Abstract

本发明涉及一种块体,由透明的无定形玻璃质材料如水晶或玻璃制成,该块体的部分外表面涂有金属或陶瓷颗粒连续层,当透过该无定形材料块体观察涂有涂层的部分时,可看到装饰性二色视觉效果。该连续层包括:与水晶接触的、至少叠加一次的两层透明金属或陶瓷颗粒层;以及由金属构成的最后反射不透明层。

Description

具有装饰性二色视觉效果的水晶块体
技术领域
本发明涉及透明的水晶类或玻璃类无定形材料块体,该块体的部分外表面涂有金属或陶瓷颗粒连续层,以产生装饰性视觉效果。本发明还涉及水晶饰品,其包含上述材料中的至少一种块体,并且块体表面涂有所述连续层。为使本文清晰易懂,以下仅以水晶为例进行说明,不过这一举例仅代表本申请的一个具体实施例。
背景技术
事实上,水晶与叠加层结合后产生的二色现象可以获得闪亮夺目的视觉效果,这种现象使涂层部分的颜色随水晶的观察入射角不同而发生明显变化。实际上以前就已将水晶块体与金属涂层结合在一起应用,例如,已出现将第一铬层与黄金或黄金合金沉积层结合的应用。这些涂层尤其能使水晶块体散发出与之结合的贵金属的色彩,从而增加其饰品的韵味,以此成为奢侈珠宝饰品的标志。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种更丰富的二色性视觉效果,让观察者看到较以往更丰富的色调。
为实现上述目的,本发明中水晶块体的部分外表面涂有以下连续层:
-与水晶接触的、至少叠加一次的两层透明金属或陶瓷颗粒层;以及
-由金属构成的最后反射不透明层。
传统上,为了更好的表示二色现象,最后不透明层实际上既要阻挡光线透过,又要使光线能够反射。水晶块体对不同波长的入射光和反射光的方向所产生的影响各不相同,而金属和/或陶瓷颗粒透明层对各种不同波长的可见光的吸收/反射也各不相同,所以它们之间结合可获得真正的二色现象。
本发明中构成不透明层的金属优选为钛(Ti),或者也可以是铬(Cr)。
这类金属的理化性质是首要考虑的因素,尤其是它们的硬度要大、要能耐磨损和耐化学品腐蚀。
优选的,水晶的外表面部分所涂覆的连续层仅包括叠加一次或两次的两层金属或陶瓷颗粒层。
例如,以前是利用层的大量叠加来产生彩虹效果。实践证明,这种情况下两层叠加一次乃至两次(4层)能产生最佳的视觉效果。
本发明的一种结构可能为,所述叠加层均包括一对由SiO2层和TiO2层形成的双层。其它任何具有类似理化性质的材料亦可以使用。
如果使用SiO2和TiO2的组合,则各叠加层可以用机械性能(硬度大、阻抗高)优良和化学反应活性低的陶瓷颗粒制备。
另外,各叠加层也可以由一对MgF2层和Cr层形成。这两种情况下使用的双层材料不同,透过水晶看到的颜色也明显不同。
事实上应根据材料的光学性质,尤其是它们的折射率来选择材料的使用,从而获得与它们匹配的特异性光学效果。
选择不同层的厚度对获得所需的视觉效果和满足比色要求,同样至关重要。
因此,本发明中最后不透明层的厚度大于或等于50nm。
另外,优选的,各叠加层中第一层的厚度为50-500nm,第二层的厚度为90-400nm。
另外要说明一点,本发明不仅涉及涂有上述不同层的水晶块体,而且还涉及涂有这些不同层的饰品。所述饰品可以是环、耳饰、垂饰、饰针等,饰品中包括上面提及的水晶块体或透明的无定形材料块体。
具体来说,这种块体可以有各种几何形状,尤其是具有凸形外表面,该表面施加有前面所述的连续层。
水晶块体表面的金属和/或陶瓷涂层可用现有技术制备,如真空蒸发、溅射或磁控溅射等技术。
本发明的水晶块体表面涂有能产生前述视觉效果的颗粒连续层,这种具有表面涂层的水晶块体理所当然可以在其它应用中使用,而不受限于本文具体述及的饰品。

Claims (11)

1.一种透明的水晶类或玻璃类无定形玻璃质材料块体,其部分外表面涂有金属或陶瓷颗粒连续层,当透过该无定形材料块体观察涂有涂层的部分时,可看到装饰性二色视觉效果,其特征在于,该连续层包括:
-与水晶接触的、至少叠加一次的两层透明金属或陶瓷颗粒层;以及
-由金属构成的最后反射不透明层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的水晶块体,其特征在于构成最后不透明层的金属是钛。
3.根据权利要求1所述的水晶块体,其特征在于构成最后不透明层的金属是铬。
4.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的水晶块体,其特征在于连续层包括叠加一次或两次的两层金属或陶瓷颗粒层。
5.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的水晶块体,其特征在于各叠加层均包括一对由SiO2层和TiO2层形成的双层。
6.根据权利要求1-4中任意一项所述的水晶块体,其特征在于各叠加层均包括一对由MgF2层和Cr层形成的双层。
7.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的水晶块体,其特征在于第一不透明层的厚度大于或等于50nm。
8.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的水晶块体,其特征在于各叠加层的第一层的厚度为50-500nm。
9.根据前述任意一项权利要求所述的水晶块体,其特征在于各叠加层的第二层的厚度为90-400nm。
10.一种包括前述任意一项权利要求所述的水晶块体的环、耳饰、垂饰或饰针等饰品。
11.根据权利要求10所述的饰品,其特征在于该饰品具有凸形外表面,该外表面施加有连续层。
