技术领域
本发明涉及提供由电子部件产生的光辐射的玻璃面板(panneau),其中辐射密度在所述面板的整个表面上良好分布。
背景技术
以下的照明器件是已知的:其包含涂覆有导电带的玻璃制透明支撑面板,在其上安装有电致发光二极管,该发光二极管透过透明支撑体发光(专利US 6 270 236 B1)。
然而,该已知器件作为由与发光二极管垂直的众多非常明亮的光点所形成的面板出现,这些光点由黑色或非常暗的区域分开。这导致不是非常适合于用在照明或装饰应用中的面板的效果。
发明内容
本发明通过提供包括多个产生光辐射的电子部件的玻璃面板来克服该缺点,其中辐射密度在所述面板的整个表面上良好分布。
为此,本发明涉及如权利要求1限定的光辐射发射面板。
从属权利要求限定本发明其他可能的实施方案,其中的一些是优选的。
除了充分降低乃至没有上述耀眼效果之外,本发明还可以提供一个或多个以下优点:

本发明的光辐射发射面板由至少一个玻璃片材构成。术语“玻璃片材(feuille de verre)”理解为是指厚度可以在1-50mm之间变化的任何玻璃板。该片材表面上不同点的厚度可以不同。表面可以是平坦的或弯曲的。然而,优选表面上每一点的厚度恒定的平板玻璃片材。该玻璃可以无差别地由一种或多种已知类型的玻璃构成,例如钠钙玻璃、硼玻璃、结晶和半结晶玻璃、乳白玻璃。玻璃的颜色可以是中性的(透明或灰色玻璃)或者是或多或少饱和的(通过可以是从红色到紫色的着色剂在本体中或在表面上着色)。颜色可以在片材的整个表面上均匀分布,或者相反,它可以在面板表面上的一个或多个特定区域中局部化。优选在片材的整个表面或本体中均匀中性或均匀着色的玻璃片材。片材的玻璃还可以是透明的,或者相反它可以在或大或小的程度上过滤出位于可见光谱的频率之上或之下的光辐射。
本发明的面板还由多个产生光辐射的电子部件构成。“光辐射”理解为是指属于可见光谱和在其之外的辐射。所述辐射可以是完全单色的,或者相反,可以分布在一个或多个频带上,所述频带可以是邻接或不邻接的。这些部件可以选自具有光电子性质的各种电子部件,还有能够发射与可见光谱范围内的辐射无关的辐射的部件,任选地具有属于该光谱的辐射。这例如为在可见光谱中发射的LED二极管,或UV和/或可见和/或IR二极管。
根据本发明,这些部件布置在面板的内部,也就是说将它们布置在面板的内表面上,所述表面与其外部环境没有接触。
该面板包含至少一个发射结构与至少一个反射结构的组件。术语“发射结构”理解为是指包含该一个或多个玻璃片材和该电子部件的任何结构。术语“反射结构”理解为是指能够反射由该发射结构发射的辐射的至少一部分的任何结构。发射的辐射可以完全或部分地反射,其余的辐射由所述反射结构吸收和/或透射通过该反射结构。
通常优选光反射因数为35-95%的反射结构。
优选的发射结构的实例为平面玻璃片材,在该平面玻璃片材的表面上带有电子部件。反射结构的实例为平行于发射结构的镜子。在这些面板中,可以在发射结构与反射结构之间插入充满或未充环境大气的空隙。可选地,发射和反射结构可以直接地或者通过插入一个或多个塑料材料片材或附加玻璃片材而彼此接触。

在本发明面板的第一优选实施方案中,电子部件包含定向辐射发生器。优选地,使这些部件取向以使得在所述反射结构的方向上发射辐射。更优选地,该辐射的方向垂直或接近垂直于反射结构的表面。
根据与第一实施方案相容的本发明面板的另一优选实施方案,所述反射结构是镜子,其选自由包括反射性金属表面的元件或者由具有白色或浅色颜色的表面所构成的那些。更优选的是包含镜子的面板,该镜子的反射性金属表面是沉积在至少一个玻璃片材上的金属膜的表面。该膜的金属有利地是银或银合金。该金属膜可以布置在辐射入射侧的玻璃片材上并且其厚度通常可以是70-120nm。

在与前个实施方案相容的所述面板的这一有利实施方案中,镜子的金属膜可以布置在镜子的玻璃片材与接收光辐射的那侧相对的表面上,以便产生反射的光辐射的一定散射。
与前述所有实施方案都相容的本发明面板的另一特别优选的实施方案是:在反射结构相对于发射结构的那侧相对的一侧,在该组件端部之一上添加漫射(diffusante)结构。
优选地,在这后一实施方案中,选择将所述漫射、发射和反射结构保持基本上平行并且在它们的表面上的所有点都彼此间隔至少0.5cm的连接措施。
有利地,在后一实施方案中,所述漫射结构由单一玻璃片材构成,该单一玻璃片材经过毛面化、喷砂处理或在其两面的至少之一上印刷有凸纹。
作为选择,也可以或者进一步可以借助于层压玻璃实现漫射结构,该层压玻璃包含在至少一个漫射塑料材料片材或非织造玻璃纤维层的两侧压制的至少两个玻璃片材。该塑料材料可以选自聚酯,如聚乙烯醇缩丁醛,乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。

实施例1:包含LED和底部镜子(miroir de fond)的照明面板

1.光辐射发射面板,其由至少一个玻璃片材和多个能够产生光辐射的电子部件构成,所述部件设置在该面板的内部,其特征在于所述面板包括:
·至少一个包含一个或多个玻璃片材以及所述电子部件的发射结构
·与至少一个反射光辐射的结构的组件,
所述发射结构具有与反射结构的机械连接措施。
2.权利要求1的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述电子部件包含光辐射定向发生器,该发生器将其光线送向所述反射结构。
3.权利要求1或2的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述反射结构由用于至少一部分光辐射的镜子构成,所述镜子与所述发射结构不邻接。
4.权利要求3的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述镜子选自由包括反射性金属表面的元件或者由具有白色或浅色颜色的表面所构成的那些。
5.权利要求4的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述反射性金属表面是沉积在至少一个玻璃片材上的金属膜的表面。
6.权利要求5的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述膜的金属为银或银合金。
7.权利要求5或6的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述金属膜被布置在镜子的玻璃片材中与接收光辐射的那侧相对的表面上。
8.权利要求1-7任一项的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述连接措施将所述发射和反射结构保持基本上平行。
9.权利要求8的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于将所述发射结构与所述反射结构相互抵靠以拼接的方式布置。
10.权利要求8的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于发射结构和反射结构在它们的表面上所有的点都彼此间隔至少0.5cm来布置。
11.权利要求5-10任一项的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于镜子的至少一个玻璃片材具有至少一部分光辐射的至少一种散射措施。
12.权利要求11的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述散射措施由毛面化、喷砂处理或表面凸纹印刷构成,以去除具有散射措施的玻璃表面的光滑特性。
13.权利要求12的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于镜子的至少一个玻璃片材在与反射辐射的金属膜的那侧相对的面上具有凸纹印刷的表面。
14.权利要求1-13任一项的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于在反射结构相对于发射结构的那侧相对的一侧,在该组件端部之一上还布置漫射结构。
15.权利要求14的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述连接措施将漫射、发射和反射结构保持基本上平行并且在它们相邻表面的所有点都彼此间隔至少0.5cm。
16.权利要求14或15的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于漫射结构由单一玻璃片材构成,该单一玻璃片材经过毛面化、喷砂处理或在其两面的至少之一上印刷有凸纹。
17.权利要求14-16任一项的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于漫射结构由层压玻璃构成,该层压玻璃包含在至少一个漫射塑料材料片材或非织造玻璃纤维层的两侧压制的至少两个玻璃片材。
18.权利要求17的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于该塑料材料选自聚酯。
19.权利要求18的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述聚酯选自聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、乙烯和乙酸乙烯酯的共聚物以及聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯。
20.权利要求14-19任一项的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述漫射结构与所述反射结构混为一体。
21.权利要求1-20任一项的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述光辐射具有200nm-1mm的波长。
22.权利要求21的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述光辐射是在可见光谱内的辐射。
23.权利要求1-22任一项的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于所述电子部件为电致发光二极管或LED。
24.权利要求23的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于LED借助于导电半透明层供电,该导电半透明层沉积于在其上存在LED的发射结构的玻璃片材上。
25.权利要求24的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于通过细绝缘带从所述导电层的其余部分中分隔出区域。
26.权利要求23的光辐射发射面板,其特征在于LED借助于导线点阵供电。
