Abstract

本发明涉及一种具有行星架、大体位于中心的太阳轮、外齿圈和通过挠性销或销组件安装在行星架上的多个中间螺旋行星齿轮的行星齿轮组。
背景技术
在如上所述的布置方式下,可能需要在挠性销上使用螺旋齿轮。然而,这样的布置方式是有问题的,因为在某种意义上这会产生相应的螺旋推压载荷,该载荷将使挠性销围绕其重心扭转,从而导致载荷在齿接触面上分布不当,这可能造成断齿。
发明内容
一方面,该发明包含了一种具有行星架、可安装在轴上的大体中心的太阳轮、外齿圈和可通过挠性销组件安装在轴上的中间螺旋行星齿轮的齿轮,该发明的特征在于该齿轮还包含位于螺旋行星齿轮的每端处的滚圈形式的反作用构件,每个反作用构件在挠性销组件上提供相应的径向向内的反作用负载,以一同抵抗行星齿轮上的由于螺旋齿轮上的轮齿负载而产生的扭矩。

螺旋齿轮可以通过合适的轴承安装在销上,每个反作用负载将通过螺旋行星轮本体产生作用来平衡螺旋推压力矩。滚圈的直径优选比螺旋齿轮的节距圆稍大,从而使其滑动速度最小。

具体实施方式

Claims (4)

1.一种齿轮组,具有行星架、可安装在轴上的大体中心的太阳轮、外齿圈和通过挠性销组件安装在行星架上的中间螺旋行星齿轮,其特征在于,所述齿轮组还包括位于螺旋行星齿轮上每端处的滚圈形式的反作用构件,使得每个反作用构件在挠性销组件上提供相应的径向向内的反作用负载,以一同抵抗行星齿轮上的由于螺旋齿轮上的轮齿负载而产生的扭矩。
2.如权利要求1所述的齿轮组,其中,所述销以悬臂的方式位于行星架上,并且所述反作用负载绕挠性销组件的悬臂部分的重心作用在相反的方向上。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的齿轮组,其中,所述滚圈的外径的尺寸比所述螺旋齿轮的节距圆的尺寸稍大。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的齿轮组,其中,所述螺旋齿轮通过轴承安装在挠性销组件上,并且每个反作用负载通过行星齿轮产生作用。
