Abstract

用于净化核技术设备废气的锅炉状滤器滤芯具有如下特征:滤芯外壳由两个同心管子构成,滤质装在两管之间的环形空间内,管子上部有顶盖,下部有底座密封。底座中央开有进气口,底座周边上分布有若干环形空间的排气口,在进气室和内管及环形空间5之间用连接孔连通。外壳上装有喷头状清洗装置,将清洗用液体喷淋到滤质的进气侧。圆形滤质的纵切面呈向上的U形。作为滤芯的一个组成部分的清洗装置位于顶盖内,其喷向向下,喷进U字两腿之间的环形内室里。

Description

本发明涉及用于净化核技术设备废气的锅炉状过滤器的滤芯,这种滤芯的主要特征是滤芯的外壳由两根同心管子同心构成,滤质安装在管子之间的环形空间,管子上端用顶盖而下端用底座密封,底座中央开有进气口,在底座圆周上沿外壁设有环形空间的排气口,在内管的进气室与环形空间之间设有连接孔,滤芯外壳上装有喷嘴状的清洗装置,把清洗用液体喷向滤质的进气侧。
一般来说,本发明解决的是工艺流程中废气中的湿烟雾的回收问题。迄今为止,回收湿烟雾所使用的是装有玻璃纤维填料的长方形或圆柱形过滤器。而对于放射性能量很高的放射性废气来说,尤其对于湿烟雾和干烟雾状的放射性废气,由于需要进行遥控操作,则多采用圆柱形过滤器。这种过滤器一般由滤器框架和圆形玻璃纤维填料构成。滤器的直径和高度可以任选。废气由过滤器一端入口进入过滤器(这一端与滤器外壳密封,另一端则用一个盖密封),径向通过纤维层,然后离开滤器芯。这种纤维叠层分离器在工作中可以喷淋,通过冲掉留在纤维层上的微粒使滤质本身达到清洗。在这种滤器上,相应的喷嘴和给水器是滤器外壳的组成部分,在更换滤芯时,要连同滤芯一块取下。喷淋的液体不仅喷到滤器的废气入口,而且淋到废气出口,并且由于可能发生废气短暂中断,必须将液体分别排出。为了达到分离度高,同时又使滤器中的压力损失较小,因而废气通过玻璃纤维填料 的速度必须保持在一定限度内。这样,可供使用的过滤面积便限定了废气通过滤器的最大流通量。关于滤床的清洗装置比如在DE-OS    30    12    911中已有介绍。
前面介绍的那种已知的滤芯没有内装的喷淋系统。用于喷洗滤质的喷嘴是滤器外壳的组成部分。一旦喷嘴堵塞,就必须花费高额代价更换滤器外壳,由于滤器外壳一般是在整个设备的全寿命中使用的。此外,在这样一种外壳里,滤层是固定在滤框两端上的,这样便不能敷设多层滤床,以扩大过滤面积。
因此,本发明的任务在于:创造一种前面所描述的过滤器芯。同已知的滤芯相比,这种滤芯一方面扩大了过滤面积,另一方面又改进了清理过滤面积的喷洗装置。
为解决这一任务,本发明建议采用如下结构特征的滤芯,该滤芯的圆形滤质位于两根同心管子之间并留有空隙,滤质的切面呈两条腿向上的U字形;清洗装置位于顶盖内部,其喷淋方向朝下,从流入方向看是喷入U字形两条腿之间的环形内室,该清洗装置是滤芯外壳整体的组成部分;在两管形成的环形空间上部与外壳顶盖之间设有中间隔板,隔板位于外管上,与顶盖之间有一定距离,中间隔板上中央留有进气室的连接口,另外还为环形内室留一个开口。
滤芯的其它特征还包括,在顶盖下面设置给水器,给水器上安装有径向喷淋管,喷淋管的喷嘴方向朝下,喷嘴位于环形开口上方,并喷入环形内室里。作为可自动清洗的湿式分离器,这种构造的滤芯是通过将工艺流程废气强制通过由玻璃纤维棉组成的滤层填料而达到回收湿烟雾的。由于这种滤器的形状是两个同心设置的圆柱 形滤层,二者在底部又以同样厚的玻璃纤维棉填料相连,因而滤芯可以用喷嘴自上而下进行清洗。这时,废气通过滤器的进气口自下而上进入,到达顶部后径向转向,然后到达两个圆柱形纤维层的分配室。废气穿过纤维层时,湿烟尘被留在纤维棉填料里,废气接着继续向下流动,通过滤器底部的环形开口排出滤器。当滤器中的压差因滤质的堵塞而达到某一规定值时,滤芯便自动地或手动地通过本发明的滤器一体化组件清洗装置用清洗液体进行喷洗。喷洗时,滞留在滤器填料上的烟尘被水冲掉,并随水一同离开滤器。滤芯因此而得到清洗,并可根据规定继续完成新的任务。根据本发明,这里的液体分配器以及喷嘴本身均属滤芯的组成部分。
其它细节下面将借助于图示加以说明。该图是作为自动清洗式湿式分离器的滤器纵剖面示意图。
过滤器主要由外壳1构成,外壳由两根同心管子2和3组成,滤质4安装在管子2和3之间形成的环形空间5里。在管子2和3的底部装有底座6,顶部装有顶盖7。底座6正中央有进气口8,需要净化的废气9通过进气口进入内管3中的进气室10里。
此外,底部6的圆周上排列着排气口12,排气口与环形空间5连接,经过净化的废气11通过排气口排出。底座下部有一个带密封件14的压紧环13,它们对也属于本滤器外壳但未加描述的其它部件进行压紧。
在顶盖7的下面,外部管子2上设有一个中间隔层15,中间隔层介于内管3和外管2之间,因而在中间隔层15与顶盖17之间形成中间空隙18。在中间隔层15上设有环形口16,该开口位于U形滤质上方,开口正好朝向U形的内室17。中间隔板15固定在距 内管3上端很近的地方,并将气流从上方引导进滤器填料中。管子3的上部开有经过中间隔板15上面的连接口19,该连接口同环形开口16和中间空隙18共同构成进气室10和内室17之间的连接通道。U形滤质4位于底座6上面,中间稍有空隙,这样,可以使沿着方向20流动的气体通过环形空间5中其余部分向下流动,并作为已净化的气体11流出排气口12。
除上面所提到的开口8,12,16和19之外,不管是外管2和内管3,还是顶盖7,底座6以及中间隔板15全部为气密封。滤质4是两个厚度相等的同心滤层21和22,它们被压入固定在中间隔板15上的铁丝格栅中。滤层21和22的底部通过一个用同种材料制成的同样厚度的滤层24连接在一起,这样,前面提到的U字形的开口向上。
在顶盖7的内侧中心,给水器26用穿过顶盖7的菌状支承头固定。从给水器26中引出径向喷淋臂管28,喷管上装有喷向朝下的喷嘴29,喷嘴29位于环形开口16的上方,通过环形开口16喷向内室17中滤质或滤层填料的进气侧。在将滤芯装入图中未绘出的滤器外壳中时,滤器外壳中直立的喷水管一定要同滤芯内给水器26的下部进水口25密封连接。需要净化的废气9经过进气口8进入滤芯后向上涌流,到达上部后在中间空隙18中径向向外转向,穿过中间隔板15的环形开口16进入滤层21和22之间的内室17。废气通过这些滤层时,湿烟尘被留在滤层21和22上,然后顺着内管3和外管2向下,最后通过外管2和底座6上的密封环14之间的排气口离开滤芯。

Claims (2)

1、一种用于净化核技术设备废气的锅炉状过滤器的过滤芯子包括:
a)过滤器芯子的外壳由两根同心的管子组成;
b)滤质安装在两根管子之间的环形空间
c)管子的上端有顶盖,下端有底座密封;
d)底座正中央开有进气口,在底座圆周上沿外壁设有环形空间的出气口;
e)在内管的进气室与环形空间之间设有连接孔;
f)滤芯外壳上装有喷嘴状的净化装置,净化装置将净化用液体喷向滤质的入流侧;
这种过滤器的特征在于:
g)圆形滤质(4)位于两根管子(2、3)之间并留有空隙,滤质的切面呈两条腿向上的U形;
h)清洗装置(26、28、29)位于顶盖(7)内部,其喷淋方向朝下,从流入方向来看,是喷入两条腿(21、22)之间形成的环形内室(17),清洗装置是滤芯外壳整体的组成部分;
i)在二管之间的环形空间(5)的上部和外壳顶盖(7)之间设有中间隔板,隔板位于外管(2)上,与顶盖(7)之间有一定距离,中间隔板上正中央留有进气室(10)的连接口,另外还为环形内室(17)留有一个开口(16)。
2、根据权利要求1的过滤器的过滤芯子,还具有如下特征:
j)清洗装置由一个给水器(26)构成,给水器位于顶盖(7)下面,给水器上安装有径向喷淋管(28),喷淋管上的喷嘴(29)方向朝下;
k)喷嘴(29)位于环形开口(16)上方,并经过环形开口喷入环形内室(17)或喷向过滤介质(4)的进气侧;
l)给水器(26)的底部中央有一个进水口(25),进水口可垂直密封安装在过滤器的一根进水管道上。
