技术领域
本发明属于消失模铸造方法,具体涉及一种消失模空壳精密铸造的方法。
背景技术
消失模铸造是一种创新的铸造方法,它也称泡沫塑料实型铸造法,是用可发泡沫性塑料模型制造金属铸件的一种方法。典型的消失模铸造为了防止浇注时反喷口和产生碳缺陷,要求EPS模的密度尽量低,一般不宜高过22g/L。这样会使模易变形和表面粗糙度降低,很难实现精密铸造的要求。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种消失模空壳精密铸造的方法,提高铸件的精度和粗糙度。
本发明的技术方案:一种消失模空壳精密铸造的方法,它的步骤如下:
a、在浇口杯方向,铸件最高处设置一个明冒口,浇口杯和明冒口等高;
b、制作密度大于26g/L的EPS模;
c、在EPS模上首先挂涂一层光洁涂料;
d、在浇注前,加0.06MPa负压,再向明冒口和浇口杯注入稀料;
e、用喷灯从浇口杯和明冒口处点燃,将EPS模烧掉,立即浇注。
本发明与现有技术相比具有以下有益效果:提高铸件的精度和表面粗糙度,使浇注温度降低30℃-60℃,节能,提高熔炼炉的寿命。

光洁涂料选用《消失模铸造实用技术》一书2007年1月第一版第二次印刷第199页、第210页公开的光洁涂料,该书由董秀琦、朱丽娟主编,机械工业出版社出版。

a、在浇口杯方向,铸件最高处设置一个明冒口,浇口杯和明冒口等高;
b、制作密度大于26g/L的EPS模;
c、在EPS模上首先挂涂一层光洁涂料;
d、在浇注前,加0.06MPa负压,再向明冒口和浇口杯注入稀料;
e、用喷灯从浇口杯和明冒口处点燃,将EPS模烧掉,立即浇注。
