背景技术
在DE 31 16 720 C1中详细描述了这种车轮轴承结构以及齿部的功能。端面齿部例如可通过无切屑的加工制成。此连接可节省空间,并可传递相对高的力矩,但该力矩由于车轮轴承结构的尺寸是有限的。
此外,已知的车轮轴承单元的重量相对较高,但轴承刚度相对较小。轴承刚度在此是这样的阻力,车轮轴承单元施加此阻力来阻止由负载引起的弹性偏移。由轴承钢度引起了倾斜钢度,倾斜钢度由负载力矩与轴承中的倾斜角度之间的比例产生,例如以Nm/°为单位。倾斜钢度越小,则轴承在受载时倾斜得越多,也就是说,在相同负载时倾斜角度越大。此负载是指这样的负载,其基本上在汽车运行过程中作用在汽车车轮和所属的车轮悬架上。轴承刚度越小,负载对车轮系统的倾斜作用越大,这对汽车的行驶性能、特别在转弯行驶时是不利的,还会对制动器的磨损和制动器的性能产生不利的影响。

一方面,本发明的目的这样得以实现,即至少在车轮轴承结构侧的端面齿部上,齿部分度圆的直径(VTK)与端面齿部的齿数(Z)之比至少是0.7:

齿部分度圆(VTK)是指齿部的径向外直径(VDA)与在径向最外部构成的齿的齿宽(ZB)之差:

外直径(VDA)描述一个假想的、围绕着车轮轴承结构的旋转轴线的圆,其在齿根的径向外部上接触齿部的各齿。这些在圆周侧彼此隔开的齿从该圆出发以齿宽(ZB)在旋转轴线的径向上远离地或与之倾斜地朝内定向。

本发明通常涉及这样的车轮轴承结构,其中轮毂和驱动元件可彼此相连,并可再次彼此分开。在“典型”的情况下,这两个构件通过端面齿部无间隙地形状封闭地彼此啮合,并借助于中心螺钉相互轴向夹紧。还可以考虑的是,借助于端面齿部的形状封闭的连接是材料封闭的,或以其它的方式确保不可松脱。为此在齿部处的连接通常都设计为自锁的。
另一方面,本发明的目的这样得以实现,即在一对端面齿部的至少一个上,各滚动体列其中一列的分度圆直径(TK)至多等于或小于此端面齿部的齿部分度圆的直径(VTK)的1.7倍:
TK≤(1.7·VTK)。
分度圆是一个假想的与旋转轴线同心延伸的圆,其在圆周侧上各滚动体的旋转中心彼此相连。
本发明的一构造规定,滚动体列其中至少一列的分度圆直径(TK)至少等于或大于这些列中大小相同的滚动体直径(DKU)的四倍:

本发明的另一构造规定,齿宽(ZB)至多是轴环在其轴向最窄位置处的轴环宽度两倍,但至少等于轴环在最窄位置的轴向宽度。轴环宽度NB从内圈的端面的轴向出发延伸:齿宽ZB因此与轴环宽度NB垂直。

借助于按本发明的车轮轴承单元,可提供较窄的车轴轴承单元,其然而由于滚珠的较大分度圆,因此直径也较大,因而结构坚固。从而可以提高齿部的分度圆。因此可以在圆周侧上设置更多的齿。此齿部可承载更大的传动力矩。

Claims (17)

13.按权利要求10所述的车轮轴承结构,其具有一个位于轮毂(3)上的、用于滚动体列(5、6)其中一列的内圈,其中内圈借助于一轴环(9)在轴向上至少保持在轮毂(3)上,所述轴环由轮毂(3)的一中空部段径向朝外成型,其特征在于,齿宽(ZB)至少等于在内圈的径向下方的部段(7)的在径向最窄位置处的径向壁厚(SQ)。
14.按权利要求13所述的车轮轴承结构,其特征在于,齿宽(ZB)至多是壁厚(SQ)的2.5倍。
15.按权利要求10所述的车轮轴承结构,其具有一个位于轮毂(3)上的、用于滚动体列(5、6)其中一列的内圈,其中内圈借助于一轴环(9)在轴向上至少保持在轮毂(3)上,所述轴环由轮毂(3)的一中空部段径向朝外成型,其特征在于,齿部的最大齿宽(ZB)至多是轴环(9)的最窄的轴向的轴环宽度(NB)的2倍并且至少与该轴环宽度(NB)一样大,其中轴环宽度(NB)是从内圈的端面(11)的轴向出发在轴向方向上观察的。
16.按权利要求10所述的车轮轴承结构,其具有一个位于轮毂(3)上的、用于滚动体列(5、6)其中一列的内圈,其中内圈借助于一轴环(9)在轴向上至少保持在轮毂(3)上,所述轴环由轮毂(3)的一中空部段径向朝外成型,其特征在于,轴环(9)在其从内圈的端面(11)的轴向出发的轴向最窄位置处的宽度至少是位于内圈的径向下方的部段(7)的在径向最窄位置处的壁厚的0.8倍。
17.按权利要求10所述的车轮轴承结构,其具有一个位于轮毂(3)上的、用于滚动体列(5、6)其中一列的内圈,其中内圈借助于一轴环(9)在轴向上至少保持在轮毂(3)上,所述轴环由轮毂(3)的一中空部段径向朝外成型,其特征在于,齿部分度圆的直径(VTK)至少是轴环(9)在其最窄位置处的、从内圈的端面(11)轴向出发的轴向宽度的7倍。
