Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明主要涉及对材料的处理,更具体而言,且并不排他地,涉及适合用于从固体和液体中除去污染物的方法和装置。例如,本发明的方法和装置适合处理含硫的材料,但也可以用于处理其他材料和污染物。
发明内容
根据本发明的一个方面,提供了一种用于处理材料的装置,该装置包括一个主体、进料口和排料口,主体包括其中具有主处理室的加长干馏(retort)段,进料口位于干馏段的上游端,排料口位于干馏段的下游端,主体还包括其中带有过滤室的过滤段,该过滤室与主处理室连通,过滤室相对于干馏段的纵轴线横向地设置,该干馏段的纵轴线在干馏段的两端之间延伸并与上游端相隔开。
进料口可以是斜道的形式,该斜道倾斜以便将材料引导到室内的预期位置。
该装置还包括燃烧室,该燃烧室至少部分地围绕干馏段并在纵向轴线的方向上至少部分地沿干馏段的长度延伸。优选地,燃烧室的形式为围绕干馏段和过滤段的加热罩。
优选地,主处理室的横截面是圆形的。优选地,干馏段的横截面通常是圆柱的。优选地,干馏段的纵向轴线从上游端朝着下游端向下倾斜。
材料输送器件可设置在主处理室内。该材料输送器件可包括多个间隔开的清扫臂,这些清扫臂可操作地安装到可旋转轴上,该可旋转轴与干馏段的纵向轴线大体同轴设置。优选地,进给斜道向下延伸超过最上游的清扫臂,以试图和确保所有材料都被设备接收到。上游清扫臂倾斜使得其能够拾起进入室的材料并能够抑制材料堆积。轴由例如电动机或液压发动机等任何适当的装置来驱动。
优选地,过滤室包括从主处理室接收气体的进气区和过滤区。优选地,挡板将进气区与过滤区分隔开,且留有在进气区与过滤区之间提供连通的输送通道。多个优选地用硅材料或陶瓷材料制成的过滤器可设置在过滤区内,并且经过滤的气体被传递到收集室。可设置吸气风扇来将气体通过过滤器吸取到收集室中,之后气体可被输送到例如冷凝器。进气区可包括位于内壁和挡板上的多个翅片或板,多个翅片或板趋向于将颗粒物质偏转向出口。可提供桨构件,其安装到清理器轴上以与其一起旋转。主偏流板可设置在从主处理室到过滤室的进气区的入口的区域中。
燃烧室可包括具有衬了耐火材料的壁的加热罩并包括在干馏段的区域中的加热元件。优选地,加热元件沿着干馏段的长度间隔开,并布置成多个组,这些组从室的下部开始设置并在每一侧至少部分地向上延伸。加热元件可以为燃烧器的形式,这些燃烧器的火焰被引导远离干馏段,从而使室的衬有耐火材料的壁辐射热量并造成对流加热。

具体实施方式
参考附图,图1是根据本发明一个实施例的用于处理材料的装置的示意图。该装置总体用10来指示,包括主体12,主体12具有加长干馏段14和过滤段16。干馏段14是其中具有主处理室18的加长体,并具有上游端20和下游端22。进料口24设置在上游端处,用于将要处理的材料输送到主处理室18。进料口24呈斜道26的形式,该斜道26倾斜以将材料引导到室18内的预期位置。干馏段14是从上游端朝着下游端向下倾斜,以便帮助材料沿着干馏段14通过。任何适当的进给机构都可用于将材料输送到斜道。优选地,该机构能防止空气进入,并可例如呈摇摆漏斗(rock hopper)、回转阀或莫诺泵(mono pump)的形式。
如图1和3所示,材料输送设备30设置在主处理室18内。设备30包括多个安装到位于中心的可旋转轴34上的清扫臂32,这些清扫臂配置成沿着室18从上游端朝向下游端驱使要被处理的材料。如图所示,进给斜道26向下游延伸超过上游清扫臂33,以试图和确保所有材料都能被设备30接收。上游清扫臂33倾斜并在端部上具有勺(scoop)78,使得其能拾起进入室内的材料并能抑制材料的堆积。清扫臂33和勺倾斜使得其能进入干馏器的底部进给端,从而避免了材料的堆积并将材料向前移动以便暴露给干馏壁。轴可由例如电动机或液压发动机等任何适当的装置来驱动。
排料口36设置在干馏段的下游端处,处理过的固体物质可通过其从室18中排出。回转阀38布置在排料口36处,并且固体材料通过回阀传送到螺旋通道40,该螺旋通道40将处理过的固体输送到适当收集地点。
过滤段16设置在干馏段14的上方并其中包括了过滤室46。过滤室46包括从主处理室18接收气体的进气区48和过滤区50。挡板52将进气区48与过滤区50分隔开,且留有在进气区48与过滤区50之间提供连通的输送通道54。多个由硅或陶瓷材料制成的过滤器58设置在过滤区50内并且经过滤的气体被传递到收集室60。吸气风扇61将气体通过过滤器吸入到收集室60中,之后,气体可被传送到例如冷凝器。进气区48包括位于过滤段的内壁和挡板52上的多个翅片或板62,多个翅片或板62趋向于将颗粒物质偏转向出口。翅片或板62还干扰气流,这就降低了气体的速度以及气流携带颗粒的能力。翅片或板沿着壁等间隔设置,以确保对于气体的最大暴露,因此减少了过滤器要处理的颗粒负载。过滤区内的颗粒物质经由桨构件66朝向排料口返回(图1和图4),该桨构件66的每个臂的端部上具有桨69,桨构件66安装到轴34上以便绕着轴旋转。桨实际上是小铲斗(bucket),这些小铲斗倾斜成一定角度以便收集过滤器箱颗粒并将这些颗粒向下引导到干馏壁的后部,因而它们将落入到产品收集斜道中。桨/铲斗并不深但足以取走少量的颗粒,因此强制使它们向下并到达干馏壁,从而形成出其他自由流动的颗粒将会跟随的导向流。出自过滤室的颗粒出口斜道应足够长且倾斜,使得离开过滤箱的颗粒将到达桨的向下的循环,从而确保它们直接向排料口移动,因此减少了可能会返回到朝着过滤室的流中的过滤器颗粒的数量。主偏流板68设置在从主处理室18到过滤室46的进气区40的入口区域中。板68趋向于使颗粒返回到处理室的下游端以便排出。
装置还包括压力传感器,其监测由堵住过滤器的颗粒建立起的压力。在预定压力下,可从解除过滤器的堵塞的管口67释放出氮气脉冲,从而使颗粒落向过滤室的底部,在过滤室底部桨将颗粒推向排料口。理想情况下,过滤器的面积大约与产生的气体的体积相等。板65设置在过滤室的顶部。板65趋向于将朝着室的底部的气流朝向排料口引导。该板形成了引导气流的通道,并使到排料口以及从排料口离开的颗粒加速。该板还限制了过滤器上的颗粒的直接接触。
装置10还包括燃烧室70,其基本上将装置的室18和过滤段44包围起来。燃烧室70的形式为加热罩(heat jacket)并包括在干馏段14的区域中的加热元件74。加热罩是用能经受住高达1000℃的温度的钢制成的。加热元件74沿着干馏段的长度方向间隔开,并布置成多个组,这些组设置成从室的下部开始在每侧向上延伸(图2)。加热元件为燃烧器的形式,这些燃烧器的火焰被引导向远离干馏段,从而使室的衬有耐火材料的壁能辐射热量并造成对流加热。以沿着燃烧室的底半部间隔开的多个组的形式布置燃烧器意味着沿着主处理室的稳定的材料流,并且由于清扫臂的动作,材料被混合起来并暴露到干馏段的加热壁,从而降低高于所需温度的温度。这意味着因为干馏段壁和正在加热的材料的相对较高的热传导,装置可具有相对高的处理量速率。排出的燃烧气体可用于对湿度可能较高的材料进行预处理。这提供了热回收应用,其中,排出的气体对装满了油的罩进行加热,该罩将朝着入口移动材料的两个螺旋体包围起来。
在要处理的材料含有硫的特定情况下,在材料进入干馏段前向材料中添加纯碱或苛性钠。这有助于在处理期间除去硫,并且大大地提高了处理效率,在处理中,净化过的气体是颗粒去除状态,并大大地减小了硫污染物。结合了燃烧器配置的干馏段中的装置30的动作将增加热干馏壁暴露程度并进一步减少了气流以及诸如气体和冷凝物等最终产品中的硫。
最后,应理解,各部件的不同构造和结构可进行各种变更、修改和/或增加,而不会脱离本发明的精神或范围。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于处理材料的装置,该装置包括主体、进料口和排料口,所述主体包括其中具有主处理室的加长干馏段,所述进料口位于所述干馏段的上游端处,所述排料口位于所述干馏段的下游端处,所述主体还包括其中带有过滤室的过滤段,所述过滤室与所述主处理室连通,所述过滤室相对于所述干馏段的纵向轴线横向设置,所述干馏段的纵向轴线在所述干馏段的端部之间延伸并与所述上游端间隔开。
2.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述进料口包括斜道,该斜道倾斜以将材料引导到室内的预期位置。
3.如权利要求2所述的装置,还包括燃烧室,该燃烧室至少部分地围绕所述干馏段并沿所述纵向轴线的方向至少部分地沿所述干馏段的长度延伸,所述燃烧室包括围绕所述干馏段和所述过滤段的加热罩。
4.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述主处理室的横截面是圆形,并且所述干馏段的横截面是基本圆柱形,所述干馏段的所述纵向轴线从所述上游端朝着所述下游端向下倾斜。
5.如权利要求1所述的装置,还包括设置在所述主处理室内的材料输送器件,该材料输送器件包括多个间隔开的清扫臂,所述清扫臂可操作地安装到旋转轴上,该旋转轴与所述干馏段的所述纵向轴线基本同轴地设置。
6.如权利要求5所述的装置,其中进给斜道延伸超过最上游清扫臂,以试图和确保所有材料都被所述器件接收,该上游清扫臂倾斜使得其能够拾起进入所述室的材料并抑制材料堆积。
7.如权利要求1所述的装置,其中所述过滤室包括进气区和过滤区、挡板、多个过滤器,所述进气区从所述主处理室接收气体,所述挡板将所述进气区与所述过滤区分隔开,且留有在所述进气区与所述过滤区之间提供连通的输送通道,所述多个过滤器设置在所述过滤区内并被布置成使得经过滤的气体可传递到收集室。
