Abstract

Description

本发明涉及通常称之为旅客登机桥的飞机装载桥,该登机桥具有封闭通道,以便乘客在机场中飞机停放地与候机楼之间转移。这样的登机桥由若干段可伸缩的舱段组成,停放时,诸舱段处于收缩状态;当飞机装载或卸载时,可以伸展至位于适当停放地的飞机,并与之对接。终端为一个连接舱组件的登机桥有一个与飞机舱门口相接的门,该门提供了登机桥与飞机之间的出入口。
应当指出,一部旅客登机桥必须既能伸展至与飞机相接并可在一定角度范围内移动,又能与舱门距地面高度各不相同的各种类型的飞机相配合。为此,这种登机桥通常安装在带升降登机桥用的升降装置的、由轮子支撑的结构上。
通常,这种支撑结构中的升降装置包括一对支撑可伸缩通道的端部舱段的升降支腿,支腿的位置大致在该舱段的纵向中部。。这种构造具有以下缺点:因为支撑结构距连接舱组件尚有一段距离,故升降支腿的任何移动都将在连接舱那端引起加倍的移动,这使得控制系统复杂化,当所加的修正量依赖于登机桥在各特定情况下的伸展长度时,尤其如此。
此外,当调整可升降支腿以便升降登机桥时,登机桥相对于地面的总的角度变化量会引起支腿或多或少地偏离垂线,从而使支腿中产生不希望有的应力。
本发明的目的之一是提供一种旅客登机桥,充分地避免上述缺点。
在本发明的登机桥中,可升降支撑结构与连接舱组件接合,并装有一种装置,该装置通过不断改变通道倾角使连接舱组件的底板基本 上保持水平,使可升降结构的轴线基本上保持铅垂。
不难看出,通过将支撑结构安装在连接舱组件上而不是距该组件有一段距离,将会使升降登机桥的控制系统大大简化,因为在这种情况下,连接舱组件的运动与升降装置的运动精确地相对应。
在本发明的一个推荐的实施例中,升降装置只有一条升降腿,该升降腿的轴线基本上沿着通道舱段的纵轴线穿过连接舱组件,而该组件则部分地偏置在通道的一侧。
采用一条升降腿具有以下优点:可以避免采用两条升降腿所必需解决的同步协调问题,而且连接舱的偏置为乘客无障碍地通过该舱室提供了足够的空间。因此,横跨乘客通道的连接舱组件的壁与升降腿之间的距离最好不小于登机桥其它乘客通过处的最小宽度。
升降腿最好铰接在梁上,该梁沿与连接舱组件毗邻的登机桥通道舱段向前伸出。这样,升降腿既支撑通道舱段又直接支撑连接舱,避免了连接舱组件和通道舱段铰接处的过度的应力。
连接舱组件最好带有一个水平检测器开关,该开关在该组件偏离水平状态时启动,给在该舱室及其毗邻的通道舱段之间工作的诸如千斤顶类的装置以能量,使连接舱恢复水平状态,因而也能确保升降腿维持垂直状态。
下面结合附图1至4举例说明本发明的一个实施例。
图1和图2为具有本发明结构的、分别处于收缩和伸展状态的登机桥的侧视图。
图3为登机桥舱室端部的剖视透视图。
图4为登机桥舱室端部的水平剖面草图。
登机桥有一个截面呈矩形的封闭通道1,该通道有一个与毗连机 场候机楼的圆形建筑物2相连接的固定端,和一个连接端3。该登机桥可以由图1所示的收缩位置伸展至图2所示的与飞机对接的位置,对接时,位于连接端3上的连接舱组件4与飞机舱门口接合。
为此,通道1由图2所示的三个可伸缩的舱段5、6和7组成,最外面的舱段7由一个带轮子的支撑结构8支撑,下面还将对此作进一步说明。
为了使登机桥能与距地面高度各不相同的飞机舱门对接,支撑结构有一条升降支腿9,该支腿从一个由连接舱组件4中的控制器控制的电动小车11向上延伸。
升降支腿9由两段伸缩杆12、13组成,内杆12的下端固定在小车11上,外杆13在一个保护管15内且向上延伸穿过连接舱组件4的主体14。该连接舱组件主体的底板16由框架17支承,框架17被固定在升降支腿外杆13的下端并铰接在一对平行的梁18上,这对梁刚性地安装在框架两侧上通道外舱段7的下表面并向前伸出。
升降支腿9靠位于其顶端的电动机19由螺杆驱动,使支腿的外杆13带动连接舱组件4及其毗邻的通道1的端部一起升降。这会引起通道相对于地面的斜度发生变化,但是当连接舱组件4出现任何水平偏差时,位于其顶部的水平检测器开关21就会工作,通过连接在该组件与通道舱段7之间的电动千斤顶22使连接舱组件回复到水平位置。
将升降支腿定位在登机桥的尽头是为了使它能作用于连接舱组件4上,该支腿的任何运动都准确地使该组件产生相同的运动。因此,与那些升降腿布置在距登机桥尽头若干英呎处的普通登机桥的控制系统相比,本发明连接舱组件的运动控制系统要简单得多。连接舱底板 16与通道舱段7的底板23之间的任何倾斜度差都由一端铰接在例如连接舱组件底板16上而对面一端可相对于底板自由滑动的板24来适应。通过调整连接舱组件使之保持水平,升降支腿9便自动地保持垂直状态,就避免了由于升降支腿偏离垂线超过了相当于通道舱段角位移的角度而引起的过度的应力。升降支腿轴线穿过登机桥的纵轴线,但是,在本发明的这个实施例中,连接舱组件4按图4所示那样被部分地移至登机桥通道的一侧。这就确保升降腿保护管15与连接舱一侧之间有适当的空间,以便乘客按图中箭头所示的路径顺利通过舱室。保护管15和与其相应一侧的连接舱壁之间的最小距离不小于穿过登机桥的其余乘客通道段的最小宽度。
控制登机桥运动的设备29位于保护管的另一侧,接近升降支腿。因此,与升降腿距连接舱有一段距离的登机桥相比,连接控制设备与驱动小车并操纵升降支腿的电机所需的缆绳较短。
连接舱组件4以普通的方式与一个连接段25相结合,该连接段有一个门,乘客可以通过此门上下飞机,该连接段与连接舱组件主件的部分圆周段14相贯,以确保其对准飞机舱门口。为此,连接段带有滚轮26(图中仅部分显示),该滚轮在图3所示的轨道27上绕连接舱组件主件14的底板16的外周滚动,连接段的移动及位置控制可由任何通常适用的装置来完成。
环绕着连接舱组件主件14的伸缩式或六角手风琴式舱壁(图中未示出)可与连接段25相贯,从而在组件主体段14和连接段25之间保持一个通道。这样的装置结构是一般的惯例,故不需详细说明。同样,图4所示的手动控制件28以公知的方式装在连接段25的一侧,围绕门口30的周边,并带有一个可变形的缓冲件31。当登机 桥处于工作位置时,该缓冲件环绕飞机舱门口与飞机机侧接合。
尽管在这个推荐的方案中将连接舱组件移到主通道舱段的一侧,但是很显然,在某些情况下通道可以做得更宽,使升降支腿保护管15的两侧都有乘客通道。此外,如果需要的话,单条升降支腿可以由两条布置在连接舱中两侧的升降支腿代替,乘客通道在两支腿之间。当然,在这种情况下,需要使该两条支腿的动作同步。

Claims (3)

1、一种旅客登机桥,包括在乘客出口端具有连接舱组件的伸缩式通道,该通道由单根垂直支腿构成的轮式升降支撑结构支撑,该支撑结构可用来升降通道的出口端,并且还具有通过改变通道的倾斜角度使连接舱组件的底板基本保持水平的装置,
其特征在于升降支腿(9)的上端在通道的大致纵轴线方向在连接舱组件的底板和顶部之间穿过连接舱组件,并固定到连接舱组件上以升降该组件和通道的相邻端,连接舱组件(4)部分地偏在通道的纵轴线的一侧,以提供旅客通过升降支腿一侧的连接舱组件的通路。
2、按权利要求1的一种旅客登机桥,其特征在于,它包括从与连接舱组件邻接的通道(1)向前伸出的梁(18),该梁铰接在升降支腿(9)上,以便支腿既支撑连接舱组件(4)又直接支撑通道(1)。
3、按权利要求1的一种旅客登机桥,其特征在于,使所述底板保持水平、所述轴线保持垂直的装置包括一个装在连接舱组件(4)上的水平检测器开关(21),该开关在连接舱组件偏离水平状态时启动,带动装置(22),从而使连接舱组件恢复水平状态。
