Abstract
"PROCESSO PARA INTRODUZIR MINéRIO GRANULADO EM UM FORNO DE CALCINAçãO". A invenção refere-se a minérios granulados ou concentrados de minério que são lançados em um forno (1) para fins de calcinação a temperaturas de 400 até 1050<198>C, sendo que o minério no forno constitui um leito fluidizado estacionário (3). O minério é lançado sobre o leito fluidizado através de uma abertura (10) disposta sobre o leito fluidizado na carcaça do forno, sendo que o minério é acelerado através das pás (14a) de uma roda centrífuga giratória (14). A roda centrífuga giratória encontra-se fora do forno na proximidade da abertura da carcaça. De preferência, o número de rotações da roda centrífuga giratória é variável e a roda centrífuga pode ser deslocada e / ou girada em relação ao forno.
