Abstract

Description
技术领域
根据权利要求1的前序部分,本发明涉及一种吊具上的装置,该吊具用于提升集装箱,该装置包括导板臂,该导板臂支撑在吊具拐角处,使得导板臂能够在升起的停置位置和降下的工作位置之间枢转,其中导板臂用于在将吊具连接到集装箱时,将吊具拐角相对于相应的集装箱拐角进行定位。
背景技术
导板臂是该技术领域中对枢转地布置在吊具拐角中的臂进行定义的技术术语。在将吊具通过装配到吊具的连接装置连接到集装箱的拐角装配部时,导板臂可被控制进行向下的枢转运动以延伸到吊具以下,并于在降下位置用于在朝向集装箱顶部下降时引导吊具。这种导板臂一般与由液压动力系统供给的活塞/汽缸单元相关联,该液压动力系统被持续地施压以给导板臂的运动提供动力,以及将导板臂保持在适当的位置。
导板臂操作的典型特征是在升起的停置位置和降下的工作位置之间枢转导板臂所需的动力可以视作是适度的,而在定位过程中因与集装箱接触而施加在导板臂上的外部载荷可能相当大,并且是枢转导板臂所需动力大小的数倍。为了安全起见,且为了抵抗这些倾向于将导板臂推离其工作位置的外力,导板臂的液压驱动装置经常是超大型的。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种导板臂驱动系统,其设计为在连接操作中保护动力系统免受因导板臂与集装箱接触以及吊具相对于集装箱横向移动而导致的载荷的作用。
该目的通过所附权利要求限定的装置得以实现。
简要地说,通过本发明,提供了一种吊具上的装置,该装置包括支撑在吊具拐角处的导板臂,使得导板臂能在升起的停置位置和降下的工作位置之间枢转,其中导板臂用于在将吊具连接到集装箱时将吊具拐角相对于相应的集装箱拐角进行定位。该装置的特征在于导板臂承载在可转动轴上并由马达驱动,而且其中动力传送系统插入在马达和导板臂之间,在马达被供能时,该动力传送系统用于将来自马达的转矩传递给导板臂,在马达未被供能时,该动力传送系统用于将导板臂锁定在其枢转位置。
在优选的实施方式中,在马达和导板臂之间的动力传送系统包括具有蜗杆的自锁式蜗杆驱动系统,该蜗杆由马达驱动并与承载在导板臂的轴上的齿轮切向啮合,其中对螺距进行选择以允许齿轮被蜗杆转动,同时防止蜗杆被齿轮转动。
另外,在马达和导板臂之间可以包括停机制动机构,该停机制动机构布置成在马达被供能时不发挥作用,而在马达未被供能时被激活。
通过上述手段,在马达和导板臂之间提供了一种动力传送系统,该动力传送系统允许使用电动马达来提供动力使导板臂分别在停置位置和工作位置之间枢转。

具体实施方式
在图1中,图示的是在用于连接到集装箱2的定位操作中的集装箱抬升吊具1。该吊具1可以通过索3从起重机上悬吊下来,如示例中所示,或者可以承载在跨车中。连接装置4安装在吊具下侧且设计成与集装箱拐角中相应形状的拐角装配部相接合。在对吊具进行定位时,成功的连接操作需要沿径向看时距离各拐角配合部中心25mm到50mm量级的精确度。
在连接操作过程中,为了引导吊具,臂或导板臂5枢转地布置在吊具拐角中。导板臂5能够在升高的停置位置和降下的工作位置之间枢转,在降下的工作位置,导板臂延伸到吊具下方并靠近集装箱侧端,以在朝向集装箱顶端降下时对吊具进行定位和引导(导板臂5的降下位置用图1中的点划线表示)。典型地,导板臂5布置成在纵向和横向上相对于集装箱引导吊具。在导板臂5的自由端,导板臂5分别承载角引导板6,在下降动作中在必要时,这些引导板滑动抵接集装箱的上边缘以促使吊具对准集装箱。在这种连接中,可能产生相当大的侧向力,该侧向力倾向于使导板臂围绕其转轴枢转。根据本发明,导板臂驱动系统以这样的方式来布置,使得防止这些力作用到导板臂的供电系统上。
参照图2到图4,本发明的实施方式在截面图中示出,并安装于外壳7中,该外壳7具有底座8,底座8布置用于将外壳安装到吊具上。轴装在外壳内可转动的轴9布置成在轴的端部10和/或10’支撑导板臂,所述端部从外壳突出。在外壳内,齿轮11通过耦合同轴支撑在轴9上,该耦合将齿轮以非转动方式连接到上述轴。分别轴装在外壳底座和外壳顶部内可转动的蜗杆12通过外螺纹13与齿轮11切向啮合。在蜗杆12的上端,蜗杆12以彼此非转动方式承载齿轮14,齿轮14与支撑在马达17的动力轴16上的驱动轮15相啮合,该马达17安装在外壳外部。驱动轮15、齿轮14、蜗杆12和齿轮11一起构成动力传送系统,该动力传送系统将马达的转动和转矩传递给导板臂,由此可以将马达的转速变慢并对其进行调整以提供适合导板臂的输出转速。所示实施方式的转动部件的直径产生大约150:1的齿轮速比,这里对此提及仅为提供对该示例的完整说明。在所描述的实施方式中,所述装置构成可安装在吊具上的单元,该单元包括马达,和带有用于安装导板臂的轴的动力传送系统。所示实施方式优选地对角安装在吊具拐角处,使得由上述单元承载的导板臂能够在与吊具拐角成对角的竖直平面中枢转。
马达可以是液压马达。然而,该马达最好是电动马达,这就环境因素和维修而言是优选的。在两种可选方案中,马达和导板臂之间的动力传送系统是以这样的方式来布置的,使得马达的尺寸形成为仅仅是提供通过轴9的转动来枢转无载荷导板臂所需的动力。更准确地说,动力传送系统布置成吸收任何施加给导板臂的外部载荷,并且防止这些载荷传回马达。换句话说,马达17仅仅对导板臂的转动发挥作用而对将导板臂保持在其枢转位置不发挥作用,不管导板臂降下到其工作位置还是升高到其停置位置都如此。在电动马达的情况下,这意味着当导板臂已经到达其位置时电源可被关闭,而在液压马达的情况下,这意味着不再需要液压来将导板臂保持在其枢转位置。
根据本发明的动力传送系统可具有可电控的停机制动机构(未示出),该停机制动机构介于马达和导板臂之间。例如,制动机构可以实现为用具有径向延伸盘的盘式制动器,所述径向延伸盘连接到马达的动力轴或蜗杆,或者连接到导板臂的轴。弹簧偏置的制动片通过电磁体控制,以通过摩擦配合将上述盘保持在制动位置,直到磁体通电从而抵抗弹簧力而松开盘与制动片的配合。电磁体一通电就被激活使导板臂转动,并且一旦断电就不再被激活而施加制动力给上述盘。液压激活制动机构可以类似方式布置在马达和导板臂之间的动力传送系统内。
作为优选的,动力传送系统如图示地布置成具有不可逆或自锁式蜗杆驱动机构,其中蜗杆和齿轮上的螺距选择为使得当从外部给导板臂施加载荷时防止蜗杆12转动。不可逆减速齿轮本身是公知的,且应用到诸如车辆导向系统的不同连接中,用以防止外力通过动力传送系统传回以及用以施加载荷给动力供应系统。在本主题申请中,自锁式蜗杆驱动系统的操作用于去除马达的负载和保护马达免受破坏力,同时使得马达效应和尺寸减小,马达的尺寸可以设计为仅提供枢转导板臂所需的弱化动力。作为选择,所示实施方式的自锁式蜗杆驱动系统可以如所愿那样结合停机制动机构来操作。例如这可以要求用于抵消在齿轮和蜗杆之间的啮合中可能发生的窜动。

Claims (6)
1.一种吊具上的装置,所述装置包括支撑在所述吊具拐角处的导板臂,使得所述导板臂能在升起的停置位置和降下的工作位置之间枢转,其中所述导板臂用于在将所述吊具连接到集装箱时将所述吊具拐角相对于相应的集装箱拐角进行定位,其特征在于,所述导板臂承载在可转动轴(9)上并由马达(17)驱动,而且其中动力传送系统插入在所述马达和所述导板臂之间,在所述马达被供能时,所述动力传送系统用于将来自所述马达的转矩传递给所述导板臂以枢转所述导板臂,在所述马达未被供能时,所述动力传送系统用于将所述导板臂锁定在其枢转位置。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其特征在于,在所述马达和所述导板臂之间的所述动力传送系统是具有螺旋状螺纹蜗杆(12)的自锁式蜗杆驱动系统,所述螺旋状螺纹蜗杆(12)由所述马达驱动并与承载在所述导板臂的轴上的齿轮(11)切向啮合,其中所述蜗杆和所述齿轮上的螺距选择为允许所述齿轮被所述蜗杆转动,同时防止所述蜗杆被所述齿轮转动。

6.如任一前述权利要求所述的装置,其特征在于外壳(7),所述外壳(7)具有布置用于将所述外壳安装到吊具上的底座(8);轴(9),所述轴(9)轴装在所述外壳内以转动且布置用于在其一个端部承载导板臂,所述端部从所述外壳突出;通过耦合连接同轴承载在所述轴(9)上的齿轮(11),所述耦合连接将所述齿轮以非转动方式连接到所述轴;蜗杆(12),所述蜗杆(12)分别轴装在所述外壳底座和外壳顶部内以转动,所述蜗杆具有与齿轮(11)切向啮合的外螺纹(13);以非转动方式承载在所述蜗杆(12)上的齿轮(14),所述齿轮(14)与承载在马达(17)的动力轴(16)上的驱动轮(15)相啮合,所述马达(17)安装在所述外壳上。
