背景技术
已知的盖机构是用一个铰链将容器本体和盖子连接起来，并在铰链的内部设置弹性材料来制造的，当盖子被扣上时，能量被储存在弹性件中，当基于按压式系统的一种开盖爪被启动时，由于储存在弹性材料中的恢复力，锁紧作用被释放，盖子自动打开。

该发明涉及一种机构，它提供有一个内藏式的从容器本体上延伸出来的弹性件，当盖子关闭时该弹性件弯曲，当锁紧释放时，由于弹性件的恢复力，盖子自动打开。然而，专利文献1没有清楚地描述这种盖子的锁紧机构。

该装置的目的是提供一种低成本制造的自动打开的铰接式盖子，在结构上，采用注模工艺中的压模，将该盖子通过铰接件3、3a整体地形成在盖体1上。用一个弹性打开部件4，在铰接件3、3a的位置将盖体1和罩体2相互连接在一起。由于该弹性打开部件4的压缩作用，罩体2绕铰接件3、3a自动打开。当罩体2模注之后，采用注模工艺中的压模，也整体模注该弹性打开部件4(通过双色注模)。
同样，该发明中盖子的锁紧机构没有任何特别的巧妙之处。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种能自动打开的盖子机构，该盖子具有一个结合在一个铰链内的弹性部件，并且通过该弹性部件的恢复力能够自动打开90°或者更多，无失效地实现锁紧效果，通过一个简易的操作就可以容易地释放该锁紧状态。
为实现上述目的，根据技术方案1，本发明提供一种自动开盖机构，该机构形成有通过一个铰链相互连接的一个容器本体和一个盖子，并包括一个弹性件，其具有固定到容器本体侧的基部，及延伸到盖子内侧一个角部的端部，这种自动开盖机构的特征在于，在容器本体侧和弹性件的内侧形成有一个挡块，由于该挡块，当盖子关闭时弹性件变形成S形。
还在于，一个凹口部分形成在铰链相对侧的盖子上，在该凹口部分的内侧形成有两个带有间隙的接合件，在距离接合件内侧的一个小间隙的位置，形成有一个圆形的盖子侧的肋板。
还在于，在容器本体中，一个容器侧的肋板形成在容器的一个出口周围，形成有两个分别从肋板向外延伸的突起接合件，面对接合件的钩分别设置在接合件外侧的位置上，以及一个按压片，其钩侧部分绕一个支点转动，以释放锁紧状态。
根据技术方案2，本发明的技术方案1中的弹性件包括一个带板。
本发明具有上述的构形，并提供下面的作用和有益效果。
1.由于在弹性件的内侧形成有一个挡块，这样，弹性件的变形受到该挡块的限制变成一个S形，在该弹性件中积累的一个力增加，一个自动打开的操作可以顺利执行，即使在弹性件中产生疲劳，该恢复力也不会失去。
2.锁紧机构中得以实现锁紧，是通过将盖子侧的接合件保持在容器侧的突起接合件和钩之间，这样，锁紧状态被固定，另外只有通过轻轻按下按压片，该锁紧状态可以被释放。
3.除了弹性件之外的所有设备可以整体模注，这使得成本降低。

图1为本发明的自动开盖机构的立体图，图2为示出一个盖子的截面和一个容器本体的出口部的侧视图，图3A到3D是自动打开机构的动作示意图，图4A到图4C是锁紧机构的动作示意图。
下面参照附图详细描述本发明的一个实施例。
用一个铰链3将容器本体1和一个盖子2连接成一个整体，在内侧的铰链3的基部5固定到容器本体1上，一个弹性件4连接到容器本体1上，其前端部6延伸到盖子2的内侧的一个角部。标号7表示一个设置在容器本体1上的并形成在弹性件4内侧的挡块，当盖子3关闭时，由于挡块7使得弹性件4的变形受到限制，它最终变成S形以储存能量。
标号8表示盖子2的接合部分，该接合部分8具有一个位于铰链3相对侧的凹口部分9，在该凹口部分9的内侧形成有两个接合件10、10a，在距离这两个接合件10、10a的内侧一个小间隙的位置，形成有一个圆形的盖子侧的肋板11。
标号12是一个按压装置，该按压装置具有这样的构形，一个容器侧的肋板14形成在容器本体1的一个出口13的周围，形成有两个分别从肋板14向外延伸的突起接合件15、15a，分别向内延伸的钩16、16a设置在突起接合件15、15a外侧的两个位置上，形成有以支持片17为中心使得上述钩16、16a上下转动的按压片18。
在上述自动操作的机构中，当盖子从图3A所示状态到图3B所示状态进行关闭时，由于变形受到挡块7的抑制，弹性件4变形成S形，当盖子2进一步关闭时，受到挡块止挡的弹性件4被压缩成S形，同时储存能量。
另一方面，在锁紧机构中，当盖子2从图4A所示的盖子2就要关闭前的状态到图4B所示的状态时，接合件10、10a进入到在突起接合件15、15a和钩16、16a之间的一个部分，锁紧得以实现。
为了释放锁紧，当按压片18被向下压到如图4C所示时，钩16、16a向上脱离，这样，接合件10、10a离开突起接合件15、15a，由于弹性件4的恢复力，盖子2自动打开。

Claims (2)

1.一种自动开盖机构，它包括一个铰链和一个弹性件，该铰链将一个容器本体和一个盖子连接起来，该弹性件具有固定到所述容器本体侧在所述铰链内的基部，和延伸到所述盖子内一个角部的端部，其中，在所述容器本体侧、在所述弹性件内形成有一个挡块，当所述盖子关闭时，所述弹性件变形成一个S形；一个凹口部分形成在所述铰链相对侧的所述盖子上，在所述凹口部分内形成有两个带有间隙的接合件；在距离所述接合件内侧的一个小间隙的位置形成有一个圆形的盖子侧的肋板；在所述容器本体中，一个容器侧的肋板形成在该容器的一个出口周围，形成有两个分别从该肋板向外延伸的突起接合件，面对所述接合件的钩分别设置在突起接合件外侧的位置上，以及形成有一个按压片，具有围绕一个支撑位置在垂直方向上摆动、以释放锁紧状态的钩侧部分。
2.根据权利要求1所述的自动开盖机构，其特征在于，所述弹性件包括一个带状部件。
