Abstract

背景技术
1.技术领域
本发明通常涉及流体阀,并且特别是涉及一种常闭的调节阀,该阀由高于选定的阈值的可变的流体压力打开,并且当打开时,用来以恒定的压力和流速输送流体。
2.现有技术的描述
上述类型的调节阀是已知的,正如比方在美国专利号6,026,850和6,209,578中所公开的一样。虽然这些已知的阀以完全令人满意的方式工作,但是对于某些应用,已经证明它们的设计过分复杂、昂贵,并且难以放入流体分配装置的有限空间中,例如碳酸和非碳酸软饮料的分配器。

参考附图,依照本发明的调节阀总的用10表示。该阀包括一外壳,该外壳具有在配合外部法兰16、18处连接到杯状基座14的盖子12,带有插入其中的O形-密封环20。
该外壳由隔离壁22内部细分为头部24和基部26。盖子12中的进口28适合于连接到流体供给设备(未示出),该设备具有从低于到高于阈值而变化的压力。进口28和位于隔离壁22的中心端口30沿阀的中心轴线A1对齐。出口31,也在盖子12中,朝着横切于第一轴线A1的第二轴线A2对齐。
调制组件32协同隔离壁22将基部细分为与弹簧室23″分离的流体室23′。该调制组件用来防止当进口28的流体压力低于阈压力时流体流过阀。当进口的流体压力超过阈压力时,该调制组件用来容纳以恒定的压力和流速从头部24通过端口30流入室23′、并通过出口31流出的流体流。该出口31或下游管口或限流器(未示出)用来在流体室23′中产生背压。
该调制组件32包括由空心壳体34和中心插塞36组成的活塞。该活塞被支撑来通过柔性环形膜片38进行沿轴线A1的相对方向的运动。膜片的内圆周夹持在壳体34和插塞36之间。杯状基座14具有容纳在盖子12中的圆柱形壁部14′。膜片的外圆周夹持在壁部14′的上轮缘15和位于盖子上向内突出的内部台肩17之间。
活塞插塞36上的活塞杆40穿过端口30突出到头部24。活塞杆上的大头42具有锥形的下侧44,该下侧与隔离壁的锥形表面46共同作用将通过端口30的流动路径的尺寸调制为输入段中变化的流体压力的反函数,结果是以恒定的压力和流速将流体输送到出口31。
弹簧室23″中的压缩弹簧48容纳在壳体34的下侧表面和外壳基座14的底壁52之间。该弹簧将调制组件32朝向隔离壁22推动。当进口28的流体压力低于阈压力时,弹簧48用来推动膜片38抵靠在隔离壁22上,因此防止流体从流体室23′流到出口31′。当流体压力超过阈压力时,弹簧48的弹性闭合力被克服,允许活塞组件远离隔离壁运动,并且允许调制共同作用的锥形表面44、46的调制函数开始调制。底壁52中的开口50用来将膜片38下方的容量排放到周围的大气。
Claims (2)
1.一种调节阀,用来以可变压力从流体源接收流体并以大体恒定的压力将所述流体输送到流体供料器,所述阀包括:
外壳,其具有杯状基座(14)和盖子(12),所述盖子(12)具有向内突出的台肩(17),所述杯状基座(14)具有容纳在所述盖子(12)内并终止在与所述向内突出的台肩(17)隔开的上轮缘(15)的圆柱形壁部(14’),所述盖子具有与在所述杯状基座(14)上的第一外部法兰(18)配合的第二外部法兰(16),所述盖子和所述杯状基座在所述第一和第二外部法兰处连接;
将所述外壳的内部细分为头部和基部的隔离壁;
将所述基部细分为流体室和弹簧室的调制组件;
位于所述盖子中的进口,用来将所述头部连接到所述流体源;
位于所述隔离壁中的端口,用来将头部连接到所述流体室,所述端口与所述阀的中心第一轴线对齐;
位于所述盖子上的、连通所述流体室的出口,所述出口朝着横切于所述第一轴线的第二轴线对齐;
活塞杆,从所述沿所述第一轴线的调制组件起穿过所述端口突出到所述头部;
为了沿所述第一轴线的相对方向的运动,在所述外壳中支撑所述调制组件的柔性膜片;
位于所述弹簧室的弹簧,所述弹簧设置为弹性地将所述调制组件推动到关闭位置,在该位置所述膜片与所述隔离壁密封接触由此防止流体从所述头部通过所述端口和流体室流到所述出口,所述弹簧同所述调制组件和从此突出的活塞杆共同作用以致将所述端口的尺寸调制为所述头部中可变流体压力的反函数,因此输送到所述出口的流体压力维持在大体恒定的值,当作用于所述调制组件的流体压力超过阈值时,所述阀自动启动,并且当所述压力降低至低于所述阈值时,该阀自动关闭,所述膜片的外部圆周夹持在所述盖子的向内突出的台肩和杯状基座的圆柱形壁部的轮缘之间的空间。
2.如权利要求1所述的调节阀,其特征在于,所述活塞杆(40)的突出到所述头部的一端具有一大头(42),所述大头具有锥形的下侧(44),该锥形的下侧(44)设置成与隔离壁的锥形表面(46)共同作用,以调制通过所述端口的流动路径的尺寸。
