Abstract
本发明涉及一种用于层压玻璃面板的方法和设备。通过辐射加热(7,8)对要层压的夹层结构进行预热,然后通过与辐射加热同时进行的从两侧吹送的热空气来加热夹层结构。用于吹送热空气的对流加热元件包括中空且带有孔的传送装置的辊子(3)。辐射加热元件(11,12)通过直接辐射加热向夹层结构施加热量,并且还加热在加热室中循环的对流空气。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于层压玻璃面板的方法,所述方法包括将塑料薄片放置在玻璃面板之间,将由此得到的夹层结构输送通过第一组加压辊,随后加热夹层结构并将加热后的夹层结构输送通过第二组加压辊,在挤压装置之间通过从两侧吹送的热空气加热夹层结构。
本发明还涉及一种用于层压玻璃面板的设备,所述设备包括第一组加压辊、第二组加压辊、位于这两组加压辊之间的水平传送装置、以及用于加热由玻璃面板和塑料薄片构成的夹层结构的加热元件,位于两组加压辊之间的所述加热元件包括用于将热空气吹送到要层压的夹层结构两侧的对流加热元件。
背景技术
从本申请人的专利US 5,853,516中已知这种方法和设备。该方法和设备被证明非常有用。本发明的一个目的是改进并加强实际加热过程中的加热效果,以便能够增加生产能力并快速加热不同厚度的夹层结构,该夹层结构包括其中最上面的玻璃顶部表面被涂敷以提供LOW-E(低辐射)特性的情况。
发明内容
该目的分别通过所附权利要求1中限定的方法和所附权利要求3中限定的设备来实现。
使用较深地穿透到夹层结构中的辐射加热使得能够应用比以前更热的对流空气。另外,通过使用用于将对流空气传送到夹层结构的底部表面的辊子,可以利用直接辐射来进行底侧的辐射加热。

具体实施方式
在未示出的层压室中,要层压的玻璃面板已放置成一个位于另一个的顶部,其中在玻璃面板之间设有塑料薄片。这些层松散地一个位于另一个的顶部,并在由辊子6构成的传送装置上基本达到室温。在传送装置的上方和下方是用于预热要层压的夹层结构的辐射加热元件,例如管状电阻7、8。夹层结构用辐射热预热到例如大约30℃-45℃的温度,从而使得薄片充分塑化,以在加压辊1中在玻璃和薄片的表面之间建立尽可能完全的接触,所述接触在挤压装置的下游仍然保持完好。
夹层结构从加压辊1之间进入由辊子3构成的传送装置上,在该传送装置的上方是用于将暖空气吹送到夹层结构顶侧的喷嘴箱4。加热部分通过风机10使该加热部分的空气不断地循环通过喷嘴箱4,该风机强制空气进入喷嘴箱4,从该喷嘴箱中喷射出的空气通过成排的喷嘴到达夹层结构的顶侧。风机10用于将空气吸入加热室中,该空气在经过加热电阻11时被加热。例如是管状电阻的加热电阻11还通过直接辐射加热将热量施加到夹层结构的顶部表面,这正是加热电阻11位于喷嘴箱4之间的开口中的原因。
底侧吹送的热空气被至少部分地引导通过空腔13。因此,辊子之间的中间空间保持未被占据。在这些中间空间中安装有加热电阻12例如管状电阻,该加热电阻也通过直接辐射加热将热量施加到层状结构的底侧。
来自风机10的热空气能够通过存在于辊子3头部的旋转连接件被引导进入辊子3的空腔13中。或者,辊子3可以使其带孔的加强网(gable)部分在压缩空气壳体内旋转。在辊子3的下方设有罩盖或滑槽5,该罩盖或滑槽定位成与辊子3的表面间隔适当的距离,以在罩盖5和辊子3之间提供空气导引通道,从而使得从辊子的孔9中排出的空气主要向上并朝夹层结构的底部表面转向。罩盖或滑槽5也可以设置在辊子3的内部,以限制或阻挡向下的流动并使空气向上转向。在加热室中循环的加热空气的温度通常在160℃-180℃的范围内。对流和辐射相结合可以用于将夹层结构(玻璃和薄片)的温度提高到使薄片进入粘附状态所需的大约60℃-85℃的温度范围。加热的夹层结构被输送通过加压辊2,从而在玻璃和薄片之间提供充分的粘合。由此层压的玻璃面板仍然要在压热器内进行常规的进一步处理。
这种创造性的方法和设备能够获得提高的加热速度,并且当处理LOW-E玻璃时,来自夹层结构两侧的热流也能够被平衡。
Claims (5)
1.一种用于层压玻璃面板的方法,所述方法包括将塑料薄片放置在玻璃面板之间,将得到的夹层结构输送通过第一组加压辊(1),随后加热夹层结构并将加热后的夹层结构输送通过第二组加压辊(2),在挤压装置之间通过从两侧吹送的热空气加热夹层结构,其特征在于:将从底侧吹送的热空气至少部分引导通过传送装置的辊子(3)中的空腔(13),并且通过辐射加热(11,12)对所述热空气的吹送进行补充。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:辐射加热器(11,12)既用于直接辐射加热要层压的夹层结构,又用于加热循环进行热吹送的空气。
3.一种用于层压玻璃面板的设备,所述设备包括第一组加压辊(1)、第二组加压辊(2)、位于这两组加压辊之间的水平传送装置(3)、以及用于加热由玻璃面板和塑料薄片构成的夹层结构的加热元件(4,3,5,11,12),位于两组加压辊(1,2)之间的所述加热元件(4,3,5,11,12)包括用于将热空气吹送到要层压的夹层结构两侧的对流加热元件(4,3,5),其特征在于:对流加热元件包括传送装置(3)的辊子,该辊子中空且带有孔,以将空气吹送到要层压的夹层结构的底面;所述设备在要层压的夹层结构的任一侧不仅包括对流加热元件,而且包括辐射加热元件(11,12)。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于:在带有孔的辊子(3)的下方设有罩盖或滑槽(5),该罩盖或滑槽定位成在罩盖(5)和辊子(3)之间提供空气引导通道,以使从辊子(3)的孔(9)中排出的空气主要向上转向。
5.根据权利要求3所述的设备,其特征在于:在带有孔的辊子(3)的内部设有罩盖或滑槽,以限制或阻碍向下的流动并使空气向上转向。
