技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于金属板的操纵器。
背景技术
用于金属板的操纵器通常已知为包括对该金属板进行机加工的操作头、用于拾取金属板的拾取装置和用于移动金属板并将金属板供给到操作头的装置。
传统的操纵器包括一个唯一的小齿轮和齿条,用于金属板的拾取装置连接到齿条上。该小齿轮-齿条装置包括一个一定长度的齿条和用于移动该齿条的从动小齿轮;用于金属板的拾取装置与该齿条相连。
发明内容
鉴于现有技术,本发明的目的是提供一种比已知的操纵器更加有效的用于金属板的操纵器,并且尤其是,使相同长度的齿条具有更长的齿条行程或者使得利用更短的齿条,并且因此更有刚性也更轻的齿条可以获得相同的行程。
根据本发明,所述目的是借助于一个用于金属板的操纵器来实现的,该操纵器包括用于拾取金属板的拾取装置和操作头,所述拾取装置连接至齿条,齿条能与第一小齿轮相连,其特征在于其包括至少一个第二小齿轮,所述第一和第二小齿轮沿着金属板的移动路径排列,并且每次所述第一小齿轮和第二小齿轮中的至少一个与所述齿条啮合从而将齿条从操作头的一部分移动到其它部分。

具体实施方式
图1示意性地显示了现有技术中的一种装置,其包括一个唯一的小齿轮1,带有长度为A的齿条3,其可以执行相同长度的行程。
参照图2,其中示意性地显示了本发明的操纵器中的小齿轮-齿条装置。该装置包括第一小齿轮1和第二小齿轮2,二者的距离为C,并且都可以与长度为B的齿条3啮合,长度B小于图1所示的齿条的长度A。在第一工作步骤中,齿条3由小齿轮1移动,在其后的步骤中,它由小齿轮1和2二者来移动,在最后的步骤中,它仅仅由小齿轮2来移动。
在图3-5中显示了在移动金属板4的步骤中的本发明的操纵器;该操纵器包括图2中的小齿轮-齿条装置。
一个杆5可在导轨7上沿水平方向滑动,该导轨7与该操纵器是一体的,该杆5包括用来拾取金属板4的夹具8和齿条3。小齿轮1和2优选在金属板4的移动路径上由操作头9来分隔,并且其方式为使得至少一个小齿轮与齿条3啮合;两小齿轮优选相对于操作头9对称排列。小齿轮1和2由合适的电动机11和12驱动,电动机11和12已在图6中清楚地显示出来。
在供应金属板4的第一步骤(图3),齿条3仅由小齿轮1移动,以获得金属板4向操作头9的一个水平位移。
在机加工金属板4的第二步骤(图4),齿条3由小齿轮1和2共同移动,并且金属板置于操作头9的下部。
在排出金属板4的第三步骤(图5),齿条3仅由小齿轮2移动,以获得金属板4远离操作头9的一个水平位移。
通过所述操纵器,可以在保持相同行程的条件下减小齿条3的长度和重量,或者在保持齿条相同长度、刚度和重量的条件下,如果具有合适的转矩则可以增加齿条的行程。
清楚的是,尽管附图中的实施例包括两个小齿轮1和2,然而使用更多的小齿轮也不会超出本发明的所要求的保护范围。实际上,小齿轮的数量可以是从2到n。

Claims (3)

1.一种用于金属板(4)的操纵器与操作头(9)的组合件,所述操纵器包括用于拾取所述金属板的拾取装置(8),所述拾取装置(8)连接至刚性齿条(3),所述刚性齿条(3)与第一小齿轮(1)和操作头(9)相连,其特征在于:它包括至少一个第二小齿轮(2),所述第一小齿轮(1)和第二小齿轮(2)沿着金属板(4)的移动路径排列,所述操作头布置在第一小齿轮和第二小齿轮之间,第一小齿轮和第二小齿轮布置成将移动传递到所述刚性齿条,所述刚性齿条布置成与第一小齿轮或第二小齿轮啮合,以及在所述刚性齿条从操作头(9)的一部分移动到操作头的另一部分时刚性齿条与第一小齿轮和第二小齿轮都啮合,所述第一小齿轮和第二小齿轮是被单独控制的。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于金属板的操纵器与操作头的组合件,其特征在于:所述第一小齿轮(1)和第二小齿轮(2)在金属板(4)的移动路径中由操作头(9)分隔。
3.如权利要求2所述的用于金属板的操纵器与操作头的组合件,其特征在于:所述第一小齿轮(1)和第二小齿轮(2)在金属板(4)的移动路径中相对于操作头(9)对称排列。
