Abstract

Description
技术领域
本发明涉及向由含碳的复合材料制备的零件,即例如由含有通过基质稠化的且其中碳至少存在于纤维补强件中,或基质中,或甚至存在于增强的纤维和基质之间的中间相中的纤维补强件(reinforcement)的材料制备的零件,提供抗氧化保护。本发明的应用的特殊领域为保护由碳/碳(C/C)复合材料制成的零件并尤其是航天飞行器的刹车圆板(brake disks)不被氧化。
背景技术
在氧化介质中,该零件在高温下保持好的机械性能的能力取决于提供有效的防止碳被氧化的保护。其被制备之后,复合材料不可避免的具有残留的内部小孔,该小孔使得环境介质进入材料的核心。
公知的保护碳部分不被氧化的过程由形成陶瓷外部涂层,尤其是金刚砂SiC,所组成。然而,该涂层通常为易碎且易裂的,并且其无法长期地针对环境介质中的氧气执行提供保护屏障的功能。
美国专利第6,455,107号建议通过使用分散途径(dispersing means)例如含有难熔粉末的胶状硅土形成外部涂层,该难溶粉末主要是SiC粉末,以及其它粉末例如二硼化钛TiB2,氮化硅Si3N4和二硅化钼MoSi2。目的是形成厚的外部保护涂层,该涂层通常具有500μm的厚度且粘附着碳,尤其对于具有提高电传导性的成分的电化学电池的成分,尤其优选添加金属颗粒。
美国专利第4 931 413号建议通过作为可由防漏涂层组成的玻璃陶瓷的前体的组合物形成外部涂层。该组合物由二硼化钛粉末TiB2和胶状硅土以及还可能有附加的SiC粉末的混合物形成。
在某些应用中,即使在湿气和/或碳氧化催化剂存在的情况下,提供给由含碳复合材料制备的零件的抗氧化保护必须同样保持其效率。其尤其应用于航天飞行器的刹车圆板,该刹车圆板可暴露在飞机跑道中的湿气中,且与在飞机场的飞机跑道中所使用的除冰组合物中所存在的氧化催化剂接触。
为了提供更好的针对碳的催化氧化的保护,公知使用内部保护,其基于通过水溶液状态的组合物注入复合材料零件中而将一种或多种金属磷酸盐放置其中。在注入组合物中混入湿润剂(或表面活性剂),或预先使用,有易于将其注入材料的小孔深处。特别的,可参考美国专利第5853821号。
该内部保护在极限温度以下有效且在极限温度以上其活性成分分解。为了扩大高温条件下的保护的范围,同样建议在零件的表面形成外部涂层。
外部涂层的形式可以是陶瓷层,例如,SiC的层。因此,专利文件WO 97/42135描述了提供具有抗氧化保护的C/C复合材料零件的方法,其中含有磷酸铝和磷酸锌的内部保护与SiC的外部保护结合,使用胶状硅土、干燥以及在高温下(1600℃到1800℃)进行热处理通过硅土与复合材料中的碳之间的化学反应形成该SiC。然而,如上所述,SiC涂层难于针对环境介质提供长效的密封。
美国专利第6740408号建议形成具有自愈性能的外部涂层,例如具有在零件的使用温度下转为粘性状态的能力,因此堵住任何可能出现的裂缝以形成防止环境介质中的氧气扩散的有效的屏障。通过涂层组合物得到该涂层,该涂层组合物含有粉末状硼硅酸盐类型的玻璃质化合物、TiB2粉末和含有溶解在溶剂中的陶瓷前体树脂的粘合剂的混合物,该溶解在溶剂中的陶瓷前体树脂通常为溶解在二甲苯中的聚合碳硅烷(PCS)树脂。使用涂层组合物之后,进行干燥(去除溶剂)和硫化树脂的步骤。在使用零件前或将零件初次暴露于所使用的高处理(high treatment)时通过热处理使通过硫化树脂而获得的聚合体变形为陶瓷。
由于硼硅酸盐类型的玻璃质化合物,如,基本上包含氧化物B2O3和SiO2的存在所提供的外部涂层的自愈性能,上述方法在高温条件下在抗氧化保护方面提供实际的改善。TiB2含有氧化库(oxide reservoir)以再生当温度达到400℃至500℃时趋于变为挥发性的B2O3。氧化物TiO2同样再生以补偿B2O3的损失并在保持其自愈能力的同时增加玻璃质化合物的粘度。
然而,溶解在二甲苯中的PCS树脂的应用显示出缺点。二甲苯为易燃的且具毒性的且在干燥过程中可迅速蒸发,因此造成环境问题和完全问题。另外,需要通过难于进行的控制的方式硫化PCS,因为其决定最终保护的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是弥补上述的缺点,并且对于该目的本发明提供一种向由含有碳且具有开启的内部小孔的复合材料形成的零件尤其是航天飞行器的C/C复合材料刹车圆板提供抗氧化保护的方法,该方法包括下列步骤:
-通过零件外表面的至少一部分将含有至少一种磷酸盐类型的化合物的液体注入组合物注入零件中;
-将注入的零件进行热处理以形成防止锚定在复合材料中的含有磷酸盐的类型的氧化的内部保护;
-在所述的零件的外表面的部分使用涂层组合物,该涂层组合物含有至少一种难熔氧化物在水中形成的胶状溶液,至少一种粉末状且具有愈合性能的基本上为硼硅酸盐类型的化合物,以及至少一种粉末状的金属硼化物;以及
-使用涂层组合物之后进行热处理。
本发明的方法具有若干重大的优势。
因此,该方法的执行不需要难于处理的溶剂,也不需要硫化树脂并且相当容易。另外,如下文所示,最终形成的与内部保护相关的涂层对于复合材料的氧化具有异常的抵抗力。
具有自愈性能的玻璃质化合物存在于难熔氧化物的胶状溶液与金属硼化物的混合物中,使得在使用过程中使复合材料所暴露的热循环过程中形成了混合玻璃,其使得涂层具有有效的保护屏障的能力以抵抗环境介质中的氧气,以及高硬度以有助于涂层的完整性。
除了分散添加在其中的矿物负荷的功能,由于存在着纳米级颗粒的难熔氧化物,胶状溶液有助于复合材料的小孔的密封,并且由于存在难熔氧化物,其有助于玻璃的形成。
有利地,所使用的胶状溶液为碱性的,如通过添加碱性化合物使胶状溶液稳定,该碱性化合物允许与具有酸性特征的磷酸盐类型的内部保护强烈结合。因此达到外部保护涂层与复合材料零件的很好的结合,这对于暴露在高机械压力下的零件,如航天飞行器的刹车圆板的情况来说是重要的。除了上述功能,胶状溶液有助于保护涂层的粘着。
该涂层组合物优选含有,以重量计:
25%到50%的难熔氧化物的水性胶状溶液,其难熔氧化物的浓度优选介于25%-50%之间;
5%到20%的基本上为硼硅酸盐类型的玻璃质化合物的粉末,和
30%到60%的金属硼化物粉末,以及
可能的剩余物为水。
有利地,热处理之后形成具有相对小的厚度的涂层,厚度优选介于50μm和250μm之间,更优选介于50μm和150μm之间。
优选地,在使用注入组合物注入之后进行第一次热处理,并且在使用涂层组合物之后进行第二次热处理。有利地,在氧化空气、高温和相对短的时间之内进行第二次热处理。
注入组合物的磷酸盐类型化合物或每种磷酸盐类型化合物可特别地选自磷酸铝、磷酸锌、磷酸锰、磷酸镁或磷酸钙。例如可以使用偏磷酸铝。
胶状溶液可包含至少一种选自氧化硅、氧化钛、氧化钒、氧化钇或氧化锆的氧化物,尤其是二氧化硅SiO2。
可能使用选自硼化钛、硼化钒、硼化锆或硼化铪的一种或多种粉末状的金属硼化物,尤其是TiB2。

具体实施方式
下文的描述涉及C/C复合材料的抗氧化保护,且尤其是保护航天飞行器的刹车圆板。
在图1所显示的方法的具体实施方案中,第一个阶段10为使用适合形成内部保护且包含至少一种金属磷酸盐的注入组合物注入由C/C复合材料制备的需要针对氧化进行保护的零件或部分零件中,尤其是为了针对碳的催化氧化提供保护。
有利地,该步骤如美国专利第5853821中所述。第一个步骤12为将湿润剂置于复合材料的可接近的小孔内。为了该目的,使用湿润剂的水溶液,例如,由德国供应商Hüls出售的名为“Marlophen NP9”的产品。使用湿润剂的水溶液注入之后进行干燥(步骤14),使用刷子或喷雾器将水溶液状态的包含至少一种金属磷酸盐的注入组合物用于零件的外表面,或者任选地所述表面上的确定的区域(步骤16)。例如,使用的水溶液为磷酸二氢铝Al(H2PO4)3的水溶液。存在于小孔表面的湿润剂促进了注入组合物的渗透。干燥之后在非氧化环境中进行直至约700℃的热处理(步骤18),使得可接近的小孔的表面形成C/C复合材料的涂层以提供抗氧化的内部保护。
对于由C/C复合材料制备的刹车圆板30,如图2中所示,当圆板的环形摩擦表面或相反侧面上的两个环形摩擦表面没有进行注入以避免破坏其摩擦学特性时,注入组合物的使用受到非摩擦外表面(图中的阴影部分)的限制。
第二个阶段20为形成具有自愈性能的外部涂层。
对于该目的,使用的涂层组合物包含:至少一种难熔氧化物在水中形成的胶状溶液;粉末状的硼硅酸盐类型的玻璃质化合物;以及至少一种粉末状的金属硼化物,玻璃质化合物和金属硼化物的粉末分散在胶状溶液中。
胶状水溶液可包含至少一种选自氧化硅、氧化钛、氧化钒、氧化钇或氧化锆的难熔氧化物,例如,其可以是硅土的胶状溶液。
胶状溶液中的难熔氧化物的颗粒的尺寸基本上为小于200纳米(nm),优选介于5nm和100nm之间,且更优选介于5nm和40nm之间。该纳米级颗粒可以密封至少在复合材料上使用涂层组合物的表面附近的小孔。
优选使用碱性胶状溶液。可以通过添加剂,优选地,胶状溶液的稳定剂例如氨NH3或氧化钠Na2O,来形成碱性。因此,可以确保对酸性内部磷酸盐保护的好的附着力,以及涂层在复合材料的表面小孔内的锚定。
硼硅酸盐类型的玻璃质化合物包含氧化物B2O3和SiO2。也可存在其它的氧化物以调整化合物变为粘性状态以使自愈成为可能的温度。例如,使用美国供应商Corning或英国供应商Barloword Scientific(原Bibby Sterilin)所提供的“Pyrex”玻璃粉末,该玻璃基本上具有下列组成(重量百分比):
SiO2: 80.60%
B2O3: 12.60%
Na2O3: 4.2%
Al2O3: 2.25%
Cl: 0.1%
CaO: 0.1%
MgO: 0.05%
Fe2O3: 0.05%
可以使用其它的玻璃如美国供应商Ferro提供的参考符号为823-01至-05的硼硅酸盐玻璃,或者德国供应商Schott AG出售的名为“Duran”(优选参考符号为“8330”)、“Suprax”或“Borofloat 40”的玻璃。
发现胶状溶液的难熔氧化物可同样有助于玻璃的形成。
粉末状的金属硼化物为选自硼化钛、硼化钒、硼化锆或硼化铪的至少一种。优选使用TiB2。
通常情况下,涂层的组合物包含,以重量计:
25%到50%,且优选30%到40%的难熔氧化物的水性胶状溶液,其中难熔氧化物的浓度介于25%和50%之间;
5%到20%,且优选10%到15%的基本上为硼硅酸盐类型的玻璃质化合物;
30%到60%,且优选35%到50%的金属硼化物;和
可能的剩余物为水。
金属硼化物基本上通过氧化形成使玻璃形成氧化物B2O3的氧化库,当温度达到400℃到500℃时,B2O3有挥发的趋向。
在已经使用注入组合物以形成内部保护的复合材料零件外表面使用涂层组合物(步骤22)。可通过喷射组合物或通过刷子进行注入。进行干燥之前,所使用的涂层组合物的质量介于约10毫克每平方厘米(mg/cm2)和30mg/cm2之间,且优选介于12mg/cm2和22mg/cm2之间。
使用涂层组合物之后进行热处理(步骤24)。可以执行不同的热处理温度。
1)在80℃到100℃或进一步将温度升高至200℃到250℃的温度下纯干燥(mere drying)一个或几个小时(h);
2)优选在进行如1)所述的干燥之后,在烤箱中,在约800℃到850℃的氧化的环境(例如空气)中,进行为期几分钟(min)至几十分钟的较短的热处理;或者
3)在烤箱中,在约700℃的非氧化环境(如氮气)中,进行热处理以进行内部保护。
由于立即形成具有改善的附着力和硬度的外部保护层且形成抵抗环境介质中的氧气的有效保护屏障,所以优选进行热处理2)。
对于纯干燥(热处理1)),零件随后暴露在操作的高温下形成与高温下的最初热处理相同(但延迟了的)的效果。
热处理步骤之后,选择所使用的涂层组合物的量以获得优选介于50μm和250μm之间且更优选介于50μm和100μm之间的涂层厚度。
通过这种方法所提供的既具有内部抗氧化保护又具有外部抗氧化保护的复合材料零件易于使用。当在高温的氧化环境中使用其时,任何通过挥发导致的B2O3的损失都可通过氧化金属硼化物供给B2O3得以补偿,因此使其可维持自愈性能。
或者,应观察到在注入组合物之后使用涂层组合物但不对注入组合物进行干燥或热处理时,可以只进行一次热处理操作。
实施例1
通过下列方式制备C/C复合材料的样品:
将三个互相之间呈±60°夹角的碳纤维的单向薄板进行重叠,薄板通过光针(light needling)互相结合,制成纤维板层;
将形成的纤维板层进行重叠,且当其进行重叠时通过针(needling)将板层互相结合以获得几厘米的厚度;
从上述方法制备的纤维薄板上切割环形粗成品;并且
通过由化学蒸气渗透形成的热解碳基质稠化粗成品以获得约1.73的相对密度。
使用含有0.5重量%的由德国供应商Hüls出售的名为“Marlophen89”的湿润剂(表面活性剂)的水溶液注入形成的样品中。对于该目的,将样品浸入所述溶液中,该溶液位于槽中,槽与超音波发生器联合以促进溶液渗透到复合材料的可接近的小孔的核心中。随后在约100℃的条件下将样品干燥5个小时并在材料的孔壁上留下湿润剂的薄膜。
此后,通过在样品的外表面使用质量为20mg/cm2的由具有50重量%的磷酸二氢铝Al(H2PO4)3的水溶液组成的注入组合物进行注入。
通过进一步升高温度至约350℃,在空气中进行几个小时的热处理之后,在氮气环境下通过将温度升高至约700℃并将该温度维持约1小时进行热处理,以此获得具有基于锚定在复合材料的可接近的内部小孔中的磷酸盐的内部抗氧化保护的样品。
形成的具有该内部保护的样品被分为三组:
a)不可触及的样品A的第一组;
b)通过样品A制备的、进一步提供由美国专利第6 740 408号所述的方法形成的外部保护涂层的样品B的第二组,其包含:
-将涂层组合物用于样品的外表面,该组合物包含约19重量%的硅树脂(德国供应商瓦克化学有限公司出售,参考符号为“WackerH62C”),19重量%的二甲苯(树脂的溶剂),13重量%的“Pyrex”玻璃粉末以及49重量%由美国供应商Alfa Aesar出售的TiB2粉末,所使用的涂层组合物的量为约17mg/cm2;和
-缓慢升温(以约1.5℃/h的速度)之后在约220℃的条件下进行2个小时的热处理以硫化硅树脂;和
c)由进一步提供由本发明的方法形成的外部保护涂层的样品A所组成的样品C的第三组,其包含:
-将水性涂层组合物应用于样品C的外表面上,该组合物包含,约38.2重量份的30重量%的胶状硅土与水的溶液(胶状溶液为德国供应商Chemische Fabrik Budenheim出售,名为“FFB33K”);12.8重量份的“Pyrex”微细玻璃粉末(颗粒尺寸基本小于50微米(μm));以及48.9重量份的由供应商Alfa Aesar出售的TiB2粉末,所使用的涂层组合物的质量为17mg/cm2;和
-在约90℃的条件下进行约2个小时的热处理。
使用下表I所定义的试验方案将样品A、B和C置于不同的氧化环境中。
该表列出所测量的相对重量损失(通过相对试验初始时的样品重量的百分比表示)。使用被浓度为50克每升(g/L)的醋酸钾(KAc)的水溶液“污染”的样品进行某些该试验,其中KAc为针对碳的氧化的催化剂并且通常为飞机场飞机跑道的除冰物质。

(1):热处理之前所使用的基于磷酸铝的组合物的质量。
(2):热处理之前所使用的基于玻璃的涂层组合物的质量。
负值(如重量的增加)是由于TiB2的部分氧化形成了TiO2和B2O3的种类,并且其并不掩盖任何重量的损失。
可见由样品C得到的结果比由样品A得到的结果好的多,且在大多数情况下比由样品B得到的结果好,但并不显示在该些样品上使用外部保护的缺点。
将两个A样品和C样品置于包含下列步骤的过程中:
a)在650℃的空气中老化30个小时。
在老化的后5个小时中,测得的样品A和样品C的重量损失分别为1.3%和0%。
随后将样品C置于下列步骤b)和c)中:
b)通过浸入超音波槽的水中约15分钟进行损伤过程,随后使用金属刷进行清洗;和
c)暴露在650℃的空气中5个小时。
步骤c)之后测得0.43%的相对重量损失,其与步骤a)之后从样品A测得的1.3%的相对重量损失相比显示出额外的改进。
将两个样品A和C置于包含下列步骤的过程中:
a’)p-1400氧化方案。
在该方案的后5个小时中,测得的样品A和样品C的重量损失分别为5.2%和1.6%。
之后将样品C置于下列步骤b)和c)中:
b)通过浸入超音波槽的水中约15分钟进行损伤过程,随后使用金属刷进行清洗;和
c)暴露在650℃的空气中5个小时。
步骤c)之后测得2.4%的相对重量损失,其与步骤a’)之后从样品A测得的5.2%的相对重量损失相比再次显示出额外的改进。
无论严重与否,应用于样品C的损伤(步骤b))导致保护效力的轻微损失。
即使TiB2被氧化形成可溶于水的B2O3时,在潮湿环境中模拟剧烈老化的试验同样显示了样品C与样品A相比的非常高的抵抗力。
实施例2
向C/C复合材料的样品D提供与实施例1中的样品C相同的外部保护层,但省略基于磷酸盐的内部保护。下表II显示了两个氧化环境下由样品C和D获得的结果(相对重量损失)。

所得的结果显示,与仅有外部保护相比,通过内部保护和外部保护相结合显示出极大的改善。
实施例3、4和5
通过向实施例1的样品A提供外部保护获得样品E,该外部保护通过下列步骤获得:
-使用含有36.4重量份的浓度为30%的“FFB33K”胶状硅土、4.8份的水、12.2份的“Pyrex”玻璃粉末和46.6份的由供应商Alfa Aesar提供的TiB2的水性组合物,所使用的质量为约17mg/cm2;和
-在90℃的空气中热处理2个小时。
获得与样品E相似但是在700℃的氮气中进行1个小时热处理所得的样品F。
获得与样品E相似但是在800℃的空气中进行15分钟热处理所获得的样品F。
下表III显示在样品E、F和G上进行氧化试验之后获得的结果(相对重量损失)。

工业上优选在800℃的空气中进行短的热处理。
实施例6
制备与实施例1中的样品A相似的样品H,但是使用浓度为48%的由德国供应商Chemische Fabrik Budenheim提供的磷酸铝的水溶液且在注入该溶液后不进行热处理。此后使用含有38重量份的浓度为30%的“FFB33K”胶状硅土、12.9重量份的“Pyrex”玻璃粉末和49.1重量份的来自供应商Alfa Aesar的TiB2水性溶液。
之后在约700℃的氮气中进行约1个小时的热处理。
在650℃的空气中氧化30个小时之后,在该样品上测得2.5%的相对重量损失。
本实施例表明可在单一场合内进行对于内部保护和对于外部保护的热处理,但是抵抗氧化的能力的性能会大幅度下降。
实施例7、8、9、10和11
通过向实施例1的样品A提供外部保护得到样品I,该外部保护由下列步骤获得:
-使用含有38.2重量份的浓度为约30%且通过存在的0.4重量%至0.5重量%的Na2O中的钠稳定的“FFBB33K”胶状硅土,12.8份的“Pyrex”玻璃粉末和48.9份的供应商Alfa Aesar提供的TiB2的水性组合物。
-在90℃的空气中热处理2个小时。
制备与样品I相似的样品J,但是使用来自Chemische FabrikBudenheim且通过存在的约0.3重量%的Na2O稳定的“FFB30K”胶状硅土。
制备与样品I相似的样品K,但是使用来自Chemische FabrikBudenheim且通过存在的约0.17重量%的Na2O稳定的“FFB34K”胶状硅土。
制备与样品I相似的样品L,但是使用含有38.2重量份的浓度为约40%的来自美国供应商Grace Division的参考符号为“Ludox AS 40”且通过氨稳定的胶状硅土,12.8份的“Pyrex”玻璃粉末和48.9份来自供应商Alfa Aesar的TiB2的水性组合物。
制备与样品L相似的样品M,但是使用含有30.8重量份的胶状硅土,14.4份的“Pyrex”玻璃粉末和54.8份的TiB2的水性组合物。
表IV显示样品C和I到M在不同的氧化条件下所得到的结果(相对重量损失)。

所有测试的胶状硅土具有相似的结果。
实施例12
获得与实施例4中的样品F相似的样品N,所使用的胶状溶液为碱性的(通过NH3稳定),形成的涂层具有90μm的厚度。
分别在700℃的氮气中进行1个小时的热处理之后以及在暴露在650℃的空气中5个小时并暴露在850℃中30个小时之后在获得的样品N上进行附着力测试和硬度测试。
附着力测试为根据标准ISO/DIS 2409的横切试验,其允许评估切割之后涂料涂层从基层上分离的抵抗力。
硬度试验为根据标准ISO 1518的刮伤试验,并测量可用于使针穿透涂层的最小负荷。
下表V总结了所得的结果。

在空气中进行热处理之后可发现好的附着力和硬度性能,该热处理可导致玻璃的形成,所述的处理反映了C/C复合材料形成的航天飞行器刹车圆板在其使用过程中所暴露的条件。
施例13
制备与样品A和C相似的样品A’和C’,但是仅在一个主要环形面和外围轮廓上应用抗氧化保护,而其它的主要面保持不受保护。
在样品A’和C’上进行摩擦试验以测量摩擦系数和模拟紧急着陆的刹车条件下的效率。由样品A’和样品C’获得的结果中没有观察到大的区别。
另外,将样品C’置于30℃和相对湿度为95%的条件下持续1天到10天并且之后使用具有EDX探针的扫描电子显微镜检测自由的面。没有观察到来自抗氧化保护的化学种类(chemical species),因此可以推断,该种类(species)没有向刹车圆板的摩擦表面上进行任何移动,该刹车圆板根据本发明通过在其非摩擦表面上使用内部保护和外部保护而进行抗氧化保护。
Claims (8)
1.一种向由含有碳且具有开启的内部小孔的复合材料制备的零件提供抗氧化保护的方法,该方法包含下列步骤:
-通过零件外表面的至少一部分将含有至少一种金属磷酸盐的液体注入组合物注入零件中,以形成抗氧化的内部保护;
-在所述的零件的外表面的部分使用涂层组合物,该涂层组合物含有至少一种难熔氧化物在水中形成的胶状溶液,至少一种粉末状且具有愈合性能的基本上为硼硅酸盐类型的化合物,以及至少一种粉末状的金属硼化物,所述胶状溶液为碱性以确保对酸性内部磷酸盐保护的附着力,
其中所述涂层组合物包含,以重量计:
25%到50%的难熔氧化物的水性胶状溶液,其中难熔氧化物的浓度介于25%和50%之间;
5%到20%的基本上为硼硅酸盐类型的玻璃质化合物的粉末;
30%到60%的金属硼化物粉末,和
可能的剩余物为水,且
所使用的涂层组合物的量介于10mg/cm2和30mg/cm2之间;以及
-使用涂层组合物之后进行热处理;
-在热处理之后,选择使用的涂层组合物的量以形成厚度为50μm至100μm的涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中使用通过碱性化合物稳定的胶状溶液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中在使用注入组合物注入之后进行第一次热处理,并且在使用涂层组合物之后进行第二次热处理。
4.根据权利要求3所述的方法,其中在800℃至850℃的氧化环境中,进行为期几分钟至几十分钟的较短时间的第二次热处理。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中胶状溶液包含至少一种选自氧化硅、氧化钛、氧化钒、氧化锆或氧化钇的氧化物。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其中胶状溶液为胶状硅土的水溶液。
7.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中至少一种金属硼化物的粉末包含至少一种选自硼化钛、硼化钒、硼化锆或硼化铪的硼化物的粉末。
8.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中至少一种金属硼化物的粉末为二硼化钛的粉末。
