技术领域
本发明涉及一种如权利要求1的前序部分所述的包括一个止动件和一个具有卡口耦合装置的锁定环的配给设备。例如从授予本发明的申请人的US-A-5918772中已知此类配给设备——更具体地是多组分筒。与螺纹连接相比,卡口连接装置的优点在于它们允许快速连接和分离。另一方面,卡口耦合装置也存在缺点,特别是在需要较大力的较大筒的情况下。这个问题不仅涉及混合器或附件的连接,而且涉及止动件的拔出,止动件的塞由于所需的紧密性而略微是锥形的,由此止动件稳固地处于适当位置。
背景技术
从授予本发明的申请人的US-A-5137182中已知一种用于筒的止动件,其中卡口凸轮(cam)的上侧可以是楔形的,以获得更好的锁定动作。
US-A-5320233公开了一种封闭件,它具有指示安全带破损的装置。两部分的安全带包括在弱化区的任一侧上的突耳,一组突耳在一个凸轮上滑动,而另一组突耳在另一凸轮上滑动,因而打开封闭件时会扯开安全带。
对于具有用来连接混合器或止动件的螺纹耦合环的筒,例如根据US-A-5423443,已知止动件设置有一个牵引盘,用来通过拧开耦合环而移除该止动件。当螺纹耦合环提供了相对大的行程以向上移除止动件时,常规的卡口锁定件不能施加牵引力。因此,对于具有较大止动件的较大卡口,这个问题至今没有解决。
发明内容
基于该背景,本发明的目的是解决这个问题,并以如下方式使得在卡口锁中可以借助于锁定环而移动止动件:止动件不仅朝向配给设备移动用于封闭,而且可以从中向上移除并因此施加了一个牵引力。这个目的通过权利要求1所述的特征达到。

具体实施方式
图1和图2示出了双筒1的出口端,该双筒1包括两个贮存容器2和3、独立的出口4和5、锁定环6以及止动件7。
本发明主要涉及通过锁定环的转动——此处是逆时针转动——从筒中向上移除止动件7。止动件7包括两个塞8和9、一个紧固凸缘10以及一个随后的颈部11,该颈部11设置有一个牵引凸缘12,该牵引凸缘12具有一个凹槽13用来容纳一个具有凹口15的牵引盘14。
一个具有两个相对凸缘脊17和18的出口凸缘16设置在两个出口4和5的端部区。每个凸缘脊包括一个在其下侧19的紧固斜面17A以及一个在其上侧20的牵引斜面18A,所述斜面在轴向上观察是倾斜的。筒的出口凸缘上的紧固斜面17A和牵引斜面18A与锁定环内的紧固凸缘和牵引凸缘相配合。
锁定环6具有一个波状转动部分21和一个随后的圆柱形部分22,该圆柱形部分22具有比转动部分更小的内径,因而形成靠在止动件7的紧固凸缘10上的阶梯形部分23。在背离插销的圆柱形部分22的端部处的通道30的内径D1比牵引盘14的直径D2小。
在锁定环的转动部分上,在其筒侧的端部附近设置有两个相对的环脊24和25,该环脊上侧设置有紧固斜面26而其下侧设置有牵引斜面27。另外,在轴向上观察,紧固斜面和牵引斜面是倾斜的。
图3示出了该设备在紧固或封闭位置上的功能。在此位置,上侧设置有紧固斜面26和牵引斜面27的环脊24和25与出口凸缘16的凸缘脊17、18的相应紧固斜面17A和牵引斜面18A相配合,以便通过锁定环沿逆时针方向的转动在箭头方向上紧固或封闭该封闭件。
图4示出了沿箭头方向的牵引运动,锁定环6的同一环脊24、25的紧固斜面26和牵引斜面27与出口凸缘16的凸缘脊17、18的紧固斜面17A和牵引斜面18A相配合,以便借助于锁定环而释放和向上移除止动件。同时,锁定环的前面28作用在牵引盘14上。
在锁定环的转动部分上,中心脊29进一步设置在环脊24和25之间、在与阶梯形部分23的接合处,它从转动部分沿轴向倾斜地延伸到圆柱形部分,以便允许锁定环居中,见图5和图6。
图5示出了止动件以及处于锁定位置的锁定环,而图6中锁定环处于未锁定位置。该图进一步示出在锁定操作中,锁定环的阶梯形部分23靠在止动件的紧固凸缘10上,同时两个紧固斜面相互配合以将止动件的塞压入筒中,而在释放操作中,止动件的圆柱形部分的环状前面28作用在接合到止动件的凹槽中的牵引盘14上,同时两个牵引斜面相互配合以边旋松边拔出止动件。
为了封闭筒出口,原先安装在锁定环中的止动件首先被推入筒的出口内并且通过将所述环转动90°而被锁定。为了解锁,锁定环转回稍大于90°,由此止动件被拔出,并可与锁定环一起移除。然后,在取出牵引盘之后,止动件可从锁定环中移除,并且同一锁定环可用于将一个混合器连接到筒上。
在根据图7和图8的实施例变体中,不使用牵引盘,与牵引凸缘12相比,牵引凸缘31的纵向延伸部延长到一个长度D2,该长度D2大于锁定环33的开口32的直径D1。为了能够将环形前面34置于牵引凸缘的下方,开口32的相对侧分别设置有相对的凹口35,该凹口35允许牵引凸缘31通过。
为了增强止动件36的牵引运动,牵引凸缘的下侧包括两个相对的牵引斜面37和38。
其余部件以及功能与包括一个牵引盘的第一实施例相同。止动件插入,并且锁定环以这种方式置于牵引凸缘上:牵引凸缘在锁定过程中延伸过开口32。为了解锁,锁定环首先转动以释放止动件,并且在进一步的转动运动中,止动件被拔出。这个方案提供了以下优点:其包括一个不易于丢失的部件,即牵引盘。
刚刚描述的包括牵引凸缘斜面的方案也用于一个具有螺纹锁定环的实施例,其中该螺纹与配给设备的出口凸缘上的螺纹部分相配合。
基于所描述的实施例,可以有多种变体而不背离本发明的范围。因此,出口和/或塞可是锥形的,出口还有塞也可偏离柱形,例如可以是D形,卡口型锁定以及解锁操作可沿顺时针方向或逆时针方向进行,贮存容器和出口可以彼此不同,并且例如可具有从1∶1到1∶10的截面比或体积比,而止动件的塞的直径和长度都可不同。可使用扩张销或卡合环等取代牵引盘。
从对本发明的描述中可明显看出,卡口耦合的优点得以保存,同时紧密安装的封闭件确保了紧密的密封以及无问题的贮存,并且允许进行简单、安全和干净的操作,以及对封闭件进行简单和快速地安装和拆卸。
尽管所描述地实施例涉及一种双筒,封闭和向上移除装置也可用于其它配给设备或筒,例如用于单组分筒和多组分筒或配给设备。

Claims (10)

1.一种包括一个止动件以及一个具有卡口连接装置的锁定环的配给设备,其特征在于,该止动件(7,36)、配给设备(1)的出口(4,5)的外表面以及锁定环(6,33)的壁内部包括相互配合的装置,用来当转动该锁定环时将该止动件从该配给设备中向上移除或者将其朝向该配给设备移动,所述相互配合的装置是:在出口(4,5)的外表面上的凸缘脊(17,18),其各自具有一个在其上侧(20)的牵引斜面(18A)以及一个在其下侧(19)的紧固斜面(17A);以及在锁定环(6)的内侧上的相应的环脊(24,25),其各自设置有在其下侧的牵引斜面(27)以及在其上侧的紧固斜面(26)。
