Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统,并更具体地涉及用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统,其中分别用于控制车辆的电动车窗、开门/锁门以及车镜的驱动的开关集成为单个开关。
背景技术
传统的用于车辆的电动车窗开关的结构设计是用单个开关执行单个功能。即,电动车窗开关,开门/锁门开关,开窗/锁窗开关,以及车镜控制开关仅执行它们各自的功能。
这样,开关数目增加,而且为了增加附加操纵功能必须提供附加开关。因此,传统开关结构的问题在于,当驾驶员操纵开关时,很可能引起混乱和误操作,以及由于开关数目的增加导致的成本增加。此外,为了操纵方便,开关必须安装在车门内饰部上。然而,如果开关数目增加,则整个开关模块的尺寸增加,从而限制车门内饰部的设计。
发明内容
本发明的实施例提供了用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统,其中用于控制车辆的电动车窗,开门/锁门,以及车镜的驱动的多个开关集成为单个开关模块,从而简化开关的结构,并改善用户操纵开关的便利性。
此外,本发明的实施例提供了用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统,其通过组合模块中提供的LCD监视器基于开关的操纵显示操纵状态,从而向驾驶员提供开关功能的选择状态和基于开关功能选择的控制操作的状态。
根据本发明实施例的车窗控制开关系统包括单个开关模块,控制模块,和组合模块。单个开关模块用于控制车辆的窗、门和镜的驱动。控制模块接收来自开关模块的信号并输出控制信号以控制窗、门或镜的驱动。组合模块包括显示单元并将当前选择模式传到控制模块,其中显示单元用于通过控制模块,接收从开关模块传来的操纵信号,并用于显示相应的驱动控制项。

以下,将参照附图来说明本发明的优选实施例。
将参照图1说明根据本发明实施例的用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统的结构。
如图1所示,根据本发明实施例的系统包括单个开关模块10,控制模块20和组合模块30。操纵单个开关模块10可控制车辆的窗、门和镜的驱动。控制模块20接收来自开关模块10的信号并输出控制信号以控制窗、门或镜的驱动。组合模块30包括显示单元35并将当前选择模式传到控制模块20,其中显示单元35用于通过控制模块20,接收从开关模块10传来的操纵信号,并用于显示相应的驱动控制项。
在上述结构中,控制模块20和组合模块30优选通过控制器局域网(CAN)总线40执行数据传送。
另外,组合模块30中的显示单元35优选是液晶显示器(LCD)面板。
另外,为了便于驾驶员操作,开关模块10优选安装在驾驶员侧门扶手上。
另外,开关模块10包括接触传感器单元12,滚动按钮单元14,以及第一和第二翘板式按钮单元16a和16b。操纵接触传感器单元12可控制车辆的窗、门和镜的驱动。在操纵接触传感器单元12后,操纵滚动按钮单元14可选择组合模块30中的显示单元35上显示的控制项。通过操纵滚动按钮单元14使选择条位于对应的控制项上之后,可操纵第一和第二翘板式按钮单元16a和16b。操纵第一翘板式按钮单元16a可执行功能,诸如升起车窗,锁门,锁窗,向外和向下旋转左/右侧后视镜,以及折起左/右侧后视镜,操纵第二翘板式按钮单元16b可执行功能,诸如降下车窗,开门,开窗,向内和向上旋转左/右侧后视镜,以及展开左/右侧后视镜。
开关模块10的详细结构显示在图2a和2b中。图2a是开关模块的前视图,图2b是开关模块的侧视图。
如图2a和2b所示,接触传感器单元12位于开关模块10中,其中操纵接触传感器单元12可控制车辆的窗、门和镜的驱动。在开关模块10中,滚动按钮单元14位于接触传感器单元12的旁边,并且第一和第二翘板式按钮单元16a和16b位于滚动按钮单元14的上方和下方,其中在操纵接触传感器单元12后,操纵滚动按钮单元14可选择控制项。
同时,通过滚动按钮单元选择的控制项,经由组合模块中的显示单元被显示,如图3所示。
通过组合模块中的显示单元提供的控制屏用选择条18识别控制项。在被显示的控制屏上,提供有菜单项,诸如升起/降下驾驶员座、乘客座、左后座和右后座的车窗,开门/锁门,开窗/锁窗,向内/向外旋转左侧后视镜的控制,向上/向下旋转左侧后视镜的控制,向内/向外旋转右侧后视镜的控制,向上/向下旋转右侧后视镜的控制,折起/展开左侧后视镜,以及折起/展开右侧后视镜。
将基于图1来说明具有上述结构的根据本发明实施例的用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统的操作。
首先,如果驾驶员触摸接触传感器单元12以控制车辆的电动车窗的升起/降下,开门/锁门或车镜的驱动,则图3的控制屏通过组合模块30中的显示单元35被提供。
在该状态中,驾驶员操纵滚动按钮单元14,然后从所提供的控制屏选择需要操纵的功能。如上所述,通过操纵第一和第二翘板式按钮单元16a和16b中提供的对应的按钮,可执行所选功能的详细控制。这种选择功能通过组合模块30中的显示单元35实时提供给驾驶员,其中组合模块30通过CAN总线40与控制模块20通信。在上述操作中,当操纵信号从开关模块10传到控制模块20时,接触传感器操纵信号(接触传感器输入),第一和第二翘板式按钮操纵信号(翘板开关输入1和2),以及滚动按钮操纵信号(滚动传感器输入1和2)被应用。在图1中,自动翘板信号(自动翘板开关)是用于自动操纵电动车窗的升起/降下的信号,关于这点的功能对于本领域的技术人员是公知的。
如上所述,控制模块20把从开关模块10接收的操纵信号传到组合模块30,从而能通过组合模块30显示操纵信号。组合模块30将当前选择模式传到控制模块20,从而响应从控制模块20输出的控制信号,执行相应的功能。作为参考,执行相应功能的方法,即响应从控制模块20输出的控制信号驱动窗、门和镜的方法,对于本领域的技术人员将是显而易见的,所以对其详细描述予以省略。
如上所述,本发明可将分别用于控制车辆的电动车窗、开门/锁门以及车镜的驱动的开关集成为单个开关模块。
应注意的是,本发明的技术范围不限于上述实施例。本发明的技术范围应由所附权利要求中公开内容的合理解释来确定。
如从上文显而易见的那样,本发明具有如下优点。
首先,可减少开关数目,这样,当驾驶员操纵开关时,可减小误操作发生的可能性。
其次,可减小开关模块的尺寸,这样,可将开关模块容易地安装在车门内饰部上。
再次,操纵状态显示在组合模块上,使驾驶员能看到当前的开关操纵状态,从而改善驾驶员操纵开关的便利性。

Claims (6)

1.一种用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统,其包括:
单个开关模块,其用来控制车辆的窗、门和镜的驱动;
控制模块,其用于接收来自所述开关模块的信号并输出控制信号以控制所述窗、所述门或所述镜的驱动;和
组合模块,其包括显示单元并将当前选择模式传到所述控制模块,所述显示单元用于通过所述控制模块接收从所述开关模块传来的操纵信号,并显示相应的驱动控制项。
2.如权利要求1所述的用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统,其中所述开关模块包括:
接触传感器单元,其用来控制所述车辆的所述窗、所述门和所述镜的驱动;
滚动按钮单元,其用来在操纵所述接触传感器单元后,被操纵来选择所述组合模块中的所述显示单元上显示的控制项;
第一和第二翘板式按钮单元,其可在通过操纵所述滚动按钮单元使选择条位于对应的控制项上之后被操纵,操纵所述第一翘板式按钮单元以执行升起车窗,锁门,锁窗,向外和向下旋转左/右侧后视镜,以及折起左/右侧后视镜的功能,操纵所述第二翘板式按钮单元以执行降下车窗,开门,开窗,向内和向上旋转左/右侧后视镜,以及展开左/右侧后视镜的功能。
3.如权利要求1所述的用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统,其中所述控制模块和所述组合模块通过控制器局域网总线执行数据传送。
4.如权利要求1所述的用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统,其中所述组合模块中的所述显示单元是液晶显示器面板。
5.如权利要求1或4所述的用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统,其中所述组合模块中的所述显示单元提供控制屏,所述控制屏提供功能,所述功能包括升起/降下驾驶员座、乘客座、左后座和右后座的车窗,开门/锁门,开窗/锁窗,向内/向外旋转左侧后视镜的控制,向上/向下旋转所述左侧后视镜的控制,向内/向外旋转右侧后视镜的控制,向上/向下旋转所述右侧后视镜的控制,折起/展开所述左侧后视镜,以及折起/展开所述右侧后视镜。
6.如权利要求1或4所述的用于车辆的车窗控制开关系统,其中所述开关模块安装在所述车辆的驾驶员侧门扶手上。
