Description
本新型是有關於一種容器,特別是指一種紙製容器。
由於紙製容器相對於保力龍餐具較為環保,因此已經成為餐飲業、速食業與食品加工業最常使用之食品包裝容器,而為更吸引顧客注意,以刺激其購買意願,業者通常會在紙製容器外表面印製各類圖樣,例如食品或食材圖樣及/或廣告文宣字樣...等。但是目前這類圖樣的印製都只是簡單的彩色平面印刷,產品間差異僅在於圖樣形狀與色彩上不同,為更有效吸引消費者,以提高產品銷售量,許多業者都開始投入容裝食材之紙製容器的改良設計。
此外,一般紙製容器通常會在其紙層內表面被覆一層LDPE材質之淋膜層,藉以使該紙製容器可以防水,但其斷熱與保溫效果差,且此紙製容器若經烘烤加熱(發泡)處理,則其內、外側之淋膜層會形成不規則發泡破壞,而失去防水功能。
因此,本新型之目的,即在提供一種外側面具有立體圖紋效果的紙製容器。
本新型之另一目的在於提供一種具有更佳斷熱、保溫特性的紙製容器。
於是,本新型紙製容器,包含一底壁,及一與該底壁相配合界定出一容裝空間的圍壁,該圍壁包括一具有一內
側面與一相反之外側面的紙層、一被覆於該紙層外側面並可被加熱發泡膨脹的第一淋膜層、一局部被覆於該第一淋膜層外側面並可抑制被被覆之第一淋膜層部位的發泡膨脹的抑制墨水層,及一局部被覆於該第一淋膜層外側面且會隨第一淋膜層之發泡而同步膨脹的同步墨水層。
本新型之功效:透過於該第一淋膜層外側面之不同部位分別被覆抑制墨水層與同步墨水層所製造出的層狀結構設計,使得製成的紙製容器的圍壁外側面呈現凹凸起伏之立體圖樣,而可產生立體觸感,所以可大幅提高紙製容器之品質與市場競爭力。
有關本新型之前述及其他技術內容、特點與功效,在以下配合參考圖式之一個較佳實施例的詳細說明中,將可清楚的呈現。
如圖1、2、3所示,本新型紙製容器之第一較佳實施例,可用於容裝食材,該紙製容器3外型設計可以是桶狀、碗狀、盤狀,或其它可用以承裝容置食材之外型,在以下實施例中,是以桶狀為例進行說明。
該紙製容器3包含一開口朝下之蓋狀底壁31,及一固接於該底壁31周緣並往上突伸而與該底壁31相配合界定出一容裝空間30的環狀圍壁32,且該底壁31與圍壁32皆包括一紙層33、一被覆於該紙層33外側面之第一淋膜層34,及一被覆於紙層33內側面之第二淋膜層35,此外,該圍壁32還包括分別被覆於其第一淋膜層33外側面之一抑
制墨水層36與一同步墨水層37。
該底壁31具有一用以界定出該容裝空間30底緣之平板狀底部311,及一自該底部311周緣往下突伸之環狀接合部312,該圍壁32具有一環狀本體部321,及一自該本體部321底緣往上翻折向內之環狀翻折部322。
該底壁31與該圍壁32貼合製成紙製容器3時,該底壁31之底部311是往下限位靠抵於該翻折部322頂緣,而該接合部312是位於該本體部321與該翻折部322相向側間,然後,使該接合部312與該翻折部322之相向的第二淋膜層35加熱而相互黏合,以及使該翻折部322之第二淋膜層35與該接合部312外側之第一淋膜層34加熱而相互黏合。由於紙製容器3之結構為習知設計,且類型眾多,因此,實施時,紙製容器3結構不以此為限。
該紙層33內側面是用以圍繞界定出該容裝空間30周緣,而其外側面可印刷圖樣331,該圖樣331可以是花紋圖案、文字、條碼...等。
該第一淋膜層34是呈透明狀,並覆蓋該圖樣331地被覆於該紙層33外側面,且可被加熱而發泡膨脹,該第一淋膜層34為透明之低熔點的可塑性合成樹脂材質,在本實施例中該第一淋膜層34為LDPE(Low Density Polyethylene,低密度聚乙烯)。
該第二淋膜層35也是呈透明狀,為高熔點的熱可塑性合成樹脂材質,可用以防止容裝之食材的汁液浸溼該紙層33。在本實施例中,該第二淋膜層35是由HDPE(High
Density Polyethylene,高密度聚乙烯)與LDPE混煉製成,其中HDPE溶點溫度135℃,而LDPE溶點溫度103℃,本實施例採用之HDPE 50-70 wt%與LDPE 30-70 wt%比例。藉由以HDPE和LDPE混煉製成該第二淋膜層35的設計,可大幅縮小第一淋膜層34與第二淋膜層35間的熔點溫度差距。
由於第一淋膜層34與第二淋膜層35之被覆方式為習之技術,因此不再詳述。
該抑制墨水層36是局部塗覆於該圍壁32之第一淋膜層34外側面,並可抑制該第一淋膜層34被塗覆之部位的發泡膨脹幅度,例如可用以局部覆蓋該圖樣331,而使對應覆蓋之圖樣331部位處的第一淋膜層34發泡膨脹幅度縮小。
該同步墨水層37是用以被覆在該第一淋膜層34未被抑制墨水層36塗覆的外側面其他部位,同步墨水層37不會妨礙第一淋膜層34之發泡膨脹,且可於該第一淋膜層34發泡膨脹時,隨著第一淋膜層34同步往外擴張。
在本實施例中,該抑制墨水層36與同步墨水層37皆為水性墨水材質,同步墨水層37採用之同步墨水為大世界油墨塗料股份有限公司出產之型號FP-G-102FS產品,抑制墨水層36採用之抑制墨水為上述公司出產之型號PF-G-110IN產品。但實施時,由於水性材質之抑制墨水與同步墨水種類眾多,且非本新型改良重點,因此不再詳述,且不以上述種類為限。
藉由在紙層33內側面被覆HDPE與LDPE混煉構成之第二淋膜層35、在紙層33外側面被覆密度較低之LDPE材質之第一淋膜層34,以及於第一淋膜層34外側面分別被覆用以抑制第一淋膜層34發泡膨脹之抑制墨水層36,以及可隨第一淋膜層34同步膨脹之同步墨水層37的結構設計,可使該第一淋膜層34被加熱發泡膨脹時,該紙層33中的水分會往密度較低之第一淋膜層34方向流竄,致使第一淋膜層34發泡,然後再進一步配合抑制墨水層36與同步墨水層37,來使該第一淋膜層34位於該抑制墨水層36部位與位於該同步墨水層37部位的發泡膨脹幅度出現差異,進而使得該圍壁32外側面呈現出立體凹凸的圖樣紋路。此立體凹凸的發泡圖樣紋路設計,除了可提高紙製容器3的觸感外,還可進一步利用此發泡結構設計提高紙製容器3的斷熱、保溫效果。
舉例來說,被覆該抑制墨水層36時,可沿著該紙層33外側面之圖樣331外型,以該抑制墨水塗覆於第一淋膜層34覆蓋該圖樣331的部位,以構成該抑制墨水層36,而以該同步墨水塗覆於第一淋膜層34未覆蓋圖樣331之其它部位,以構成同步墨水層37。此時,製成之紙製容器3的圍壁32外側面在該圖樣331部位處會略微凹陷,而圖樣331周圍部位則會相對凸起,進而產生立體觸感。但是實施時,同步墨水層37與抑制墨水層36相對圖樣331的被覆位置可互換,使圍壁32外側面之圖樣331部位相對凸起,而圖樣331周圍的其它部位相對凹陷,或者是相對於該圖樣
331的不同位置處分別被覆同步墨水層37與抑制墨水層36,而使圖樣331處產生不同之凹凸立體觸感。
此外,透過將被覆於該紙層33內表面之第二淋膜層35改由HDPE與LDPE混煉製成的材質設計,因為HDPE與LDOE混煉材料的貼合加工溫度僅需180℃,會明顯低於一般紙製容器之HDPE材質淋膜層所需的貼合溫度(220℃),所以可將該底壁31之接合部312與該圍壁32之本體部311的第二淋膜層35貼合時的加工溫度降低達40℃,而可節省能源之消耗,而更環保。
如圖4所示,本新型紙製容器3之第二較佳實施例與第一實施例差異處在於:該抑制墨水層36與同步墨水層37之被覆方式。
在本實施例中,該同步墨水層37是同時被覆於該抑制墨水層36外側面,與該第一淋膜層34未被抑制墨水層36被覆之其餘外側面部位。
該紙製容器3之圍壁32製造時,是先於該第一淋膜層34外側面預定部位塗覆該抑制墨水,而形成抑制墨水層36後,例如可使該抑制墨水層36相對覆蓋於該紙層33之圖樣331部位,或者是相對分佈在該圖樣331周圍,再於該抑制油墨層36外側面與該第一淋膜層34其餘部位一起塗覆上同步墨水,以構成該同步墨水層37。
藉由上述層狀結構設計,當第一淋膜層34加熱發泡膨脹時,被該抑制墨水層36被覆的部位的膨脹幅度同樣會小於直接被同步墨水層37被覆的部位,所以也會造成該圍壁
32外側面出現凹凸立體觸感。
綜上所述,透過於該第一淋膜層34外側面之不同部位分別被覆抑制墨水層36與同步墨水層37所製造出的層狀結構設計,或者是在抑制墨水層36外側面也同時被覆同步墨水層37的層狀結構設計,會使得製成的紙製容器3的圍壁32外側面呈現凹凸起伏之立體圖樣,而可產生立體觸感,且可配合印刷於該紙層33外側面之圖樣331造型來規劃安排該抑制墨水層36與同步墨水層37的被覆位置,進而可使該圖樣331呈現出立體凹凸效果。此立體凹凸效果除了可提高紙製容器3之觸感外,還可進一步利用發泡後之第一淋膜層34提高紙製容器3之斷熱與保溫效果,進而大幅提高紙製容器3之品質。
此外,還可藉由HDPE與LDPE混煉材料作為第二淋膜層35的設計,大幅降低該底壁31與該圍壁32接合時的加工溫度,所以還可省能源,降低製造成本,且更環保,而更具市場競爭力。因此,確實能達成本新型之目的。
惟以上所述者,僅為本新型之較佳實施例而已,當不能以此限定本新型實施之範圍,即大凡依本新型申請專利範圍及新型說明內容所作之簡單的等效變化與修飾,皆仍屬本新型專利涵蓋之範圍內。

Claims (4)
- 一種紙製容器,包含一底壁,及一與該底壁相接合並相配合界定出一容裝空間的圍壁,該圍壁包括:一紙層,具有一內側面與一相反之外側面;一第一淋膜層,被覆於該紙層外側面並可被加熱發泡膨脹;一抑制墨水層,局部被覆於該第一淋膜層外側面,並可抑制被塗覆之第一淋膜層部位的發泡膨脹;及一同步墨水層,局部被覆於該第一淋膜層外側面,且會隨第一淋膜層之發泡而同步外擴。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之紙製容器,其中,該紙層之外側面印製有一圖樣,該第一淋膜層是覆蓋該圖樣地被覆於該紙層外側面,該同步墨水層與抑制墨水層是分別局部覆蓋該圖樣地被覆於該第一淋膜層外側面。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1項所述之紙製容器,其中,該同步墨水層是同時被覆於該第一淋膜層外側面與該抑制墨水層外側面。
- 根據申請專利範圍第1、2或3項所述之紙製容器,還包含一被覆於該紙層內側面之第二淋膜層。
