滚筒式搅拌机
技术领域
本发明涉及一种滚筒式搅胖机,具有一个可转动支承在支座上的搅拌料的滚筒和一个用于使滚筒绕其旋转轴线转动的传动装置,其中具有一个取料管,其从滚筒的端侧加料口利用其取料口接收滚筒的搅拌料。
背景技术
为在搅拌期间也可以取出滚筒式搅拌机的搅拌料,现有技术(US 5 249 860A)中公开了向一个伸入滚筒内的取料管输送搅拌料,其中,取料管向上敞开并具有一个蜗杆。这种装置的缺点是,滚筒通过搅拌件划分搅拌室,因为滚筒侧壁上的搅拌件必须将搅拌料输送到取料管上,从而不能保证搅拌料的均匀搅拌,这样在难于搅拌的搅拌料情况下不能使用这种滚筒式搅拌机。此外,搅伴件由于其输送搅拌料的附加特性必须比较耐磨,这样需要很高的结构费用。
发明内容
本发明的目的因此在于,按照结构简单的方式这样构成上述所述类型的滚筒式搅拌机,使其即使在难于搅拌的搅拌料情况下也能保征取出均匀搅拌的搅拌料。
该目的依据本发明由此得以实现,即具有一个与支座连接的支承件,其在滚筒内与伸入滚筒搅拌料内的取料管至少分区削减力地特别是刚性地连接。
如果具有一个与支座连接的支承件,其在滚筒的内部与伸入滚筒搅拌料内的取料管至少分区削减力地连接,那么即使高搅拌力作用于取料管的情况下也可以使取料管得到足够的支承。因此取料管在搅拌期间也可以伸入滚筒的搅拌料内,由此与现有技术不同,滚筒无需分成搅拌室,因为不必具有用于输送搅拌料的搅拌件。因此难于搅拌的搅拌料也可以由滚筒式搅拌机进行处理,这样使该滚筒式搅拌机别具特色。此外,无需关心搅拌件耐磨构成使结构变得简单,从而可以特别是成本低廉地制造本发明的滚筒。
结构简单的是,基本上沿滚筒的旋转轴线分布的管状支承件一方面与支座连接和另一方面可转动支承在滚筒与加料口相对的内侧上。因此可以通过滚筒将搅拌料传递到取料管上,这样降低支承件的结构费用。
为降低取料管强度方面的结构费用,取料管可以在取料口的区域内与支承件刚性连接,从而恰恰是可以削减取料管的搅拌力,这种力机械上对取料管的负荷最强。
如果抽取或输送搅拌料的取料管利用其取料口伸入滚筒的下部区域内,那么因此可以结构简单地卸空滚筒。

具体实施方式
依据所示的实施例,滚筒式搅拌机具有一个可转动支承在支座1上的滚筒2,其中,支座1作为可移动的滑架构成。滚筒2与传动装置3连接,传动装置3使滚筒2绕一个向水平线倾斜分布的旋转轴线4运动。在滚筒2内,从滚筒2的端侧加料口5,一根具有其取料口7的取料管6伸入搅拌料8内,以便可以取出滚筒2的搅拌料8。滚筒2内分布一个与支座1连接的支承件9,其与取料管6在滚筒2的内部刚性连接。因此与现有技术不同,取料管6可靠地保持在滚筒2的搅拌料8内,而无需使用高抗弯强度的取料管6。除了降低取料管6的结构费用外,这样还可以确保取料管6在不同的滚筒转速下可靠地取出均匀搅拌的搅拌料8,因为由于搅拌料8的搅拌运动产生的力绝大部分被支承件9削减。
管状支承件9的一端在滚筒2与加料口5相对的内侧上可转动装入一个滚筒轴承10内,其中,为使结构简化支承件9在滚筒2的内部基本上沿滚筒2的旋转轴线4分布。管状支承件9的另一端与支座1特别是焊接固定连接。
取料管6在取料口7的区域内与支承件9刚性连接,而且支承件9为此构成一个与取料管6焊接的抗弯保持件11。因此取料口7可以位置精确地保持在滚筒2的搅拌料8内。但也可以设想取代保持件11使用未详细示出的液压伺服缸,以便这样可以改变取料管6在滚筒2内部的位置。
取料管6利用其取料口7伸入滚筒2的下部区域内,其中,取料管6可以或者利用泵和/或者蜗杆抽吸或输送搅拌料8,而无需为搅拌料8的均匀搅拌考虑滚筒转速。

Claims (4)

1.滚筒式搅拌机,具有一个可转动支承在支座上的搅拌料的滚筒和一个用于使滚筒绕其旋转轴线转动的传动装置,其中具有一个取料管,其取料管从滚筒的端侧加料口利用其取料口接收滚筒的搅拌料,其特征在于,具有一个与支座(1)连接的支承件(9),其支承件(9)在滚筒(2)内与伸入滚筒(2)搅拌料(8)内的取料管(6)至少分区削减力地特别是刚性地连接。
2.按权利要求1所述的滚筒式搅拌机,其特征在于,基本上沿滚筒(2)的旋转轴线(4)分布的管状支承件(9)一方面与支座(1)连接和另一方面可转动支承在滚筒(2)与加料口(5)相对的内侧上。
3.按权利要求1或2所述的滚筒式搅拌机,其特征在于,取料管(6)在取料口(7)的区域内与支承件(9)刚性连接。
4.按权利要求1、2或3所述的滚筒式搅拌机,其特征在于,抽取或输送搅拌料(8)的取料管(6)利用其取料口(7)伸入滚筒(2)的下部区域内。
