Abstract

Description

本发明是对有坐垫和靠背的椅子的一种改进。
近年来，所谓跪式坐姿，或说平衡交替坐姿已引起一定的重视。这种坐姿的特点是，坐者身体的上半部与腿部之间能保持最大的角度，同时支持坐椅人的胫骨。另外近来还需要一种能使人转180°反坐，前臂有依托的，坐姿舒适的椅子。
对于上述两点要求，即跪式坐姿和调转180°就坐，现有椅子很难达到，因为要实现跪式坐姿，必须使座位有一定的倾斜度，并要求备有胫骨支撑垫，防止人从座位上滑下来。
本发明的目的是提供具备上述几种用途，又无须胫骨支垫的座椅。
本发明的特点可以从下述权利要求书和图示中看出，并用图解释最佳实施例。
图1是椅子的正视图。
图2是椅子的后仰视图。
图3是坐者背靠椅背正坐示意图。
图4是坐者胸靠椅背反坐的示意图。
图5中a和b分别表示交叉拱（groin），威尔士（Welsh）或者差高交叉拱（underpitch）形状示意图。
图1中，坐垫1纵向上呈常见的马鞍型，即也可以是类似交叉拱（groin），威尔士型（Welsh）或者是差高交叉拱（underpitch） 的形状。从鞍式坐势1纵向的中部向两侧展开形成件号2，3的两个的马鞍形突起部分，用来支撑坐者的臀部（见图3、4）。椅子的靠背4由一个较窄的、朝上凸起的中间部分5和两个从中间部分5横向伸展的分部6、7组成。上述分部6、7在采用两种坐姿时，（前、后坐姿）都可充作肘部（前臂）的支撑垫。由于上述中间部分5较窄，坐者可以习惯地将肩部适当后移，从而改变其背部姿势。如采用图3、4所示的两种坐姿，可使坐者身体的上半部和腿部之间形成相当大的角度，例如：110°-150°，而且膝盖弯曲。这一点与普通椅子不同，坐普通椅子人体的上半部分与腿之间的夹角半再为90°。坐本发明椅子的新坐姿，具有几个新的优点，即能使身体上半部分与大腿之间保持较大夹角：双腿（包括胫骨）自由活动范围加大。
如图2所示，椅子靠背与坐垫间的距离可以通过常见的调整装置8、9进行调整。上述调整装置的下部伸展到坐垫1的底部。并固定在安装架13上。这样，坐垫和靠背支架就通过支撑柱11与椅子的下支架12相连。支撑柱11可进行无级调整，使坐垫的水平位置可以用普通方法进行调整。释放柄10即用于此目的。这样，可以简便地调整椅子，使其适应不同身材的坐椅人的需要，不同身材是指腿部与身体上半部的长度。
如图1所示，纵向马鞍形坐垫的前缘部分可以向上微微弯曲。横向鞍形端边2和3也可以向上轻微弯曲。而2和3两端间的距离基本上相当于马鞍的长度。附图所示的端边2和3的高度在制作时，其曲率半径小于马鞍垫1的曲率半径。
如图4所示，身体上半部分前倾时，中间部分5的一部分支撑胸 部。另外，坐垫的端边部分2，3还可供支撑坐者的臀部。
很明显，在本发明的范围内，在不违背发明的基本原理的情况下，就可以改动图1、2所示的椅子。于是，图中所示宽度约等于靠背最大宽度三分之一的靠背中间部分，便能根据需要很容易地改变。另一种改进方法是将中间部分5′的高出横架部分6、7的部分缩短短，甚至去掉。
再者，坐者也可以坐在椅子的任何一个侧面上。此时，鞍状椅垫的主要部分1支撑坐者的臀部后部，坐者可以骑在坐垫横向突出部分2或3上，手臂能放在相应的支撑垫6或7上休息（图中未示出）。这样，加上正坐姿和跪坐姿两种姿势，本坐椅可实现前后左右四种方方向就坐，而坐椅下支架可采用任何一种合适的构造，本发明不受图示下支架的限制。

Claims (7)

1、带坐垫(1)的椅子，坐垫包括纵向鞍形部分，该部分上表面在垂直于纵向的截面上呈倒U形，其特征在于：从上述纵向鞍形部分的每长侧边的中间部分起，都有相对的横向鞍形部分(2，3)横向地沿上述纵向鞍形部分的纵向突出，横向鞍形部分(2、3)的上表面与上述纵向鞍形部分基本上是等高的，当从坐垫(1)的上方看去纵向鞍形部分和横向鞍形部分大致呈十字形。
2、根据权利要求1所述的椅子，其中横向鞍形部分（2、3）的外端边的间距在上述横向方向上大致等于纵向鞍形部分的长度。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的椅子，其中横向鞍形部分（2、3）在垂直于横轴的截面上顶部曲线的曲率半径小于纵向鞍形部分在垂直于纵轴的截面上的曲线的曲率半径。
4、根据权利要求1所述的椅子，椅子上有靠背。
5、根据权利要求4所述的椅子，其中靠背有一较窄的、朝上凸起的中间部分（5）和向两侧伸展的分部（6、7）。
6、根据权利要求5所述的椅子，其中上述中间部分（5）的宽度大致等于椅背最大宽度的三分之一。
7、根据权利要求5所述的椅子，其中椅背形状基本呈“十字”字形。
