技术领域
本发明属于利用塑料膜形成柔性管的领域。更具体地说,本发明涉及其端部是对接焊的柔性管。
现有技术
许多柔性管通过把包含至少一片层塑料片层的叠层端部焊接而制成。
焊接的最普通方法包括形成叠层端部交叠部,并包括把内表面结合到叠层上表面上。此结合部由于特别是能够在焊接区获得高强度而具有许多优点,从而保证包装产品的卫生特性,并确保优良的屏蔽和密封特性。然而,此结合部对于迁移到焊接区并导致叠层分层的包装侵蚀性产品来说证明是不适当的。此包装件还具有的缺陷是,在焊接区具有突出的过大厚度,这破坏了包装件的美观性。
专利申请EP0187541(图1)提出在管内使用焊接的条带,以保护焊接区不让侵蚀性产品迁移。图1示出了用于对装有氰基丙烯酸酯的包装产品的结合部1。根据发明的优选实施例,叠层2包括与该包装产品接触的第一高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)片层5、铝片层4和在外表面上的第二HDPE片层3。叠层2还包括在片层5和4之间的聚乙烯亚胺(PEI)片层和乙烯/丙烯酸酯橡胶(EAA)片层,以及在片层4和3之间的EAA片层,以确保在片层3、4和5之间优良的粘合性。叠层2在焊接区6形成交叠。HDPE条带7焊接在结合部1内表面上并位于管内。条带7能够延迟氰基丙烯酸酯散布在焊接区内,并避免分层问题。
专利US4733800(图2)公开了对焊接在塑料管内条带的使用,使用这种条带来消除当条带被压缩以拔出产品时该包装件的回弹效应。所属领域技术人员又把回弹的缺乏称为“死-折叠”,这种回弹的缺乏在包装件放空时使空气进入包装件,这导致包装产品的加速氧化。为了克服此缺陷,专利US4733800提出在包括金属片层的管内利用焊接的条带。该管由对接焊的叠层2的结合部1形成。所述叠层2包括具有在5和40微米之间厚度的至少一个金属片层4和可焊接的可焊接片层5。焊接在结合部1内表面上的条带7在对接焊区域6叠加在叠层2端部上。位于管内的条带7包括具有在40和200微米之间厚度的至少一个金属片层以及两个可焊接片层8和10。所述条带7能够在抽取产品期间阻止管的回弹,由于金属片层9的厚度而增强了焊接区。然而,在专利US4733800中描述的发明具有几个主要缺点。第一缺陷在于金属片层9与包装产品直接接触,这在产品是食物时出现问题。第二缺陷与条带的较大厚度有关,这使管头部结合在管状主体上变得困难,乃至不可能。
专利申请JP06166107(图3)提出在管内使用焊接的条带,以克服通过叠层端部交叠带来的焊接的缺陷。专利申请JP06166107尤其提出,通过对叠层端部定位成邻接并通过把所述端部结合的条带焊接而阻止屏蔽片层与包装产品的接触。管由叠层2的结合部1形成,其中该叠层2端部被定位成邻接。端部6没有焊接在一起;它们经由焊接在叠层内表面上的条带7结合。根据专利申请JP06166107,条带可包括几个片层,而焊接片层与叠层的下片层5具有相同的特性。在专利申请JP06166107中描述的发明对于把不可焊接的叠层结合起来以便邻接是有益的。然而,它具有几个缺陷。第一缺陷是由于管的外表面在对接结合部6外表面上具有裂缝而与美学有关。第二缺陷与由于内条带形成的过大厚度有关,这使得管头部结合到管状主体上变得困难。
要解决的问题
增加条带把对接焊叠层的端部结合以形成管状主体具有许多优点。然而,由这些管状主体形成的管状物具有几个缺陷。
当条带焊接或者粘结在叠层外表面上时,则在管状主体印刷期间可能出现瑕疵;在装饰上的这些瑕疵与由条带产生的过大厚度有关。把条带添加在包装件外表面上的另一个缺陷是,消费者在把握包装件时感到条带的过大厚度。引起的感觉对这些管状物在化妆品市场的使用产生会有特别的损害。
当条带添加在管状主体内表面上时,把管状物头部焊接在管状主体上很困难。实际上,可以看出,由条带产生的过大厚度导致在焊结合部部产生包装件渗漏的危险。
在发明内容中使用的术语定义
在本发明内容中,使用以下术语和缩略语:
叠层:由于几个膜叠层而形成的多片层膜。
BOPET:双轴取向的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
BOPP:双轴取向的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
BOPA:双轴取向的聚酰胺。
PE:聚乙烯。
LDPE:低密度聚乙烯。
LLDPE:线性低密度聚乙烯。
HDPE:高密度聚乙烯。
EVOH:乙烯-乙烯醇。
粘合剂:在叠层制备期间使用的粘合剂以结合几个膜。
胶水:使用的粘合剂产品以把条带附着在叠层上。
焊接:焊接操作用于通过熔化两种同性或者在熔融状态可混合的材料而结合,所述可混合性通过分子链散布和渗透而呈现;然后通过冷却所述材料以冻结分子渗透状态。
粘结:不同于焊接,粘结被称为用于结合不同性或者在熔融状态不可混和的两种材料的操作。粘结可通过化学机理(链端的反应、交联)或者物理机理(范德华力、蒸发)发生。粘结是可在室温下或者通过加热材料进行的结合操作。
发明内容
本发明在于至少部分地把焊接条带包埋在叠层中,以便突出的焊接条带的厚度小于所述条带厚度。
在本文中,如随后将看到的是,术语“包埋”是指,“插入到凹面”或者“推进最初没有凹口的表面”。
第一包埋法在于把压力施加在所述条带上,以当叠层至少部分处于熔融状态时使条带透入到叠层厚度。
第二方法在于把条带包埋在固态的叠层中,并包括用于使条带加压的至少一次操作。
包埋条带的第三方法基于在使用条带前叠层的变形。此方法包括叠层的冷或者热变形以使条带定位的步骤。
第四包埋法在于通过去除材料使条带定位。叠层的厚度局部地减少,与端部齐平,以使条带定位。
为了使条带插入容易,所述条带的边缘可倒角。
当条带包埋在包装件外表面时,包装件的吸引人的特性没有破坏。
当条带包埋在包装件内表面时,部件焊接在管状主体上形成高品质。

具体实施方式
本发明包括一种用于通过对接焊叠层端部而制备管状物的新颖方法;该方法在于添加结合叠层端部的条带,还在于把所述条带至少部分地包埋在叠层表面内,以便消除所述条带存在的不美观之处,同时消除相关的负面技术效果;并从而提高结合部强度。
图4示出了本发明的第一典型实施例。管状主体1通过对接焊叠层2的端部形成。条带7把叠层端部结合起来,并使焊接区6增强。本发明特征在于,条带7包埋在形成叠层上表面的片层3中。优选的是,突出的条带的厚度小于它的一半厚度。理想地,所述条带完全包埋在叠层中,以便结合部的表面形成光滑和连续的表面。
在图4中示出的叠层包括形成叠层上表面的片层3;形成叠层下表面的第二片层5以及夹在片层3和片层5之间的片层4。所述片层3、4和5可以具有不同特性;而所述片层3、4和5在它们的接口部结合一起。叠层2通常包括不能对接焊的一个或多个片层。形成具有屏障性能的薄片层的片层4在它的端部通常不焊接。例如,片层4是铝箔或者EVOH(乙烯-乙烯醇)片层。在图4中,形成管状物内表面的片层5在它的端部被焊接,以保证包装产品的正确保藏,并避免包装产品与所述叠层2的未焊接端部接触。由聚烯烃制成的片层5是有益的。条带7通过焊接或者粘结固定到上片层3上。当条带7焊接时,条带7包括与叠层上片层3同性的至少一片层。当条带7焊接时,有益的是,片层3由聚烯烃(PE or PP)组成。
在图4中所示的条带7最好具有较小厚度,以使其容易包埋在叠层的片层3中;所述厚度通常小于叠层的一半厚度,以免在焊接区6出现显著的过大厚度。有益的是,条带7包括几个片层,其中一个片层为高强度片层,而一个片层为低厚度片层。此高强度片层例如由双轴取向聚合物制造。该条带还可包含具有屏蔽效应的薄片层。该条带7还包括与叠层的片层3结合的结合片层;当条带焊接时此结合片层与片层3具有相同特性;当条带结合在所述片层3上时,此片层是粘合片层。利用包括几个片层的条带,该条带的厚度可减少,因此把它包埋在叠层厚度变得更为方便。条带7能够提高焊接区6的强度,并避免了叠层端部对接焊比叠层强度低的情况发生。至少,条带补偿了叠层中的一些片层不能焊接的情况。
图4示出了把条带7包埋在形成管状主体1外表面的叠层2上表面内。根据本发明的另一个实施例,条带7包埋在形成包装件内片层的叠层下片层5。依据此实施例,条带7包括焊接在叠层的片层5上的至少一片层。优选的是,条带7包括与叠层的片层5同性的一个片层。通常,所述片层5为聚烯烃片层。优选的是,条带7包括夹在两个可焊接片层之间的薄双轴取向聚合物片层。能够使条带7焊在片层5上的第一片层以及能够使条带7焊在管状物头部上并结合在管状主体1内片层5上的第二片层。
本发明的另一个实施例在于只包埋所述条带7边缘;所述条带7或者包埋在上片层3内或者包埋在叠层2下片层5内。
图5示出了把条带包埋在包括至少两个片层的叠层内的另一个实例。第一上片层3形成叠层上表面而第二片层5形成叠层下表面和包装件内表面。条带7紧固在形成包装件上片层的片层3上,并包埋在叠层厚度中;由于所述片层3的厚度或者特性,把条带7包埋在片层3的厚度内是不可能的。图5示出了条带7结合在片层3中。当上片层3为双轴取向聚合物(BOPET或者BOPP)或者当上片层3印制在其外表面时,条带7的粘合特别有益。条带包括一个双轴取向聚合物片层,而一个粘合片层由于它的非常小的厚度和它的高透明度而特别有益。图5示出了条带通过使下片层5变形而固定到片层3上并包埋在叠层中。
图6示出了把条带包埋在叠层厚度内的第三实例。管状主体1由其端部是对接焊的叠层2形成。叠层包括形成叠层上表面的片层3;形成叠层下表面和包装件内表面的片层4;以及夹在片层3和5之间的片层4。通常,叠层的片层4由于它的小厚度或者它的特性而没有对接焊。条带7固定到叠层的片层3上,并使焊接区6增强。在图6中所示的焊接区6包括至少两个片层;高强度但小厚度的第一片层9;以及焊接在叠层的片层3上的第二片层8。优选的是,片层8和片层3具有相同特性。条带7焊接并包埋在叠层的片层3内。条带7在其包埋在叠层厚度中时通过片层8的流动而变形。
可设计用于把条带包埋在叠层厚度中的几种方法。
包埋条带的第一方法在于把条带推入到至少部分熔化的叠层中,并包括把击打压力施加在条带上的至少一次操作。包埋条带可与叠层对接焊一起进行或者在对接焊后进行,同时与条带焊接或者粘结在叠层上一起或者在此后进行。
包埋条带的第二方法在于把条带推入到固态的叠层中,并包括把击打压力施加在条带上的至少一次操作。包埋条带可与叠层对接焊一起进行或者在条带焊接或者粘结在叠层上之后进行。
包埋条带的第三方法基于在使用条带前叠层的变形。此方法包括叠层的热或者冷变形步骤,以使条带定位。优选的是,叠层在结合到叠层端部以邻接前在平坦时变形。
第四包埋法在于通过去除材料使条带定位。叠层的厚度局部地减少,与端部齐平,以使条带定位。
在图4中示出的结合部可通过利用第一包埋法获得。依据这种方法,叠层2的至少片层3受热以使其熔化。压力然后施加于条带7上,以把它包埋在片层3上。当压力施加在条带7上时,熔化的片层3变形。依据这种方法,片层3在大于或等于条带7的宽度上必须受热。如果叠层的几个片层在条带7包埋期间受热,则所述加热片层全部都变形。通常,片层的变形通过焊接区期望厚度来控制,焊接区的厚度大于或等于叠层厚度。最后,结合部在焊接区和包埋区冷却。
当只有条带7边缘埋在叠层中时,第一包埋法在于把至少压力施加在待包埋的所述边缘上。
在图5中还示出了用于包埋条带7的第一方法的使用。该方法的第一步在于对叠层的至少片层5加热以使其熔化;把压力施加到条带7上以把它包埋在叠层中;以及冷却结合部。图6示出了由于使用第一包埋法形成的另一个结合部。该结合部的特征在于在焊接区叠层和条带的变形。把条带7包埋在叠层2的片层3中的此方法包括第一步,该第一步在于片层3和片层8加热以使其熔化;在压力下击打条带7的第二步;以及最后冷却结合部的第三步。当压力施加于条带7上时,熔化的片层3和片层8变形。依据这种方法,片层3在大于或等于条带7的宽度上必须受热。如果叠层的几个片层在条带7包埋期间受热,则所述加热片层全部都变形。条带通过片层8流动而变形特别有益,因为阻止了所述条带边缘伸出,并导致焊接区的更均匀厚度。此方法能够使条带包埋在包装件的外表面或者内表面中。
为了阻止所述条带边缘伸出,并为了便于包埋操作,条带边缘斜切面特别有益。
包埋条带7可以是印刷或者透明的。条带可粘结或者焊接在叠层表面上;可含有阻挡片层以在焊接区补偿屏蔽片层的可能断开。优选的是,所述条带的厚度小于叠层的一半厚度。
由于本发明能够使包装件通过膜对接焊,而其中膜把可对接焊片层与不可对接焊片层结合,因此本发明特别有益。本发明能够使膜端部结合,从而它们邻接,其中膜端部被部分地焊在一起。
本发明能够获得在焊接区厚度可以忽略变化的焊接包装件,并具有与膜强度相等的焊接区强度。获得的包装件可印刷在它的整个表面上,而在焊接区印刷上没有断开。本发明能够获得具有高强度和改进美学特性的包装件。
本发明不局限于在图4到图6中示出的实例。尤其是,它不仅涉及与端部是对接焊的管状物,而且也涉及端部交叠的管状物。
此外,本发明还应用于包埋在管状物内表面中的条带。

Claims (11)

1.由叠层形成的管状主体,其中该叠层由至少一种热塑料组成,其中该叠层具有上表面、下表面和用于焊接的端部,所述端部的边缘是笔直的并且垂直于所述上表面和所述下表面;所述端部通过焊接紧固并通过焊接条带或者粘结条带覆盖,并且覆盖区域位于所述上表面;管状主体特征在于,所述条带至少部分地包埋在叠层中。
2.根据权利要求1的管状主体,其中所述端部是对接焊的;对接焊区域的厚度小于叠层和条带厚度之和。
3.根据权利要求1或者2的管状主体,其中条带包埋在该管状主体的外表面中。
4.根据权利要求1或者2的管状主体,其中条带完全包埋在叠层中。
5.根据权利要求1或者2的管状主体,其中条带的端部倒角。
6.用于制造根据前面权利要求任何之一的管状主体的方法,包括把条带包埋在叠层中的步骤,该步骤在于,把压力施加在所述条带上,以使其深入叠层厚度。
7.根据权利要求6的方法,其中叠层在条带包埋时至少部分地熔化。
8.根据权利要求6的方法,其中叠层在条带包埋时处于固态。
9.用于制造根据前面权利要求1-5任何之一的管状主体的方法,包括在叠层中制备凹口的步骤,在该步骤之后跟随将该条带放入该凹口的步骤。
10.根据权利要求9的方法,其中凹口通过使材料变形而制备。
11.根据权利要求9的方法,其中凹口通过使材料去除而制备。
