Abstract

From a container body (1), revolution, preferably cylindrical and able to rotate during the mixing phase, has the particularity that its axis of rotation (7), attached to the container body (1), adopts a strongly disposed oblique with respect to the geometric axis of said body, concretely crossing its bases by marginal and diametrically opposed points. In one of these bases (3) is established, in contrast to the axis (7), a filling mouth emptied by a sealing step (5) so that said mouth is capable of adopting a higher extreme situation in the context of the mixer, for filling thereof, and a lower extreme situation for emptying after homogenization of the mixture. Inside the container (1) there are shovels (11) that can rotate together with it or be equipped with an independent movement to improve the conditions of removal of the mixture and that can even be provided with sharp edges for a complementary effect trocead

Description

UNIVERSAL MIXER DESCRIPTION OBJECT OF THE INVENTION The present invention relates to a mixing device, especially designed for the removal of various granular, pulverulent and / or liquid products, in order to obtain a homogeneous mixture thereof. The object of the invention is to achieve the aforementioned situation of homogeneity of the mixture, with a minimum energy consumption and in a considerably short removal time, ie a high yield. The mixer that is advocated is usable both at an industrial level and at a particular level, in any field in which it is necessary to achieve a mixture of two or more substances BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION The mixers known up to now, have as a common denominator the incorporation of REF: 24269 a body of revolution, capable of rotating on its own geometric axis, so that the removal of the materials to be mixed is produced by a combination of the body's own rotating movement, the centrifugal force generated in said rotary movement, and of the force of gravity, the aforementioned axis of rotation being generally located in a position inclined with respect to the vertical one. A series of additional pallets facilitate the upward drag of materials This assumes that these materials receive basically two movements, one transverse or rotary, and another vertical, that is to say that the mass moves practically according to two of the axes of a Cartesian coordinate system . Obviously the mixture will be faster and more homogeneous if the removal took place in correspondence with the three axes of a Cartesian coordinate system, which to date has not been achieved by any type of mixer.
DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION The universal mixer proposed by the invention has been designed precisely to access this third dimension, that is to say to achieve a complete removal, in correspondence with the three axes of a Cartesian coordinate system, which, as has just been said, determines that the homogenization of the mixture is achieved in a considerably shorter time and, consequently, with a better consumption of energy, which supposes a considerable increase of productivity and also a considerable decrease of costs, in front of the conventional mixers. For this and more specifically, the proposed mixer has, as a fundamental feature, the fact that its container body is provided with a rotation axis that forms a sharp angle with its geometric axis, so that in the classic movement The rotary movement of the container body also achieves a longitudinal tilting movement that determines an axial alternative displacement for the mass, obviously complementary to the classic vertical and transverse displacements. As a complement to the structure described, said container body, either on one of its end walls , or in the area of its side wall next to one of said end walls, will incorporate the corresponding filling / emptying mouth, which in this case and due to the special mobility of the container body, should be assisted by an airtight lid. . From this basic structuring, the container body may be equipped with internal stirring blades associated with its own internal wall, associated with its axis, or may even lack said blades. The axis of the mixer can be driven by any type of conventional motor, or it can even be operated manually, when its capacity and practical application make it advisable. According to another embodiment of the invention, said internal stirring blades can be provided with their own movement, that is to say, instead of being mounted well on the internal wall of the container or on the axis of rotation of the same, they will be mounted on an axis independent, preferably coaxial with the axis of the container and equipped with own driving means that allow to enhance the effectiveness of the same. Another of the improvements that is recommended, consists of the fact that the mentioned blades adopt the configuration of a propeller, but with the special particularity that in it they participate pairs of shovels with opposite step, in order that their operativeness is alternative, parallel to the alternative displacement of the mass provided in the container body. This is especially interesting since, when exceeding 100 r.p.m. the effect of gravity disappears and the mass of product stops moving the breast of the container, since the effect of the centrifugal force cancels the gravitational effect, achieving with the incorporation and mobility of these shovels of opposite step, the intended and necessary displacement of the product from the center of the container to its walls. Finally, and in accordance with another of the improvements of the invention, it is provided that said blades are embodied in blades that, in addition to acting as a remover element, also act as choppers, which gives the mixer a new operational dimension, specifically that of a mixer-mixer.
DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS To complement the description that is being made and in order to help a better understanding of the characteristics of the invention, the present specification is accompanied, as an integral part of the same, a set of drawings in which illustrative and non-limiting , the following has been represented: Figure 1 shows a schematic perspective representation of a universal mixer made according to the object of the present invention.
Figure 2 shows a schematic representation in side elevation of the same mixer, in which the elements inside the container body, which is in the filling position, have been represented in broken lines.
Figure 3 shows a representation similar to that of the previous figure, but in which the mixer adopts the emptying position.
Figure 4 shows a perspective view similar to that of Figure 1, corresponding to the variant embodiment in which the blades are equipped with their own movement, independent of the movement of the container, the latter appearing partially sectioned to show its structure inside.
Figure 5.- Shows a schematic representation in side elevation of the assembly represented in the previous figure, in which the two motor elements are also incorporated, that of the container and that of the inner shovels.
Figure 6 shows, finally, also according to a schematic representation, the group of stirring blades in the case in which they form parallel cutting blades.
PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION In view of these figures, and more specifically of figures 1 to 3, it can be seen how the mixer being advocated is constituted from a cylindrical body (1), hollow, based on any appropriate material, which can be steel , plastic, glass, etc., depending on the type of materials to mix and the capacity that the mixer must offer, said cylindrical body (1) having one of its bases (2) completely closed, while in its other base it is establishes a closed sector (3) and an open sector (4), determining a filling-emptying mouthpiece, this mouth (4) being assisted by a cover (5), which in the practical embodiment example represented in the figures is a tilting lid through a hinge (6), but which can be provided with any other means of closure, provided that it establishes a watertight seal on the mouth (4), preventing the exit to the exterior of liquid products that can participate in the mix, in the normal f mixer operation. The body (1) thus constituted is crossed by an axis (7), with the special feature that said axis adopts a sharply inclined disposition, with respect to the geometrical axis of the cylindrical body (1), so that it emerges through one of its bases (3) in sharply decentered position and opposite to the mouth (4), while at the other base (2) it also does so with the same level of decentering, but in contrast, so that the midpoint of the sector of the shaft (7) housed inside the mixing chamber, is crossed with the axis of the cylindrical body (1) in correspondence with the midpoint of the latter. The shaft (7) rests at its ends, through bearings or other appropriate antifriction elements, which have not been represented in the figure, on supports (8) shown schematically in Figure 1 and that in practice will be integrated into a frame unique support. This axis (7) is rigidly connected to the bases (2) and (3) of the container body (1), so that in its rotary movement it drives to said body, a rotary movement that can be produced indistinctly to the right or to the left, such as show the arrows of figure 1, and whose actuation, as previously mentioned, can be carried out by any type of motor, 'electrical, pneumatic, etc., and even manually. The structure described is complemented by a series of inner blades (9), which can be attached to the shaft (7), as in the practical embodiment shown in the figures, but which can also be attached to the internal face of the container body (1), with the configuration of the figures or with any other that is considered convenient, and that may not even exist. In any case, as previously mentioned and as can be seen from the observation of Figure 1, the axis (7) is designed to adopt a horizontal arrangement, so that in its rotary movement the container body (1) can adopt the position represented in figure 2, in which its mouth (4) adopts a top end position, corresponding to the filling, preferably up to the level referenced with (10) in figure 2, where the mixture of materials is represented by a dotted, from this position and after the hermetic closure of the cover (5), assisted by blocking means, not shown, which ensures a perfect stability for the same in such closed situation, the rotary movement of the shaft (7), and consequently of the container (1) itself, it determines a mobilization of the mass that moves transversely, that rises dragged by the blades (9), and that also moves longitudinally from one end to the other end of the body container, as can be seen from the graphic comparison of figures 2 and 3, or what is the same, the mobilization of this mass is done in correspondence with the three axes of a Cartesian coordinate system, that is to say in optimal conditions for The mixture achieves a perfect homogeneity in a minimum period of time and with a minimum energy consumption. Finally and as it also follows from the observation of Figure 3, the stop of the mixer must be made so that its mouth (4) is in a lower limit situation, in which the opening of the lid (5) assumes the total and automatic Downloading your content. According to the variant embodiment of figures 4 and 5 the aforementioned stirring blades are materialized in a propeller (11), preferably with four blades, so that two of the blades of said propeller are in the opposite direction to the other two blades. , as can be observed especially in figure 4. The special configuration of these blades (11) means that when the mixture is transferred by gravity from one base to another of the cylinder (1), said blades tend to displace the mixture in the opposite direction, improving the conditions of removal. Optionally these blades can form a single helix (11), as in the practical embodiment example shown in Figure 4, or they can form several helixes conveniently distributed along the axis (7). In addition, the propeller (11) or in its case the various helices established within the container body (1), are physically independent of the axis (7), so that, through said axis (7) the cylindrical container (1) receives the movement from the corresponding motor (12), the propeller or group of propellers (11) receives the movement independently of a second motor group (13), for which purpose and as shown schematically in figure 5, the propeller (11) can be mounted on a hollow shaft (14), coaxial with the axis (7) but independent thereof, related thereto, for example, through bearings. In this way, since the movement of the propeller or propellers (11) to the movement of the container body (1) is not subordinated, a substantial improvement in the conditions of removal of the product housed in said container (1) is feasible. Finally another of the improvements of the invention focuses on the fact that for the blades a cutting effect has been foreseen, so that this is achieved, or maintaining the configuration in helix for said blades described so far, without more than sharpening conveniently the edges of said blades, or by using real knives (15), such as those shown in FIG. 6, based on high-strength steel, which can be fixed radially to the axis (7), in the event that they move together with the own container (1), or mounted on the auxiliary and independent shaft (14) cited above, when its actuation is also independent of the container body (1). This is achieved, on the one hand, by improving the removal conditions of the product housed in the container (1), that is, improving the performance as a mixer, thanks to the special helical configuration of the blades (11) and thanks to the independent movement of the same, while on the other hand the possibility of converting said mixer into a mixer-chopper is achieved, by converting the stirring blades (11) into cutting blades (15). It is noted that in relation to this date, the best method known by the applicant to carry out the present invention, is the conventional one for the manufacture of the objects to which it refers. Having described the invention as above, the content of the following is claimed as property:
