根据本发明,所述模塑体或者基材在至少一面涂覆有膜。在此使用的膜或者涂覆膜包括厚度最多为500μm的膜。膜的层厚优选低于500μm,特别优选低于或者大约等于400μm,非常特别优选低于或者大约等于300μm,或者为大约300μm-大约400μm。由于用于膜的材料显著减少和对于该膜使用了较低成本的材料和/或制备工艺,这使得可观地节约了整个组件的成本。

所述膜优选具有装饰层,该装饰层特别优选通过印刷方法施加。
所述膜的一种特别优选的实施方案包括聚丙烯,特别是PPH(聚丙烯均聚物),或PP共聚物。为了在注塑方法的模内涂覆期间取得特别好的稳定性,在所述层或者另外的层的至少之一中使用具有低于1g/10分钟(230℃/2.16kg)的相对低熔体指数(MFI,熔体流动指数)的聚丙烯嵌段共聚物(PPBC)。还存在含量低于30%的弹性体材料,由此赋予膜可成型性或者延伸性。例如,为此使用热塑性弹性体。此外,该膜可以另外具有小份额(通常低于15%)的添加剂,例如有色颜料、填料、稳定剂、加工助剂等。
膜的生产特别使用用于抛光该膜的所谓套管方法。在该方法中,聚合物熔体在从平坦膜模头排出后,流经金属带和激冷辊之间,由此获得所需的A类表面。膜的表面基本上决定待施加到膜上的涂层的视觉品质。该方法还提高了机械性能,这是因为低的取向程度和低的结晶程度。特别地,该方法改善了热成型性或者成型性,并赋予膜较高的韧性。
根据本发明的模塑体基材优选涉及热塑性材料,其采取垫子形式,或者作为其备选方案,其以熔体形式加工。
优选地,以熔体形式处理的材料包括聚丙烯(PP)、丙烯腈/丁二烯/苯乙烯(ABS)、含ABS和聚碳酸酯(PC)的混合物、聚酰胺(PA)或者热塑性弹性体(TPE),或者涉及基于天然橡胶和/或聚丙烯(PP)的热塑性弹性体。以熔体形式加工的材料还优选包括含这些材料的至少两种的混合物。
特别优选的是,以熔体形式加工的材料包含填料。填料的实例是滑石、白垩和硅灰石。以熔体形式加工的材料还可以含有增强材料,例如玻璃纤维、天然纤维、碳纤维或者织物类增强材料,例如玻璃纤维垫或者天然纤维垫,以增强其机械稳定性。优选被添加到该以熔体形式加工的材料中的其它材料是成孔剂,例如物理或者化学发泡剂,或者载气体的弹性体珠粒。
垫形式的热塑性材料优选包括纤维例如天然纤维、玻璃纤维或者碳纤维,和热塑性粘合剂例如聚丙烯。该热塑性粘合剂可以以纤维或者粉末形式与其它纤维混合。
本发明的装饰部件例如通过热塑性材料的模内涂覆使用注塑方法、模压方法或者注塑模压方法制备。通过注塑方法的模内涂覆优选按照DE 102005039600中实施,该文献在此引入本文作为参考。
在粘附到该膜之前,垫形式的基材优选经预热和然后在成型模具中通过模压方法或者注塑模压方法粘附到该膜。
所述膜(优选为2D膜)任选地经预热或者在膜的预先成型之后(例如通过热成形)置于成型模具中,并在其中例如通过使用注塑方法、模压方法或者注塑模压方法模内涂覆而粘附到基材。在将该膜插入成型模具之前,如果合适的话,对膜进行切削(例如冲压)以获得合适的轮廓形状。
本发明装饰部件的表面结构可以通过成型模具的合适表面产生。其可以具有抛光表面或者有纹理的表面,由此允许生产具有光滑表面或者具有纹理状表面的装饰部件。

Claims (18)

1.一种用于机动车辆内部的装饰部件,包括基材和粘附于该基材上的膜,该装饰部件的特征在于,该膜包含聚丙烯(PP)或者聚丙烯共聚物。
2.权利要求1的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述膜的层厚低于大约500μm,优选低于或者等于大约400μm,非常特别优选低于或者大约等于300μm,或者为大约300μm至大约400μm。
3.前述权利要求任一项的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述膜在其背向基材侧具有涂层。
4.权利要求3的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述涂层的层厚为大约1μm至大约30μm,优选为大约5μm至大约20μm,特别优选大约10μm。
5.权利要求3或4的装饰部件,其特征在于,所提供的涂层是基于聚氨酯的,优选包括反应性双组分聚氨酯体系。
6.权利要求3、4或5的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述涂层具有高耐刮擦性和/或高耐化学品性,和/或高耐UV性,和/或高耐书写性。
7.权利要求3-6中任一项的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述涂层在视觉上被感知为消光的,且另外触感柔软。
8.前述权利要求中任一项的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述膜具有一层,或者所述膜具有一层和另外的一层。
9.权利要求8的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述膜是聚丙烯或者聚丙烯共聚物,其熔体指数(MFI,熔体流动指数)低于或等于1g/10分钟(230℃/2.16kg),该聚丙烯优选为聚丙烯嵌段共聚物(PPBC)。
10.权利要求9的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述聚丙烯或者聚丙烯共聚物(PPBC)已经与热塑性弹性体(TPE)共混,该热塑性弹性体(TPE)的份额优选低于或者等于30%,基于该混合物。
11.权利要求8-10中任一项的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述另外的层为热塑性材料,优选PS或者PS共聚物,聚烯烃、聚烯烃共聚物,或者热塑性弹性体,优选TPES、TPEV、TPEE或者TPEU,或者包含至少两种上述材料的组合。
12.权利要求8-11中任一项的装饰部件,其特征在于,在多层膜的情况下该膜具有外层,所述外层包含PET、PMMA或者PC,或者它们的混合物。
13.权利要求8-12中任一项的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述层和所述另外层通过粘合促进剂彼此粘合在一起。
14.前述权利要求中任一项的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述膜具有以印刷方法施加的装饰层。
15.前述权利要求中任一项的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述基材为热塑性材料,其采取垫形式或者以熔体形式进行加工。
16.权利要求15的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述以熔体形式加工的材料是PP、ABS、ABS和PC、PA、TPE、TPV,或者包含至少两种上述材料的混合物。
17.权利要求15或16的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述以熔体形式加工的材料包含填料。
18.权利要求15-17中任一项的装饰部件,其特征在于,所述垫形式的热塑性材料包含纤维和/或粘合剂。
