Abstract
本发明涉及一种焙烧颗粒矿石的窑炉,用于将颗粒矿石或精选矿装入到窑炉(1)中在400至1050℃温度下进行焙烧,其中矿石在窑炉中形成一个稳定的流化床(3)。将矿石通过一个设置在流化床上面的炉体上的开孔(16)抛掷到流化床上,其中矿石通过一个旋转的抛掷轮(14)叶片(14a)加速。该抛掷轮位于窑炉外边靠近壳体开孔处。抛掷轮的转速最好是可变化的并且抛掷轮相对于窑炉是可移动的和/或可摆动的。
Description
本申请是申请号“01820108.3”(国际申请号为“PCT/EP01/13784”)的发明专利申请的分案申请。原申请的申请日为2001年11月27日(国际申请日),发明名称是“将颗粒矿石装入焙烧炉的方法”。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于将颗粒矿石装入到一在400至1050℃温度下焙烧矿石的窑炉中的方法,其中矿石在窑炉中形成一个稳定的流化床(Wirbelbett)。在这里,提及矿石时也包括精选矿(Erzkonzentrate)。本发明还涉及一种相应的窑炉。
背景技术
矿石焙烧是一个放热过程。通常将冷却管束设置在稳定的流化床,以冷却流化床并保持所期望的温度。固体材料的横向混合在稳定的流化床中显得相对较弱;由冷却管束又进一步遏制了这种混合。这将使流化床在矿石装入位置热于没有送入矿石的位置。此外,在矿石装入位置由于与空气氧的硫化反应产生大量二氧化硫,而在较少和没有矿石送入的位置可能产生较少的二氧化硫,因此对于焙烧仅仅消耗少量的所供给的空气氧。在稳定流化床上部的窑炉空间里温度至少在900℃以上并且气体速度在1m/sec以下。
由于气体(煤气)的粘度较高,在富二氧化硫与贫二氧化硫的气体流束之间几乎不产生混合。因此在窑炉空间中在温度、二氧化硫浓度和氧气浓度方面显得不均匀。在少二氧化硫但多氧气的气体流束中首先产生所不期望的固体硫化物。这将使产品恶化,此外硫化灰尘易于在后接的余热锅炉的管道上形成难以去除的衬层。由此妨碍从焙烧气体到锅炉管道的热传导,这将增加锅炉的维护费用并降低其使用性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是,将待焙烧的矿石基本均匀地从外边分布到稳定的流化床。同时这种装入要以尽可能经济且运行可靠的方式实现。
为此,本发明提出一种用于将颗粒矿石装入到一在400至1050℃温度下焙烧矿石的窑炉中的方法,其中矿石在窑炉中形成稳定的流化床,其特征在于,将矿石通过一个设置在流化床上面的窑炉壳体上的开孔抛掷到流化床上,其中矿石通过一个旋转的抛掷轮的叶片加速,所述抛掷轮位于窑炉外边靠近开孔处,并且,所述抛掷轮相对于窑炉是可摆动的。
按照本发明,将矿石通过一个设置在流化床上面的窑炉壳体上的开孔抛掷到流化床上,其中矿石通过一个旋转的抛掷轮叶片加速,该抛掷轮位于窑炉外边靠近开孔处。窑炉壳体上的开孔一般设置在壳体侧壁上。对于较大直径的窑炉,可以在窑炉壳体上配置多个开孔并对这些开孔分别配置抛掷轮。
通过按照本发明的方法可以使流化床中以及使流化床上部的窑炉空间的温度非常均匀。同时在窑炉空间中产生更为均匀的二氧化硫浓度和氧气浓度分布。防止了所不期望的灰尘硫化并由此提高产品质量和改善后接的余热锅炉的运行。
抛掷轮的转速符合目的地设计成可变化的,以便在装入时能够改变抛掷距离。
此外符合目的的是,抛掷轮相对于窑炉是可移动的,由此可以改变矿石的抛掷方向。抛掷轮的移动性也可以给维护工作带来方便。
抛掷轮的摆动性例如可以由此实现,即,将抛掷轮装配在一个垂直的可旋转的轴上。也可以配备一个水平导轨代替轴,抛掷轮通过一个可移动的支承装置设置在导轨上。
焙烧炉用于焙烧颗粒矿石,例如闪锌矿石、金矿石或黄铁矿石或这些矿石的精选矿(Konzentrate)。矿石在焙烧前例如可以进行粒化处理。
相应地,本发明提供了一种在400至1050℃温度下焙烧颗粒矿石的窑炉,其中,所述窑炉包括一壳体,在壳体中,矿石在一被流化空气向上穿过的炉栅上形成稳定的流化床,其特征在于,在流化床上方在窑炉壳体中设有一开孔,在窑炉外边靠近所述开孔处设置一旋转的抛掷轮,所述抛掷轮相对于窑炉是可摆动的。

具体实施方式
焙烧炉1包括一个壳体,该壳体具有一个基本圆柱形的下壳体部件2a和一个张大的上壳体部件2b。待焙烧的矿石在炉栅4上形成一个稳定的流化床3,来自分配室5的射流化空气向前透穿过炉栅。最好经过预热的空气在管道6中输送进来。如果需要,通过管道7或者也可以通过多个管道将辅助燃料送进流化床3,辅助燃料可以是固体的、液体的或气体的。废气在通道8中排出并输送给一未示出的除尘器、冷却器和清洁器。通过通道8可以获得一部分焙烧产物,另一部分焙烧产物通过排出管道8a获得。
待焙烧矿石-可能为潮湿的-通过一输送带10输送进来,一个刺辊11用于将团块破碎,矿石通过一个竖井12落入到一个槽13中并被一个旋转的抛掷轮14接住。抛掷轮14的转向通过箭头15表示。抛掷轮14的叶轮14a接到颗粒矿石并将矿石通过下壳体部件2a上的开孔16抛掷到流化床3。
图2以正视图示出抛掷轮叶轮14a、从属于抛掷轮的水平轴15-该轴上固定叶轮-以及用于驱动轴15的电机18,并在其间连接一离合器19。按照图2,槽13也构成电机18的支承装置。抛掷轮局部地被一个外壳20包围。
包括槽13、电机18、通道12、轴15和离合器19的抛掷轮14设计成整体上是可移动的,从而使抛掷轮14的抛掷方向可以改变。为此对于这些部件采用一个垂直支撑22,其中这个支撑可以通过一个位置固定的驱动器23围绕其垂直纵轴旋转。另一变型可能性在于,抛掷轮的转速可以变化,由此可以改变通过开孔16抛掷到流化床3上的矿石的抛掷距离。通过这种方法可以改变装入到流化床上的矿石分布并在实际上对于整个流化床表面铺覆待焙烧的矿石。
在壳体开孔16与抛掷轮14出口之间例如可以设置一个管状的、弹性的波纹管,以防止排出灰尘,抛掷轮出口位于槽13与上外壳部件20之间。为能一目了然,在附图中未示出这个波纹管。
示例:
在一个对应于附图的装置中进行如下工作:
用于精选闪锌矿(颗粒尺寸:98Gew.-%(重量百分比)小于50μm)的较大焙烧炉具有12.5m的内径,它有一个稳定的流化床,在流化床中精选闪锌矿在约950℃下进行焙烧。由于有耐火墙,炉壁450mm厚。将平均湿度为8 Gew.-%(重量百分比)的精选矿以40t/h连续地添加给焙烧炉。
具有400mm轮毂直径和六个250mm宽80mm高的叶轮14a的抛掷轮14将这一物流输送到窑炉中。转轴22与窑炉中心的距离为7.2m。旋转的抛掷轮将精选矿输送到窑炉中,在此不仅侧向抛洒而且在抛掷方向上抛洒。在窑炉中形成一个矿石堆,其最高点可以考虑用于描述抛掷特性并称为抛掷点。抛掷点与旋转轴的距离称为抛掷距离。驱动器18的转速这样改变,使最小的抛掷距离为3.2m而最大的抛掷距离为11.2m。抛洒范围的水平张角为25°,当抛掷距离为7.2m时矿石堆约3.2m宽。如果抛掷轮由其中间位置摆动±28°并将抛掷距离调整到约8.2m,则也可以达到窑炉的侧面区域。转速和摆动运动同时改变,使抛掷点在窑炉里描绘出一个围绕窑炉中心的圆弧轨迹,其中圆弧轨迹的直径为8.0m。在圆弧轨迹上的一个循环时间为10min。由此在窑炉横截面上实现相当均匀的精选矿分布。
Claims (6)
1.在400至1050℃温度下焙烧颗粒矿石的窑炉,其中,所述窑炉包括一壳体,在壳体中,矿石在一被流化空气向上穿过的炉栅(4)上形成稳定的流化床(3),其特征在于,在流化床(3)上方在窑炉壳体中设有开孔(16),在窑炉(1)外边靠近所述开孔(16)处设置旋转的抛掷轮(14),所述抛掷轮(14)相对于窑炉(1)是可摆动的。
2.如权利要求1所述的窑炉,其特征在于,所述抛掷轮(14)的转速是可变化的。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的窑炉,其特征在于,所述抛掷轮(14)相对于窑炉(1)是可移动的。
4.如权利要求3所述的窑炉,其特征在于,所述抛掷轮(14)设置在一个可移动的支承装置上。
5.如权利要求1所述的窑炉,其特征在于,在窑炉壳体中设置有多个开孔(16)。
6.如权利要求5所述的窑炉,其特征在于,为所述多个开孔(16)中的每一个配置一抛掷轮(14)。
