Abstract
一种清洗器喷射流验证主控器,其用于判断生产线中的清洗器喷嘴的正确对准。这种验证主控器包括多个目标件,这些目标件被预设定在一第一位置。把这种验证主控器放置在生产线中,致动水喷射流,如果水喷射流被正确对准,那么,就把这些目标件移动到一个显示正确操作的第二位置。

技术领域
本发明涉及用于确保正确加工的设备,更具体地说,是涉及用于确保在生产线上清洗设备中的清洗喷射流正确对准的设备。
背景技术
在生产过程中,多个部件例如流体连接件和发动机都需要水清洗工作。水清洗工作常常由多个设置的喷射流来实施。这些设置的喷射流把清理流体引导到期望的要被清理的部件的腔室内。例如,对于流体连接件,水喷射流旨在把积存在流体连接部件的相邻叶片之间的杂物除去。
如果清洗流体喷射流未被正确对准,那么,滞留在部件内的杂物可能性就会增加。在生产过程中,一些杂物会附着到部件上,如果这些杂物未被清理掉,那么就会导致一个单元都不能通过最终测试,从而,在这个部件能够被安装到整修装配好的设备内之前,就必须把这个单元拆卸开并进行清理。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的是提供一种用于生产线使用的改进的验证设备。
在本发明的一个方面,多个目标件被布置在一应用主控器内。
在本发明的另一个方面,这些目标件被弹簧加载到一未校正位置。
在本发明的再一个方面,这些目标件由弹簧致动机构保持在未校正位置中。
在本发明的又一个方面,当这些目标件被放置在生产环境中并且水喷射流被正确对准时,这些目标件被偏移到一个致动位置。
在本发明的另外一个方面,可以利用作用在目标件上的一工具,把目标件定位到未校正位置。

具体实施方式
参见附图,在各附图中,相同的附图标记表示相同或相应的部分。从图1中可看到,一验证主控器总体上由附图标记10表示。在图示实施例中,验证主控器用于提供流体耦合泵机构的水清洗的测试。然而,本领域技术人员会知道,这种测试验证设备的大小和结构能被设计成适合于任何需要通过利用高压喷射流来进行水清洗的产品。验证主控器10具有一壳体12,在该壳体12中形成有多个孔14。壳体12的外表面基本上有与一力矩转换器或流体耦合泵元件相似的形状。
在图2中,表示出了从底部看到的验证主控器10的底视图,其中,在验证主控器10的内部区域或容积部分周围设置有多个目标件16和18。
从图4中可以看出,每个目标件16和18上都分别形成有凸轮元件20和22。这些凸轮元件20由弹簧柱塞24抵接着,且这些凸轮元件22由弹簧元件26抵接着。
从图3中可以看出,一重置工具28具有一手柄部件30、一盘部件32、以及多个销元件34。主控器10被放置到一基底36上。销元件34可与孔14对准。一旦销34被插入孔14内,目标件16和18就与销34接合,从而把这些目标件放置在未致动或未校正位置。当所有的目标件被放置在未校正或未致动位置时,如图4的右手侧所示,验证主控器10被放置到要被效验的工作工具或清洗工具上,并且把由线条38所表示的水喷射流从产生清洗设备引向目标件16和18。
如果要使生产线中的水喷射流正确地对准,以提供所需的清洗操作,那么,就把这些目标件16和18致动到图4中的左手侧所示的位置,该位置是当这些目标件被正确操作时水喷射流的正确位置。
在对这种设备进行测试之后,操作员可检查该验证主控器10,并判断是否所有的喷射流都正确操作。那些未正确操作的喷射流由仍保持在未校正位置的目标件16或18所表示。这允许操作员对水那些未正确操作的喷射流进行重新调节或重新定位。这还确保产品更好。
Claims (3)
1.一种用于清洗器的验证设备,所述清洗器具有流体喷射流,用于将清洗流体引向部件,所述验证设备包括:
主体模拟部件,其用于被安装在所述清洗器上;
多个目标件,其设置在一第一位置,用于接纳来自所述流体喷射流的流体;以及
用于把所述目标件保持在所述第一位置,并且允许所述目标件相应来自喷射流的流体移动至一第二位置,以便指示喷射流正确对准的装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的验证设备,其特征在于,其还包括:
用于保持所述目标件的装置包括弹性装置和凸轮装置,所述弹性装置包括弹簧加载的柱塞。
3.根据权利要求1所述的验证设备,其特征在于,其还包括:
重置装置,其具有一些延伸部,所述延伸部穿过所述主体模拟部件中的多个孔与所述目标件接合,以确保每个目标件返回到所述第一位置。
