Abstract

本发明提供一种可实现薄型化并可减轻因振动而引起的显示器的摇晃的设置于车辆顶板部的显示装置。本发明的显示装置包括:安装在车辆顶板部上的显示器安装本体(1)、通过左右的一对转动铰轴(2)可开闭转动地安装在该显示器安装本体(1)上的显示器(3)、以及该显示器控制系统的电路基板,在液晶显示器保持件(5)上端的水平面板部(5a)上装设配置有配线中继电路基板(8),该配线中继电路基板(8)将设在所述显示器安装本体(1)上的主电路基板和液晶显示器(4)电气性连接来中继配线。

显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种例如吊挂于车辆顶板部的显示装置。
背景技术
以往的这种显示装置包括:以平行状态安装固定在车辆顶板部上的显示器安装本体、通过左右的一对转动铰轴可开闭转动地轴支撑在该显示器安装本体上的显示器、以及该显示器控制系统的电路基板。更详细地说明,所述显示器包括:通过左右的一对转动铰轴可开闭转动地轴支撑在显示器安装本体上的液晶显示器(LCD)保持件、被该液晶显示器保持件保持的液晶显示器、以及以重叠的状态平行配置在该液晶显示器的背面上并用液晶显示器保持件保持的电路基板,用后盖和框架状的前盖来夹持所述液晶显示器和所述电路基板,从而成为一体的单元结构。这样构成的显示器能以左右的一对转动铰轴为中心在相对于显示器安装本体折叠的位置与离开该折叠位置的展开位置之间进行开闭操作(例如参照专利文献1)。

由于以往的电路基板的连结构造如上地构成,因此在底架的基板连结部位上形成且大小可收纳螺钉头部的凹状部的底面与电路基板之间的接触面积大,存在所述电路基板的有效面积相应减少的问题。即,在所述底架上,底部面积形成为比螺钉头部的直径大的凹状部的底面与电路基板之间无间隙地接触,因此,无法在所述电路基板上的与所述凹状部底面接触的区域内形成电路图案或配置安装零件,电路基板的有效面积减小,有碍电子器件的小型化。
发明内容
鉴于上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种显示装置,该显示装置是具有电路基板的显示器,且只需变更电路基板相对于该显示器的配置部位就可实现显示器整体的薄型化,并可减小显示器的开闭操作力和因振动等而引起的摇晃。
本发明的显示装置是一种包括安装在作为显示器安装对象的顶板部上的显示器安装本体、通过左右的一对转动铰轴可开闭转动地安装在该显示器安装本体上的显示器、以及该显示器控制系统的电路基板的显示装置,在所述转动铰轴的转动轴上装设配置有配线中继电路基板,该配线中继电路基板将设在所述显示器安装本体上的主电路基板和液晶显示器电气性连接来中继配线。
采用本发明,由于在转动铰轴的转动轴上装设配置有中继主电路基板与液晶显示器之间的连接配线用的配线中继电路基板,因此可获得液晶显示器与电路基板不在显示器的厚度方向上重叠的显示器构造,可实现显示器的薄型化。另外,如上所述,由于配线中继电路基板被装设配置在转动铰轴的转动轴上,因此所述显示器的重心位置靠近所述左右的转动铰轴之间,可减小所述显示器自重的转动惯量,从而可减小显示器的开闭操作力而提高开闭操作性,并可减轻因振动等而引起的显示器的摇晃。

具体实施方式
下面,为了更详细地说明本发明,参照附图对本发明的较佳实施形态进行说明。
实施形态1
图1是表示本发明实施形态1的车载用显示装置的侧视图,图2是拆下了图1的显示器安装本体后的显示器的分解立体图。
图1所示的显示装置包括:平行地安装固定在作为显示器安装对象的车辆的顶板部上的显示器安装本体1;通过左右的一对转动铰轴2可开闭转动地轴支撑在该显示器安装本体1上的显示器3;以及装设配置在该显示器3的展开使用位置的上部的转动轴上、将设在显示器安装本体1上的主电路基板(未图示)和所述显示器3的液晶显示器4(参照图2)电气性连接来中继配线的中继电路基板8。
下面更详细地进行说明,如图2所示,所述显示器3包括:液晶显示器4、保持该液晶显示器4的正面呈矩形框状的液晶显示器保持件5、将包括该液晶显示器保持件5在内的所述液晶显示器4的整个背面覆盖的后盖6、以及覆盖所述液晶显示器保持件5的表面的矩形框架状的前盖7,在所述液晶显示器保持件5的上面部位的转动轴上装设配置有所述配线中继电路基板8。在此,在所述液晶显示器保持件5上端部的长度方向的整个长度上一体形成有水平面板部5a,通过在该水平面板部5a上平行地重叠所述配线中继电路基板8的背面,使该配线中继电路基板8以平放状态装设配置在所述水平面板部5a上。
这样装设配置在液晶显示器保持件5上端的水平面板部5a上的配线中继电路基板8沿着所述水平面板部5a的长度方向形成为不从该水平面板部5a的区域脱离的大小的横长矩形形状,在该配线中继电路基板8的表面上安装有彼此电气性连接的配线连接用的连接器9、10。在这些连接器9、10中,一方的连接器9与所述显示器安装本体1的主电路基板用柔性配线基板(柔性印刷配线)11连接,另一方的连接器10与所述液晶显示器4用柔性配线基板12连接。在所述水平面板部5a的长度方向两端部形成有朝同一个方向折弯的凸缘部5b,所述左右的一对转动铰轴2向外突出地设置在这些凸缘部5b上。这些转动铰轴2被铰链托架13可转动地支承,所述铰链托架13安装在所述显示器安装本体1的下表面上。
在所述后盖6和所述前盖7各自的上端部,在长度方向的整个长度上分别形成有圆弧截面的对称形状的弯曲盖部6a、7a,用这些弯曲盖部6a、7a来覆盖所述液晶显示器保持件5上端的水平面板部5a和该水平面板部5a上的配线中继电路基板8。
采用上述实施形态1,在平行安装在作为显示器安装对象的车辆等的顶板部上的显示器安装本体1上配置主电路基板,且将该主电路基板和显示器3的液晶显示器4电气性连接来中继用于控制所述液晶显示器4的配线的配线中继电路基板8以平放状态装设配置到在液晶显示器保持件5上部的转动轴上形成的水平面板部5a上,因此,所述显示器3整体的厚度为所述液晶显示器保持件5以及夹持该液晶显示器保持件5的后盖6和前盖7组合后的厚度,因此,与将电路基板夹设在液晶显示器4的背面与后盖6之间的以往的显示器构造相比,可使显示器3薄型化。
如上所述,装设配置到在液晶显示器保持件5上端的转动轴上的水平面板部5a上的配线中继电路基板8可以是小型的部件,而且,该配线中继电路基板8被保持在左右的转动铰轴2之间,与所述以往的显示器构造相比,显示器3的重心位置靠近所述转动铰轴2之间,因此,显示器3的转动惯量减小,可减小该显示器3的开闭操作力,并可减轻因车辆行驶时的振动等而引起的显示器3的摇晃。由于液晶显示器保持件5上端的水平面板部5a和配线中继电路基板8被在所述后盖6和前盖7各自上端部的长度方向上形成的弯曲盖部6a、7a覆盖,因此外观美观,并可保护所述配线中继电路基板8。
实施形态2
图3是本发明实施形态2的车载用显示装置的拆下了显示器安装本体的显示器的分解立体图,对与图2相同的部分标记相同的符号并省去赘述。
在上述实施形态1中,在液晶显示器保持件5上端部的转动轴上的长度方向上形成有宽度与配线中继电路基板8的宽度尺寸对应的水平面板部5a,在该水平面板部5a上以平放状态装设配置有所述配线中继电路基板8,但在该实施形态2中,所述配线中继电路基板8以其宽度方向在液晶显示器保持件5的上部竖起的形态竖放地装设配置在转动轴上。在该实施形态2中,在所述液晶显示器保持件5的上端部的长度方向上一体形成有垂直面板部5c,在该垂直面板部5c的长度方向两端部折弯形成有凸缘部5d,在突出设置在该凸缘部5d上的左右的转动铰轴2之间使所述配线中继电路基板8沿着所述垂直面板部5c在宽度方向上竖立保持。
采用上述实施形态2,在液晶显示器保持件5上端面部的转动轴上使配线中继电路基板8以竖放状态竖立保持在左右的转动铰轴2之间,因此,可减小配线中继电路基板8在所述液晶显示器保持件5的上端面部的设置宽度,可将配线中继电路基板8装设配置在所述液晶显示器保持件5上端面部的转动轴上的宽度内,从而无需在前盖7的上端部形成上述实施形态1那样的弯曲盖部7a,可将所述前盖7整体做成大致同一平面状的架形状,因此,可使显示器3的转动铰轴2之间比上述实施形态1时薄,而且,由于在所述前盖7的前表面上没有上述弯曲盖部7a那样的突出部,因此外观简单美观。
工业上的可利用性
如上所述,本发明可提供一种设置在车辆等的顶板部上、可减轻因振动等而引起的显示器的摇晃的薄型显示装置。

Claims (4)

1.一种显示装置,包括:安装在作为显示器安装对象的顶板部上的显示器安装本体、通过左右的一对转动铰轴可开闭转动地安装在所述显示器安装本体上的显示器、以及该显示器控制系统的电路基板,其特征在于,在所述显示器的展开使用位置,在上部的转动轴上装设配置有配线中继电路基板,该配线中继电路基板将设在所述显示器安装本体上的主电路基板与液晶显示器电气性连接来中继配线。
2.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,显示器包括:通过左右的一对转动铰轴可开闭转动地轴支撑在显示器安装本体上的液晶显示器保持件、被该液晶显示器保持件保持的液晶显示器、覆盖该液晶显示器和所述液晶显示器保持件的背面的后盖、以及覆盖所述液晶显示器保持件的表面的框架状的前盖,在所述转动铰轴的转动轴上装设配置有配线中继电路基板。
3.如权利要求2所述的显示装置,其特征在于,配线中继电路基板以其背面平行地重叠平放在所述转动铰轴的转动轴上的状态装设配置。
4.如权利要求1所述的显示装置,其特征在于,配线中继电路基板以其宽度方向在液晶显示器保持件的上部竖起的竖放状态装设配置。
