Abstract
一种具隔热表层的容器的制法,是以液态粘结剂添加耐热发泡粒子粉搅拌混合后,应用涂布方式将前述复合涂料涂布于连续纸匹或塑料匹所设定范围内或已成型的各种容器的表面上,再将该纸匹,塑料匹或容器进行加热,使该表面借该发泡粒子产生发泡作用,同时该液态粘结剂黏附于该容器的表层,使该表层形成一发泡层,再将该涂布范围裁切而制成容器,即可形成隔热效果。在盛装较高温物质时,握持者不会产生热烫感,更可提供保温效果。再者,可在表层上应用图案模型,将前述复合涂料添加色料后喷涂或轮转压印,并使喷涂有花纹的前述涂料,经加热产生发泡作用,以形成突出的彩色立体花纹,或形成立体花纹后再彩色印刷,以呈现多样化的美观视觉效果。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具隔热表层的容器的制法及其制品,尤指表层形成有发泡隔热层的容器的制法及其制品。
背景技术
一般容器,其在成本与用途的普遍化上,大都以纸制或塑料制容器为大宗,例如:纸制或塑料制的杯、碗、盘或者包装容器、保温容器、便当盒等。
其无法解决的问题是:
1.该纸制容器,仅为单层,无法提供保温、隔热效果,若以双层折迭或形成间隔,则在使用一次即丢的用途上,其成本极高,实不符成本效益。
2.该纸制或塑料制容器的表层,为达美观性,顶多仅在表层上印刷,无法形成立体花纹的效果。
3.目前使用的纸杯,为了防烫,则需另以塑料托杯作为承托该纸杯之用,但使用上必须增加该托杯的不便,且使用后,该纸杯在丢弃后托杯还需收藏,则有消弱该纸杯使用的方便性。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具隔热表层的容器的制法及制品。
本发明是应用液态粘结剂添加耐热发泡粒子粉搅拌混合后,再以涂布方式将前述复合涂料涂布于制造容器所用的半成品,例如连续纸匹或塑料匹上,或涂布于已成型的各种容器的表面上,如纸或塑料容器的表层,涂布粘结剂和发泡粒子粉的厚度并没有严格的限制,只要本着既能产生适当发泡厚度,以获得适当隔热效果,又能尽量节约原料的原则,涂布一薄层即可。再将该纸匹,塑料匹或容器进行加热,使该表面借该发泡粒子产生发泡作用,同时该液态粘结剂黏附于该容器的表层,使该表层形成一发泡层。再将涂布后的纸匹,塑料匹材料裁切制成容器,即可形成有隔热效果的容器,使盛装较高温物质时,握持者不会产生热烫感,以提供保温、隔热、防烫保温效果。
前面所述“液态粘结剂”为水性的醋酸乙烯酯树脂或乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯树脂,或者油性的压克力胶(聚丙烯酸类树脂)。可直接从市场购得。
所述“热发泡粒子粉”为热塑性聚合物内包覆低沸点溶剂形成的发泡粒子粉,也可直接购自市场。
而粘结剂与发泡粒子粉的混合比例是粘结剂占5%-20%重量,发泡粒子粉占95%-80%重量,发泡程度可以达到20-50倍体积。
具体来说,本发明的一种具隔热表层的容器的制法,其特征在于,其步骤包含:
a.将液态粘结剂与耐热发泡粒子粉搅拌混合,以形成复合涂料;
b于纸制或塑料制容器或其半成品外表层涂布该复合涂料;
c.再将涂布有该复合涂料的容器经加热装置进行加热;
d.该复合涂料于该容器表面产生发泡作用,以形成一发泡层;
e.该发泡层应用复合涂料内的液态粘结剂凝结而与该容器表面形成一体。
本发明还可借前述复合涂料添加色料后喷涂或轮转辊压,形成花纹,使喷涂有花纹的前述涂料,经加热后产生发泡作用,以形成突出的彩色立体花纹,或在形成立体花纹后再彩色印刷,以呈现多样化的美观视觉效果,同时在该突出的立体花纹上,即可提供握持的隔热功能,达到美观性、保温、隔热、防烫的多重效益。
可将该复合涂料涂布于容器的任何可供握持的位置与范围,而不需全面涂布;亦可在容器成型时同时凹陷适当范围,再将复合涂料涂布于该凹陷位置。
本发明可在各种纸制容器、塑料制容器表面上,依图案模型形成各种立体花纹,达到美观性及提供握持该突出花纹的防烫效果。
所述加热装置可以是本行业内常用的任何加热装置。
前述发泡的立体花纹的突出厚度,可依涂布该复合涂料的厚度,并借控制加热温度,以获得所需花纹突出程度的需求。如前所述,对涂布厚度并没有严格的限制,而温度一般可控制在80至160℃范围。本领域技术人员完全可以根据本说明书的提示,再凭自己的实践经验,结合涂布厚度和适当温度,来控制所需要的立体花纹突出厚度。

具体实施方式
为能进一步了解本发明的技术内容,兹以实施例详述于后:
请参阅图1所示,本发明的制造方法,是以液态粘结剂1添加耐热发泡粒子粉2,经搅拌混合3之后形成复合涂料4,应用涂布方式,至少包含喷涂5、轮转5’、彩色印刷5”等,而将前述复合涂料4涂布于半成品6(如图2A)或容器7、7’(如图2B、图2C及图3A~图3C)的表面,再将该容器7、7’通过加热装置8进行加热,使该表层借该耐热发泡粒子粉2产生发泡作用,同时该液态粘结剂1黏附于该容器7、7’的表层,使该表层形成一发泡层9,具有补强效果,并提供隔热、保温效果。
前述液态粘结剂1可为水性或油性,同样能在加热发泡过程中,具有凝固黏著作用。
请参阅图1、图2所示,前述的复合涂料4可直接在轮转装置5’的滚筒51’上设一图案模型,借轮转装置5’的滚筒51’上的图案模型而将复合涂料4连续滚压复印于卷筒式纸匹P’的连续输出纸匹P上,再裁切出事先已然规划可制成该容器7的范围的半成品6(如图2A),透过容器成型(非本发明特征省略不予赘述)后,再将该容器7(7’)加热,使该容器外表层形成一发泡层9。
请参阅图1、图2、图4A~图4C所示,是借前述的方法,将前述复合涂料涂布于纸制容器7或预先射出成型的塑料容器7’的表层,即可形成一隔热效果,盛装较高温物质时,握持者不会产生热烫感,更可提供保温效果;再者,请参阅图3A~图3C所示,在表层上亦可以前述涂料的喷涂或轮转装置涂布图案模型(图1、图2),涂布成花纹的复合涂料4经加热装置加热后产生发泡作用,形成突出的立体花纹9,即可提供握持的隔热效果,达到多样化的美观性、保温、隔热、防烫的多重效益。
请参阅图1、图2A~图2C、图3A~图3C、图4A~图4C所示,前述的容器7(7’),可将该复合涂料4涂布于容器的任何可供握持的位置与范围,而不需全面涂布;亦可将容器成型时同时凹陷71(71’)(如图4C)适当范围,再将复合涂料4涂布于该凹陷71(71’)位置,使复合涂料4经加热发泡后将该凹陷71(71’)位置予以填平,使容器71(71’)外表层恢复平整状态,即可提供握持位置的防烫效果,以降低成本。
请参阅图1、图3A~C、图4A、图4C所示,前述的复合涂料4可添加色料11,使发泡的位置产生多色彩的花纹;亦可将该复合涂料4于容器7(7’)表层发泡结合后,再应用彩色印刷5”于该发泡层9的发泡位置(图4B、C)或整面发泡层9(图4A)呈现彩色图样。
借加热温度的不同,可以适当控制复合涂料发泡后的突出厚度。例如,加热温度高,使发泡充分,则突出厚度较厚,反之亦然。同时加热温度也要考虑在发泡成型时不至于伤害到容器本体,例如,不至于使塑料本体融化。所以,一般来说控制加热温度为80至160℃较宜。
前述的发明所应用的实施例仅提供说明的参考,其范围当包含各种纸制或塑料制容器,如杯、碗、盘、便当盒及各种包装容器等,以提供隔热、保温、防烫及补强效果。
Claims (8)
1.一种具隔热表层的容器的制法,其特征在于,其步骤包含:
a.将液态粘结剂与耐热发泡粒子粉搅拌混合,以形成复合涂料;
b于纸制或塑料制容器或半成品外表层涂布该复合涂料;
c.再将涂布有该复合涂料的容器经加热装置进行加热;
d.该复合涂料于该容器表面产生发泡作用,以形成一发泡层;
e.该发泡层应用复合涂料内的液态粘结剂凝结而与该容器表面形成一体。
2.如权利要求1所述具隔热表层容器的制法,其特征在于,
该容器表层上可应用图案模型,供前述复合涂料的喷涂或轮转,使附着有图案花纹的复合涂料,经加热后产生发泡作用,以形成突出的立体花纹。
3.如权利要求1所述具隔热表层容器的制法,其特征在于,该复合涂料中的液态粘结剂可为水性或油性。
4.如权利要求1所述具隔热表层容器的制法,其特征在于,该复合涂料可直接涂布于连续式纸匹或塑料匹上,再裁切出事先已规划可制成该容器的范围,容器成型后,再将该容器加热,使该容器外表层形成一发泡层。
5.如权利要求1所述具隔热表层容器的制法,其特征在于,该成型容器可于任何供握持位置直接制成一适当凹陷度与范围,再将复合涂料涂布于该凹陷位置,使复合涂料经加热发泡后将该凹陷位置予以填平,使容器外表层恢复平整状态。
6.如权利要求1所述隔热表层容器的制法,其特征在于,该立体花纹的突出程度,可通过控制加热温度在80至160℃以获得所需花纹发泡后的突出厚度。
7.如其特征在于2所述隔热表层容器的制法,其特征在于,该复合涂料可添加色料,使发泡的位置产生多色彩的花纹。
8.如其特征在于2所述隔热表层容器的制法,其特征在于,该复合涂料于容器表层发泡结合后,再应用彩色印刷法于该发泡的图样花纹上或发泡位置印刷上彩色图样花纹。
