套单元2,也可以是“啵”的一声具有一个快速的弹开落下效果,保证所述针头d被完全打开,避免发生所述密封套单元2虽然脱落,但是仍然部分套在所述针头d上的麻烦事情。
其中,所述端头槽104就是对应所述密封套单元2的顶起弹开部位,类似于上述的“手指”,而所述圆管主体101旋转初期,就可以顶起弹开并掉落所述密封套单元2,例如在所述圆管主体101旋转5°时,所述端头槽104开始顶住所述密封套单元2并开始蓄力,而在所述圆管主体101旋转15°时,蓄力完成,所述密封套单元2“啵”的一声快速弹力掉落,保证更加快速、高效的注射使用效果。
所述密封套单元2包括套在所述针安装管b上的圆形套管201,以及设置在所述圆形套管201上且在所述操作口103内向外凸出并用于接收所述防护管单元1向外顶起力的径向凸起板202。
在本实施例中,所述防护管单元1的材质整个为现有常见的硬质塑料,而所述密封套单元2的材质,就需要软硬结合,即所述圆形套管201需要径向向内弹性夹紧所述针安装管b、径向向外弹性夹紧所述圆管主体101,因此所述密封套单元2的大部分结构为软质橡胶,而所述径向凸起板202处,需要接收所述端头槽104处的推挤力道,因此所述径向凸起板202的材质为上述硬质塑料即可。
所以整个所述密封套单元2的制作方法为:先是在一个一端封闭的橡胶管的开口端外环面上,开设一个环形槽,再在该环形槽上套一个带有所述径向凸起板202的环形硬管,然后两者之间可以粘结、插接等,保证稳定形成一个完整的圆管,加上所述径向凸起板202处的一段凸起即可。
最后,所述端头槽104向外顶起、弹开落下所述密封套单元2时,所述圆管主体101的旋转外侧端已经离开所述密封套单元2的前端了,即所述密封套单元2的前端至少已经旋转移出所述操作口103,例如在上述5-15°的所述圆管主体101旋转过程中,在所述圆管主体101旋转3-6°时,所述密封套单元2的前端就可以离开所述操作口103了。
所述防护管单元1还包括设置在所述操作口103上并用于在所述径向凸起板202被顶起弹开方向的前端进行阻挡限位的弧形条105。
在本实施例中,所述圆管主体101远离铰接侧的一端为开口设置,原因是:第一,节省材料;第二,即使封口了,封口板也不能顶住所述密封套单元2,因为所述密封套单元2相对于所述圆管主体101会发生旋转,两者轴向顶住了,所述密封套单元2就不能旋转移出了,而如果不顶住,封口板给所述密封套单元2留出一段旋转用长度来,则所述密封套单元2在所述针安装管b上就有了松动脱落的空间,这对于密封要求的所述密封套单元2,则是不允许的。
因此最终决定不设置上述的封口板,而所述操作口103的长度也是同理的,需要给所述圆形套管201的铰接远离端留出旋转空间。
而所述圆形套管201不易在所述针安装管b上松动、回退的力,来自于所述圆形套管201与所述针安装管b之间的内侧夹紧结构,以及所述圆形套管201与所述圆管主体101之间的外侧夹紧结构,因此防松动、回退的力可能还是不够,所以设置所述弧形条105,卡住所述径向凸起板202的远离铰接处的前端,以进一步固定整个所述密封套单元2。
所述弧形条105在所述圆形套管201上被所述圆管主体101的旋转动作拉断。
在本实施例中,在上述3-6°时所述密封套单元2的前端就可以离开所述操作口103的举例前提下,所述弧形条105例如需要在所述圆管主体101旋转2°之前就被所述圆形套管201顶起、勒住、崩断,以保证所述密封套单元2顺利移出所述操作口103。
因此,所述弧形条105的两端与所述操作口103的两个内侧面固定连接时,强度不宜过大,其自身粗细也不易过大,所述弧形条105断裂的位置,可以是其自身,也可以是与所述操作口103内侧面的连接部位。
所述密封套单元2还包括设置在所述圆形套管201外环面上并用于夹紧所述圆管主体101的外弹性圈203,以及设置在所述圆形套管201内环面上并用于夹紧所述针安装管b的内弹性圈204。
在本实施例中,所述外弹性圈203、内弹性圈204,一个径向向外凸起、一个径向向内凸起,强化所述圆形套管201自身内外环形面的弹性夹紧强度,保证所述圆形套管201不易从所述针安装管b上意外掉落。
当然,需要说明的是,至少所述内弹性圈204与所述针安装管b之间的强化夹紧力,是远远不能够阻止所述端头槽104对所述径向凸起板202处的顶起弹开力的。
所述防护管单元1还包括设置在所述圆管主体101内环面上且靠近所述筒体c一侧位置处的安装定位块106;所述密封套单元2还包括设置在所述圆形套管201外环面上并对齐所述安装定位块106的定位槽205。
在本实施例中,所述密封罩体在针筒上的安装方法为:
先所述圆形套管201的封口端在所述圆管主体101的铰接端插入,此时所述定位槽205对齐所述安装定位块106;
然后所述径向凸起板202越过所述圆形套管201的铰接端小幅管体,所述径向凸起板202来到所述操作口103内;
接着所述圆形套管201再向前插入,直至所述径向凸起板202被所述弧形条105挡住;
最后,整个所述密封罩体在所述铰接孔102处适当向外掰开,往所述针安装管轴体a上套住,即可完成安装。
所述定位槽205穿过并将所述径向凸起板202。
在本实施例中,所述定位槽205将所述径向凸起板202一分为二,这样做的好处是:所述径向凸起板202的整个尺寸可以设置得相对较大,以保证在所述弧形条105处具有足够的阻挡限位效果、在所述端头槽104处具有足够的推动效果,而此时如果所述径向凸起板202是完整的一块,则其无法发生较大的弯曲,弹性形变相对较小,所述圆管主体101对所述圆形套管201推挤动作的蓄力幅度就较小,弹性蓄能不够,容易造成所述圆形套管201被推挤脱落,而不是被推挤弹开的有害问题,即前者是不能完全露出所述针头d的。
这就是所述径向凸起板202被一分为二的优点所在。
所述防护管单元1还包括设置在所述圆管主体101内环面上且远离所述筒体c一侧位置处并用于限位固定所述圆形套管201的管口凸起块107。
在本实施例中,所述管口凸起块107的作用,与所述弧形条105、外弹性圈203、内弹性圈204一样,都是保证所述密封罩体在待用时,所述圆形套管201不易在所述圆管主体101内发生向外回退的情况。
而所述管口凸起块107、外弹性圈203,在所述圆形套管201从所述针安装管b上即将要被弹开之前,就已经与所述圆形套管201旋转分开了,因此所述管口凸起块107的凸出尺寸可以设置得相对较大,不影响所述圆形套管201从所述操作口103处的旋转移出效果即可。
上面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作了详细说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,在所述技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种修改。这些都是不具有创造性的修改,只要在本发明的权利要求范围内都受到专利法的保护。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用在针筒上的密封罩体,其特征在于:包括一端铰接设置在针安装管轴体(a)上的防护管单元(1),以及设置在所述防护管单元(1)内且套在针安装管(b)上的密封套单元(2),所述防护管单元(1)远离筒体(c)的一端朝向筒体(c)一侧旋转,以用于露出针头(d),所述防护管单元(1)旋转时用于向外顶起弹开所述密封套单元(2)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种用在针筒上的密封罩体,其特征在于:所述防护管单元(1)包括圆管主体(101),设置在所述圆管主体(101)上并用于插入所述针安装管轴体(a)的铰接孔(102),以及设置在所述圆管主体(101)上并用于旋转露出所述针头(d)的操作口(103),所述操作口(103)靠近所述筒体(c)的内侧面用于向外顶起弹开所述密封套单元(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用在针筒上的密封罩体,其特征在于:所述防护管单元(1)还包括设置在所述操作口(103)上并用于向外顶起弹开所述密封套单元(2)的端头槽(104)。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种用在针筒上的密封罩体,其特征在于:所述密封套单元(2)包括套在所述针安装管(b)上的圆形套管(201),以及设置在所述圆形套管(201)上且在所述操作口(103)内向外凸出并用于接收所述防护管单元(1)向外顶起力的径向凸起板(202)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用在针筒上的密封罩体,其特征在于:所述防护管单元(1)还包括设置在所述操作口(103)上并用于在所述径向凸起板(202)被顶起弹开方向的前端进行阻挡限位的弧形条(105)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种用在针筒上的密封罩体,其特征在于:所述弧形条(105)在所述圆形套管(201)上被所述圆管主体(101)的旋转动作拉断。
  7. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用在针筒上的密封罩体,其特征在于:所述密封套单元(2)还包括设置在所述圆形套管(201)外环面上并用于夹紧所述圆管主体(101)的外弹性圈(203),以及设置在所述圆形套管(201)内环面上并用于夹紧所述针安装管(b)的内弹性圈(204)。
  8. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用在针筒上的密封罩体,其特征在于:所述防护管单元(1)还包括设置在所述圆管主体(101)内环面上且靠近所述筒体(c)一侧位置处的安装定位块(106);所述密封套单元(2)还包括设置在所述圆形套管(201)外环面上并对齐所述安装定位块(106)的定位槽(205)。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种用在针筒上的密封罩体,其特征在于:所述定位槽(205)穿过并将所述径向凸起板(202)。
  10. 根据权利要求4所述的一种用在针筒上的密封罩体,其特征在于:所述防护管单元(1)还包括设置在所述圆管主体(101)内环面上且远离所述筒体(c)一侧位置处并用于限位固定所述圆形套管(201)的管口凸起块(107)。
