Abstract

在带材热轧机组、带材处理设备等中对薄板和带材清洁或去氧化皮的方法和装置
技术领域
本发明涉及用于在带材热轧机组、带材处理设备等中对薄板和带材进行清洁或去氧化皮的方法以及用于实施该方法的装置。
背景技术
在带材热轧机组中的热轧过程中,板坯或带材在输送通过熔炉和轧制机组时经常会起氧化皮。这些氧化皮(轧屑)通常在进行轧制之前借助氧化皮清洗设备去除。在此将高压水(大约200至300巴)喷射在热的表面上。水的进入除了能获得期望的清洁过程外,还会导致带材的不期望的冷却。在铸造机与轧制机组直接相连的轧制设备中,即以铸造速度轧制的轧制设备中这种冷却效应因为输送速度较低而产生特别的干扰。
在带材处理设备中,轧屑通常在进行轧制之前借助酸洗机组去除。在此将带材拉拽通过热的酸池(盐酸、硫酸、混合酸等)。由于化学反应而产生期望的清洁过程。但是该过程不但费劲而且由于使用酸浴而未必对环境无害。
但是,在文献DE199 53 230 C2中描述了一种冷轧方法,其中,在辊隙的区域中吹入温度低于室温的惰性气体以取代冷却液,惰性气体的温度低于辊隙中的轧件的温度,并且WO 02/087803公开了一种类似于在冷轧过程中将惰性气体输送到轧辊的辊隙附近的方法和装置;但是在冷轧时的情况并不能转用到热轧和带材的表面处理上。
发明内容
因而需要有针对性地寻找替代方案,在热轧过程中尽量减少去氧化皮过程的温度损失、改善清洁效果以及优化带材在带材处理设备中的清洁。
作为该发明目的的优选解决方案,将冷却剂用于板坯或带材的清洁工艺或去氧化皮工艺。在此使用液态气体,如液氮或液态二氧化碳。可以以纯净形式或在利用压力气体或其他适当载体的情况下使用所述气体。与氧化皮清洗机的水一样,所述液态气体被喷射到板坯的表面或带材表面或待去氧化皮的带材上。但是,因为使用的是在接触到所述表面上时会发生挥发的液态气体,从而仅仅导致很小的温度降。带有灰尘颗粒或轧屑颗粒的无害气体在需要时接着被抽走。清洁效果或去氧化皮效果基于以下三种效应:
热效应:
其中在轧屑层中以及在轧屑和带材之间形成微裂纹。
动力学效应:
液态颗粒接触到表面上并且渗入所形成的缝隙中。
相位转变:
液态气体的突然的体积膨胀炸开轧屑层或污染物层。
在这一过程中,在带材热轧机中的热轧具有以下优点:
去除轧屑;
在清洁表面的过程中温度损失小;
所述较小的温度损失可获得以下好处:
·通过选择较低的熔炉温度从而节约热能;
·在精轧温度足够的情况下能尽量减少成品带材的厚度;
·设备结构的扩展(相连接的铸造-轧制-工艺);
·无需传统的氧化皮清洁机和相应的压力水供应系统,从而进一步节约能源;
·在带材宽度上温度分布的不均匀性(Temperaturstreifigkeit)降低;
·除了去氧化皮效果外,带材的除加载位置之外的区域也被惰性气体所包围(气体分布)。在此也抑制了氧化皮的重新形成。
在这一过程中,对于带材装置而言具有以下优点:
去除轧屑;
在酸洗中的酸消耗量较少;
酸洗的能量消耗较少;
缩短酸洗容器或节约一个或多个酸洗步骤;
在可选的去氧化皮工艺中的效率提高;
现有酸洗机组的生产率提高;
氮去氧化皮装置替代段矫正机(Streckrichter)(氧化皮清除机),也就是说无需段矫正机(氧化皮清除机)。
附图说明
在图1至6中描述了带有液态气体的去氧化皮装置在带材热轧机组中的可能安装位置:
图1示出了在铸造设备之后、在轧制机组或熔炉之前的结构。在此输送速度特别低。传统的去氧化皮装置很难实现。
图2是在精轧机组之前的可能安装位置。
图3是在精轧机组的两个机座之间的应用情况。通过去除薄的轧屑层,抑制了新形成的次级轧屑的轧制。
图4示出了为了尽量减少成品带材(卷材)上的轧屑厚度,有针对性地提高酸洗速度,紧靠驱动器/卷取机(Treber/Haspel)之前设置液态气体去氧化皮装置。
图5示出了液态气体清洁装置,其可以是带有一个或多个喷杆的单独装置或与传统的去氧化皮装置或低压带材清洁装置一起工作。
图6示出了抽取气体或轧屑颗粒的实施方案。此外,图6还示出了热带材之前的分配管的屏蔽。此外还能发现,喷嘴被尽可能紧密地定位在带材之前,从而产生完全的效果并且将液体在挥发前输送到表面上。
具体实施方式
带有液态气体的去氧化皮装置在带材设备中的可能安装位置如下:
1.作为段矫正机的补充的装置。即在段矫正机中或直接在段矫正机上加装喷嘴。因为此处已经安装有抽取设备,所以所述安装位置也可用于改装。
2.带有液态气体的去氧化皮装置作为“独立”应用甚至可以替代段矫正机。

Claims (11)

1.一种用于在带材热轧机组中对薄板和轧制带材进行清洁或去氧化皮的方法,其特征在于:使用冷却剂如氮或冷却剂与载体如压力气体的化合物,以液态低温的方式喷射在薄板表面上或带材表面上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:将挥发的冷却剂如氮在需要时与其载体一起和灰尘颗粒或轧屑颗粒从板或轧制带材抽走。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:将冷却剂如氮在需要时与其载体一起喷射在用于板或薄板的铸造机和轧机或熔炉之间。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:将冷却剂如氮在需要时与其载体一起喷射在CSP装置的精轧机座或传统的带材热轧机组的精轧机座的前方。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:将冷却剂如氮在需要时与其载体一起喷射在紧接精轧机组的机座Fi的后方、在机座之间、在需要时在卷取器的位置上或紧靠精轧机组的机座Fi+1的前方。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于:将冷却剂如氮在需要时与其载体一起喷射在精轧机组的后方和在冷却段之后但是在驱动器/卷取机之前。
7.用于在带材处理设备中对带材进行清洁或去氧化皮的方法,其特征在于:使用冷却剂如氮或冷却剂与载体如压力气体的化合物,以液态低温的方式喷射在薄板表面上或带材表面上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:将冷却剂如氮在需要时与其载体一起在带材装置的段矫正机的区域中喷射于带材上。
9.用于实施根据上述方法权利要求1至6的一个或多个所述的方法的装置,其特征在于:在薄板或轧制带材的上方或下方具有一个或多个用于冷却剂如氮在需要时和载体气体的喷杆。
10.根据权利要求7所述的装置,其特征在于:所述喷杆被带有气体和颗粒抽取装置的屏蔽罩所围绕。
11.用于实施根据权利要求7或8所述的方法,其特征在于:在段矫正机上设有一个或多个喷杆。
