Abstract
一种液化气缸的阀装置,有一个阀件受到永久负载而顶靠在阀座上,并且与一个柱销连接,柱销适宜将阀强制打开。该柱销上装有防护件,用于防止砂粒或其它杂质进入阀座。
Description
本发明涉及一种液化气缸的阀装置,它包括阀体,适于固定到缸筒的排气口上,设有朝向缸筒内部的阀座,用于和阀件配合,阀件在阀座排气侧伸出一个柱销,可沿轴向移动而将阀强制打开。
为了控制柱销的移动,使用者通常使用压力控制件,将其安装在阀体上。而当容器用空之后,将其重新拆下,并在填充站重新充填。
当控制件被拆下后,通常要用封闭盖拧到排气口上而对阀加以保护。并不是所有使用者都遵守这个规定,因此,存在有砂粒或其它夹杂颗粒进入到阀体上安放控制件的孔内的危险。由于使用者的失职,控制件还可能被杂质弄污,在安装控制件时或之后,当打开阀时,这些杂质可能掉下并进入阀座。虽然这些夹杂粒子经常被排出气体吹开,但并不是总能被吹开,其后它们很可能干扰阀的功能,尤其是阻碍其完全关闭,因此存在有着火或爆炸的危险性,而且它们还增大阀件和阀座的磨损。
英国专利申请GB893894公开了一种点火器上的充填阀,该点火器可由气罐进行充填。在充填过程中,液化气通过中心孔和横向孔流入点火器的容器内,同时,空气通过排气道从点火器的容器内逸出。该排气道装有一个可渗气但不能渗液体的材料制成的多孔吸收环,使空气得以逸出,但阻止液化气的通过。该文献建议吸收环用纸板或烧结金属来制造,它也没有提出吸收环必须是弹性的。因此,吸收环并不能起到象本发明阀装置中的凸缘盘那样的作用,即不能实现防止杂质进入阀座的发明目的。
本发明的目的在于提供一种防止杂质进入阀座的阀装置。
上述缺点可由本发明来消除,将阀件上的柱销用套筒环绕,该套筒设有弹性的凸缘盘,从柱销至少几乎延伸到阀体腔室内表面上。
套筒上的凸缘盘,将可能到达阀的关键区域的杂质收集起来,并保留在无害的地方一直到容器用空。在下一次重新充填以前,可以将阀吹净。但这并不需要,由于凸缘盘具有弹性,填充气体的流动可以使杂质被带入到气缸内,在气缸内杂质是无害的。
下面结合附图详述本发明,图1是本发明的液化气缸阀装置的局部轴向剖视图。
图中显示了液化气缸的阀装置的阀体1顶部,该阀装置可以用螺纹连接或者焊接到气缸上(图中未示),在其顶部设有凸缘2,上面可以安装已知类型的控制件。阀体1有与阀件4配合的向下的阀座3,所示阀件4是锥形的,可由橡胶或类似的弹性材料制成,阀件4与销6上同样的锥形突缘5连接,销6稍许向上伸入到一个安放控制件底部7的孔中,控制件适宜于控制通过阀3、4的排气。标号8表示一件环绕零件7的密封垫,零件7内安放心轴9,在排气时,心轴9对销6施加向下的压力,该压力克服了作用在阀件4上的永久闭合力,将阀打开。该闭合力可以分别由缸内的气压和闭合弹簧(未示)产生。
套筒11安装在柱销6的缩小部分10上,该套筒顶部与向外的弹性凸缘盘12汇合。凸缘盘12至少大致伸展到阀体1的腔室4内表面13上,适于容纳和保留杂质,要不然杂质可能下落到阀座3上,在该阀座3和阀件4之间造成堵塞。
在所述的实施例中,凸缘盘12是盘形的,配置在柱销6上,当处于如图所示的闭合位置时,其外缘应抵住腔室14内的面朝下的接合面15。这对防止杂质下落到阀座3提供了附加的保护,同时,凸缘盘12和接合面15共同起辅助阀的作用,当阀3、4没有完全关闭时,可防止气体泄漏。
在阀打开时,套筒11也被向下拖,使凸缘盘12离开接合面15。凸盘是有弹性的,易于被气体压力所变形,因此气体流过其外缘,虽然外缘在没
有受力时,倾向于向着腔室壁13变直。
当容器再充填时,流入的气体使凸缘盘向下翻转,并使阀3、4开。如果杂质已经聚集在凸缘盘表面上,它们将被吹落到缸内,在那它们没有害处。
本发明的阀装置的防杂质件或保护件,可以用图示以外的其它方法来实现。应该特别指出,可以使用一种防护件,将其套筒固定到腔室13,而其凸缘盘的内缘与柱销6接触。
Claims (2)
1、一种液化气缸的阀装置,包括阀体,适于固定在缸筒的排出口上,设有朝向缸筒内部的阀座,用于与阀件配合,阀件在阀座的排气侧伸出一个柱销,用于沿轴向移动而将阀强制打开,本发明的特征在于阀件的柱销被一个套筒环绕,该套筒含有弹性的凸缘盘,从柱销至少几乎延伸到该阀体腔室的内表面上,用于防止杂质进入阀座。
2、根据权利要求1所述的液化气缸的阀装置,其特征在于凸缘盘是盘形的,其凹外朝向离开阀座一边,套筒在柱销上的配置,应使凸缘盘的外缘在阀处于关闭位置时,抵住腔室内向内朝向的接合面。
