Claims (1)
- 独立权利要求本发明涉及一段从山羊肌肉细胞分离的编码S6K1蛋白的cDNA,更具体地说涉及编码S6K1蛋白质的cDNA编码区核苷酸序列和与它对应的氨基酸序列。目前应用RT-PCR方法克隆基因并获得相应的核苷酸序列是获得基因(cDNA)核苷酸序列的常用方法。本项发明设计了一对引物并应用这对引物通过RT-PCR方法扩增出了山羊S6K1基因cDNA的编码区特异性片段,经过测序后得到这一片段的1563bp的核苷酸序列,其特征是在还没有羊S6K1基因核苷酸序列的情况下,通过比较已知的人、大鼠、兔、牛的S6K1基因的核苷酸序列,找到保守区,然后根据牛S6K1基因cDNA序列在不打破氨基酸编码的前提下设计PCR引物,进而通过RT-PCR方法扩增出了山羊S6K1基因cDNA的编码区片段,测序后得到了1563bp的核苷酸序列和与它对应的氨基酸序列,这一山羊S6K1基因cDNA编码区片段的核苷酸序列和与它对应的氨基酸序列在国内外是首次获得。基于上述说明的本发明的技术特征,本发明的独立权利要求表述为:一种自山羊分离的多核苷酸序列和与它对应的氨基酸序列,是下列序列之一:1)序列表中SEQ ID NO:1的cDNA序列;2)与序列表中SEQID NO:1的cDNA序列对应的标注为SEQ ID NO:2的氨基酸序列。
