美国专利6,153,124是由2到30%重量的导体纱线制成的导电针织织物。该导体纱线由5到30%重量的电镀铁纤维和70到95%重量的聚酯纤维制成。导电率与纱线的浓度成比例。

发明内容

该基础基底还可以是含有两层或多层基础基底的层合结构;每层可以是上述结构中的一种。在层合基础基底时,组成的基础基底中的一种可以是可机械缝合的(on-machine-seamable)织物,使得该带可以在安装在造纸机上时被缝合成环状形式。
基础基底可以由生产造纸机织物和工业加工织物的任何纱线织造或以其它方式组合,也就是说,基础基底可以包括单丝、合股单丝、复丝、合股复丝或本领域技术人员使用的任何合成聚合物树脂的人造纤维纺成的纱线。
在图2所示的实施例中,基底20赋予带18以尺寸稳定性和可压缩性;导电棉絮、泡沫或其它材料22通过带18将织物12的静电消散到地面。注意基底20可以通过针刺、热粘合、缝合、化学工艺或其它适用于该目的的方法连接到棉絮、泡沫或其它材料22上。
此外,可以将导电材料22涂敷在基础基底或结构20上。涂敷的导电材料22可以通过喷涂、挤压或作为热熔性材料层施加于基础基底或结构20上。
作为另外的优点,棉絮、泡沫或其它材料22的织物接触面是平滑的,以避免某些非织造织物生产相关的阻塞(plugging)和疵点(marking)问题,其中所述非织造织物的生产使用大量的通常被称为超吸收性粉末或SAP的物质。例如,可以通过压紧或砂磨处理涂敷的导电材料22的表面得到理想的表面形态或光滑度。
因此,本发明的抗静电传送带18是多层结构的,其可以包含一个或多个基底20和一层或多层棉絮、泡沫或其它材料22,其一部分是导电性的。该传送带18在非织造物生产中减少静电荷同时在织物生产过程中提供理想的透气性。
虽然本文中详细公开并描述了优选的实施方案,但是其范围不应限于此,其范围应该由所附的权利要求决定。
Claims (14)
1.一种工业防静电传送带,其包含:
由纱线形成的基础基底;
施加到所述基底的导电材料,
所述带能够消散静电荷同时保持20~200CFM的所需透气性,
其中所述导电材料是导电棉絮或导电泡沫;
其中所述带用于装置中以生产非织造织物,所述非织造织物由选自气流成网法、干法成网法、纺粘法、熔喷法、水刺法或上述生产工艺中两种或多种的组合形成。
2.权利要求1的带,所述导电材料主要消散所述静电荷。
3.权利要求1的带,所述基底为所述带提供尺寸稳定性和可压缩性。
4.权利要求1的带,所述基底也是导电的。
5.权利要求1的带,所述基底是织造或螺旋连接的织物。
6.权利要求1的带,所述基底由聚合物材料制成。
7.权利要求1的带,该带的电阻系数为100欧姆/平方~108欧姆/平方。
8.权利要求1的带,所述导电材料和所述基底通过针刺、热粘合、缝合或化学工艺连接。
9.权利要求1的带,所述带具有平滑的织物接触面,从而避免所述非织造织物的阻塞和疵点。
10.权利要求1的带,通过该带将在所述织物和所述带上产生的静电荷排放到接地部件。
11.权利要求1的带,该带是环状的或以接缝装配的。
12.权利要求1的带,其中所述导电材料被涂敷在所述基础基底上。
13.权利要求12的带,其中通过喷涂或挤压涂敷所述涂敷在所述基础基底上的导电材料。
14.权利要求12的带,其中所述涂敷在所述基础基底上的导电材料是热熔性材料层。
