Abstract

本发明提供了一种白细胞介素-6聚乙二醇结合物,和由白细胞介素-6聚乙二醇结合物添加药学上可接受的辅料制备而成的药物组合物,以及白细胞介素-6聚乙二醇结合物在制备治疗血小板减少症的药物、放化疗辅助用药物、免疫增强药物的应用。经PEG单修饰后的白细胞介素-6的稳定性大大提高,它的体内半衰期长,血清清除率低,使用剂量和频率大能为减少,副作用也大为降低。既能方便患者使用,降低使用成本,也能提高使用安全性,大大减轻患者的痛苦。同时,本发明的单修饰的人白细胞介素-6聚乙二醇结合物的均一性好,能达到临床用药安全、有效、质量可控的要求。
