Abstract

本发明提供一种电子照相机和信息设备以及便携式信息装置,其在向非特定多数人传阅时,不显示出必要图像以外的内容,可以防止信息的混乱、保护私密信息。本发明的电子照相机具有摄像元件12、包含存储器15a、15b的记录部15、图像播放用的LCD面板17。在上述LCD面板17上,通过指定开关指定播放中的记录图像。而上述指定的播放图像以外的记录图像由CPU20设定为显示禁止状态,禁止其显示。

信息设备和便携式信息装置
本申请是申请日为2004年1月7日、申请号为200410000332.6、发明名称为“电子照相机和信息设备以及便携式信息装置”的中国发明专利申请的分案申请。
技术领域
本发明涉及一种电子照相机,尤其涉及一种考虑到使用者的私密信息的电子照相机和信息设备以及便携式信息装置。

作为近年来的数字照相机(电子照相机)的一般使用者的使用方法之一,有时将所拍摄的图像在多个人中传送来传阅图像。这是因为在电子照相机中,可通过同一照相机上的监视器来确认所拍摄的图像。
但是,在这样的状况下,有时在同一照相机中,包含希望传阅的图像以外的图像,在传阅操作中,有希望传阅的图像以外的图像被看到的情况。
另外,近年来,可输入声音的照相机也已经在市场上销售。但是,虽然图像信息只有观看监视器画面的人才能看到,但是如果同时播放声音,则与电车内的便携式电话机的来电铃声相同,在打扰非特定多数的人的同时,由于私密内容被曝露而致使产生不好意思的感觉。
这样,有时在同一个照相机内同时存在想公开的内容和私人的内容,如果随便播放私人的内容(私密信息)可能产生不良情况,最好能够防止这一点。
象这样,作为在使用照相机时考虑私密情况的技术,已经知道有以下技术。
将日程表、通讯录等个人信息与图像链接,使检索容易的技术(例如,参照专利文献1)。
对设置在主题公园等处的、多人使用的照相机,通过摇控器附加ID信息,简化图像管理的技术(例如,参照专利文献2)。
作为数字照相机共用时的保密对策,禁止编辑、进行加密记录的技术(例如,参照专利文献3)。
防止由于小孩的恶作剧而造成的故障的对策(child lock:儿童锁)的技术(例如,参照专利文献4)。
但是,本发明的电子照相机除了作为照相机基本功能的摄影功能,还着眼于所谓的数字照相机特征即作为强项的播放功能的使用方法,以便更加容易并且方便地使用照相机。
但是,上述专利文献1和专利文献2的目的在于图像的检索管理,专利文献3涉及照相机上的保密信息的加密技术而不是播放技术,另外,专利文献4涉及照相机误操作时的故障对策。这些文献的重点在于诸如在个人计数机中输入的密码等防守的方法,未考虑多人欣赏分享的方面。
发明内容
本发明是鉴于上述实际状况而提出的,目的在于提供一种电子照相机,其利用照相机的播放功能,在实现沟通或信息交流之际,在非特定多数人中传阅时,不在照相机的显示部分上显示必要的图像以外的内容,从而可以防止信息的混乱,保护私密信息。
即,本发明的特征在于,具备信息输入部、信息记录部、信息播放部,在上述信息播放部播放上述信息记录部中记录的信息之际,促使通过上述信息输入部输入任意信息,并判断该输入信息和规定图案的一致性,在该一致性较高时对上述记录信息进行播放。
此外,本发明的特征在于,还具备:输入单元,其输入图像和声音中的至少一方的信息;存储单元,其将上述输入的信息进行数字化不易失存储;播放单元,其对上述数字存储的信息进行播放;特别指定单元,其特别指定上述信息存储单元中存储的数字信息中的至少一个;控制单元,其控制成通过上述播放单元仅播放由上述特别指定单元特别指定的数字信息。
本发明的信息设备具备信息输入部、信息记录部、信息播放部,当在上述信息播放部播放上述信息记录部中记录的信息之际,促使通过上述信息输入部输入任意的信息,并且判断该输入信息和规定图案的一致性。然后,在该一致性较高的时候,进行上述记录信息的播放。
此外,本发明的便携式信息装置通过输入单元,输入图像和声音中的至少一方的信息。该输入单元输入的信息被数字化地不易失地存储在存储单元中。另外,由播放单元播放上述存储单元中数字存储的信息。然后,如果由特别指定单元特别指定了上述信息存储单元中存储的数字信息中的至少一个,则由控制单元进行控制,使在上述播放单元上仅播放该特别指定的数字信息。

具体实施方式
以下参考附图,对本发明的一个实施方式进行说明。
首先,对作为本发明的特征的私密图像的显示、保护进行说明。
由于具有拍摄照片后马上就可以看到拍摄图像的优点,数字照相机在宴会或者聚会中起到推动气氛作用的机会逐渐增加。另外,虽然声音内置的数字照相机也在增加,但是在这种时候,在内置的存储器内混入有与该场合无关的信息时,会向非特定多数人播放该图像或声音信息而产生不利情况。
为了在这种情况下也不播放不需要的信息,在本发明中,如果未进行规定的操作,就不播放预先选择的图像或声音以外的内容。
例如,考虑在如图2(a)所示的状况下,使用者1在公司宴会上使用照相机2拍摄被摄物体3时的情形。此时,如图2(b)所示,被拍摄的人(被摄物体)3使用设置在照相机背面的监视器2a进行欣赏的情况很多。从而,摄影结果如图2(c)所示,被显示在监视器2a上。
但是,如果操作照相机,将使用者1在其他场合由于感兴趣而拍摄的、如图2(d)所示的图像显示在监视器2a上,则使用者1会感觉不好意思。或者,由于担心这一点而犹豫是否给大家看拍摄的图像,会限制数字照相机本来具有的欣赏功能。从而无法进行最大限度地展现产品的魅力的使用。
图1是表示本发明第一实施方式涉及的数字照相机的电路结构的方框图。
图1中,被摄物体10的摄影光束通过摄影透镜11入射到CCD、CMOS图像传感器等摄像元件(成像器:imager)12中,在这里,被转换为电信号。该被转换后的电信号通过A/D转换部13,供给图像处理部14。然后,该图像处理部14的输出供给记录部15,并且通过显示控制部16供给照相机背面的LCD面板17、取景器目镜部(接眼部)22内的电子显示器21。
CPU20为负责该照相机整体的控制动作的运算控制单元,其由单片微型计算机等构成。该CPU20连接着图像处理部14、记录部15、显示控制部16、对焦部25、判断部26、图像加工部27、日历部28、闪光灯电路30和播放电路36。另外,在CPU20中设置有摄影用的释放开关20a以及作为本发明的特征的私密摄影用开关、例如模式选择用开关20b、20c。
上述对焦部25由致动器等形成,用于进行上述摄影透镜11的对焦控制。另外,上述判断部26用于判断照相机的操作状态,图像加工部27用于在将由图像处理部14处理过的图像显示在LCD面板17时,进行附加字符数据等的加工。另外,上述日历部28用于对日期等信息进行更新、管理。
闪光灯电路30为根据CPU20的控制,为了补充曝光而对闪光灯发光部31进行发光控制的电路。另外,压缩部35用于对通过话筒33输入的、由A/D转换部34转换过的声音输入进行压缩处理,以便可记录于记录部15中。另外,播放电路36为用于通过扬声器37,输出记录于记录部15中的声音的电路。
另外,图3表示上述实施方式中的照相机的外观结构,图3(a)为表示前面侧的斜视图,图3(b)为表示背面侧的斜视图。
在照相机主体40的前面部,设置有摄影透镜11、声音输入用的话筒33、闪光灯发光部31。另外,在照相机主体40的顶面部上,设置有摄影用的释放开关(释放按钮)。
另一方面,在照相机主体40的背面侧,设置有取景器目镜部22、背面LCD面板17、扬声器37以及作为本发明的特征的私密摄影用开关(模式选择按钮)20b、20c。也可以如图3(b)所示,把开关20c设置成不打开设置于照相机主体40的外装的一部分上的、可沿图示的箭头A方向自由开闭的盖40a便看不到的状态。
在这样的结构中,在摄影控制时,从摄影透镜11入射的被摄物体10的像入射摄影元件12并被转换为电信号。接着,该所转换的电信号由A/D转换部34转换为数字信号后,被输入到图像处理部14。在该图像处理部14中,进行颜色校正、边缘强调等处理,将信息进行压缩后,将其记录于记录部15。该记录信息通过显示控制部16显示于LCD面板17、电子显示器21中。由此,可通过使用者的眼睛23来观察。
另外,在该照相机中,通过用CPU20检测上述开关20a、20b、20c等的输入状态(操作状态),进行摄影程序、各种摄影模式的设定。
此外,使用图像处理信息的一部分,由CPU20通过对焦部25进行摄影透镜11的对焦控制。另外,为了补充曝光,通过闪光灯电路30,由CPU20对闪光灯发光部31进行发光控制。
另一方面,不仅图像而且从话筒33输入的声音信息也可在A/D转换部34进行A/D转换,在压缩部35进行压缩,然后,记录于记录部15。
对于这样记录的图像和声音,在由CPU20判断为使用者的照相机操作为播放状态的情况下,从上述记录部15读取规定的数据。接着,图像通过上述显示控制部16显示于LCD面板17或电子显示器21中。另一方面,声音可通过播放电路36从扬声器37进行播放。
上述图像处理部14具有图像加工部27,可显示经加工的图像或代替图像而显示字符数据等。另外,CPU20可根据对日期等信息进行更新、管理的日历部28的信息,使具有上述图像加工部27的图像处理部14进行动作。
上述记录部15也可以具有两个不同的存储区域15a、15b。通过采取这样的措施,可将私密图像和普通图像记录于不同的存储区域中,显示控制也可使普通图像用的存储区域的内容优先。
接下来,参考图4的流程图,对本发明第一实施方式涉及的数字照相机的控制动作进行说明。
首先,在步骤S1和S2中,由CPU20检测释放开关(释放按钮)20a或者模式选择按钮的操作。即,在步骤S1中,在设为摄影或者录音模式的情况下,进入步骤S14进行摄影或者录音处理。
如果进行摄影或者录音处理,则接下来在步骤S15中,通过模式选择来判断是否选择了私密模式。其结果,如果选择了私密模式,则进入步骤S16,将数据记录在与其他图像、声音数据不同的存储区域15a中。另一方面,在上述步骤S15中,在没有选择私密模式的情况下,进入步骤S17,记录到普通的存储区域15b中。
在上述步骤S1中,在不是摄影或者录音模式的情况下,接着在步骤S2判断是否是播放模式。这里,如果也不是播放模式,则进入步骤S3,在正在进行播放的情况下进行将其中断的播放结束处理。关于该播放结束处理的详情在以后叙述。
接下来,在步骤S4中,判断照相机的操作开关的输入状态并进行模式选择处理。作为该模式,除了上述私密模式以外,还有闪光灯强制发光、禁止、或者自拍器的启动等,使用者可以对应场景进行任意选择。
另一方面,在上述步骤S1以及S2中,如果按下照相机操作开关中的播放按钮,则判断是播放模式,进入步骤S5。然后,在步骤S5中,使上次拍摄的图像优先显示到照相机背面的LCD面板17上。
这里,在步骤S6中,判断照相机操作开关中的锁定按钮的状态。如果按下锁定按钮,则使此时正在显示的图像以外的图像不被看到。即,不进行后述步骤S8的图像变更的操作判断处理而进入步骤S7,并设定5分钟的显示时间。
在上述步骤S6中没有进行锁定操作的情况下,在步骤S8中对图像有无变更进行判断。如果其结果是图像没有变更,则进入步骤S10,如果图像有变更,则按照使用者对照相机的操作进行显示图像的切换。此时,为了使指定为私密摄影的内容不被轻易地显示出来,在步骤S9中,进行从普通摄影用存储器15b的数据中从新数据开始依次显示的控制。接下来,在步骤S10中,作为节能对策,仅进行一分钟的图像显示。
在步骤S11中,对应使用者指定的图像变更操作来变更显示模式,并进行图像的放大或旋转等显示变更处理。接下来,在步骤S12中,判断是否过了显示时间。然后,如果过了规定的显示时间,则进入步骤S13进行显示结束处理,结束本程序。
这样,利用图像锁定功能,在图2(a)、(b)所示的情景中,使用者1可以进行照相机的传阅而使不希望其他人看到的图像不被看到。并且,因为在LCD面板上显示的时间也在锁定时被延长为5分钟,所以可以使更多的人看到。另外,在没有进行图像锁定的情况下,将到显示结束的时间设为1分钟,这样可以抑制图像显示时的能量消耗。
另外,在播放模式下、在到达该节能对策的显示结束时间时,希望再次观看的情况下,一般方式是如果操作播放按钮,则会重新开始播放(后叙图5的流程图中的S26、S27)。
但是,在锁定模式的情况下,如图2(b)所示,由于使用者以外的人在看显示器,因此无法马上知道哪个操作按钮是播放模式。因此设为无论按下照相机的哪个操作按钮,显示都会重新开始。
图5是说明上述图4的流程图的步骤S3中的“播放结束处理”的详细动作的子程序。
一旦进入本程序,首先在步骤S21中判断是否处于锁定模式。这里,在锁定模式时进入步骤S22~S24,判断是否对释放按钮、模式按钮、播放按钮中的任一个进行了操作。
其结果,在上述步骤S22~S24中,无论对上述释放按钮、模式按钮、播放按钮中的哪一个进行了操作,都进入步骤S25,进行播放的重新开始或者延长。之后,进入图4的流程图中的步骤S2。
另一方面,在上述步骤S22~S24中,没有对上述释放按钮、模式按钮、播放按钮中的任何一个进行操作的情况下,则跳过步骤S25,进入图4的流程图中的步骤S2。这样,就不能进行释放操作,可以防止使用者以外的人错误地进行拍摄,浪费存储空间。
在上述步骤S21中,判断为锁定模式以外的情况下,就进入步骤S26,并判断是否通过播放按钮进行了再操作。这里,如果只有播放按钮的再操作,则进入步骤S27,重新开始播放,并退出本程序。另外,在没有对播放按钮进行再操作的情况下,则跳过步骤S27,退出本程序。由此,因为返回图4的流程图中的步骤S1,所以在按下释放按钮之后可以立即重新开始摄影,不会错过快门时机。
为了结束该显示锁定模式,在图4的流程图的步骤S4中的“模式选择”处理中,可以通过进行锁定模式解除操作来解除该模式。
另外,在图4的流程图中的步骤S11的显示模式变更中,进行图6所示的处理。
即,如图6(a)所示,在照相机的背面部各设一对可以一边观看照相机背面的显示器17一边进行操作的开关20d、20e。然后,通过操作其中的开关20d,如图6(b)、(c)所示,图像可以被左旋转显示或者右旋转显示。
而且,可以采用通过对另一对开关20e的操作,如图6(d)所示,放大显示或恢复为原始大小的显示控制方式。
由CPU20通过显示控制部16进行这样显示切换控制,但也可以将类似保险柜配钥匙的思路应用于锁定解除。
图7是说明这种显示模式变更的详细动作的流程图。
再有,在以下的说明中,上述开关20d、20e对应于用于变更图像显示的变更按钮。
一旦进入该显示模式变更的子程序,首先,在步骤S31中,进行待机直到变更按钮被接通为止。然后,使变更按钮继续处于接通状态,在步骤S32中对计数器进行复位。
接下来,在步骤S33中判断是否将画面左旋转。结果是左旋转的情况下,进入步骤S34对图像进行切换控制,以使画面左旋转,接着在步骤S35中计数该旋转次数。同样,在步骤S36中判断是否将画面右旋转。其结果是右旋转的情况下,进入步骤S37对图像进行切换控制,以使画面右旋转,接着在步骤S38中计数该旋转次数。
进而,在步骤S39中判断是否放大画面。在结果是放大的情况下,进入步骤S40对图像进行切换控制,以放大显示画面,接着在步骤S41中计数该放大次数。同样,在步骤S42中判断是否缩小画面。在结果是缩小的情况下,进入步骤S43对图像进行切换控制,以缩小显示画面,接着在步骤S44中计数该缩小次数。
然后,在步骤S45中,判断是否与使用者预先设定的计数次数一致。该判断结果是一致时进入步骤S46,进行锁定解除显示。另一方面,在不一致时进入步骤S49。此外,在上述步骤S32中预先将上述计数次数复位。
根据上述步骤S46的锁定解除显示,使用者同意解除锁定时,在步骤S47中操作释放开关。此时,进入步骤S48进行锁定解除。
再有,除了上述左右旋转以外,也可以兼有图像的放大、缩小功能。该功能为:在上述步骤S39、S42中判断放大、缩小操作,在步骤S40、S43中进行与此对应的切换,并在步骤S41、S44中计数该操作次数。
另外,在步骤S49中监视这一系列操作的时间,没有在规定时间内进行该操作时,则进入步骤S50,使计数器复位,使之前的操作无效。由此,即使使用者以外的人尝试该操作,也不能简单地解除该锁定。
再有,该图7的流程图的步骤S45中的设定次数,可以针对每个照相机来进行预先设定,并输入到存储器中,但是也可以存储使用者在设定模式时输入的内容。
另外,对于感觉以上的操作在预先存储旋转多少次等比较困难、比较繁琐的使用者,也可以采用作为第二实施方式的、执行如图8流程图所示的“显示模式变更”子程序进行锁定解除的方法。
该方法是按照规定的顺序进行了规定操作时,解除锁定的流程图的例子,具体地说,是一个按照左→右→放大的顺序,在规定的时间内进行了操作时解除锁定的例子。
即,首先在步骤S61中判断是否将画面左旋转。结果是左旋转的情况下,接下来在步骤S62中判断是否将画面右旋转。然后,在右旋转时,进而在步骤S63中判断是否放大画面。这里,被放大显示时,进入步骤S64并执行锁定解除。
另一方面,在上述步骤S61中,在没有通过变更按钮进行左旋转的情况下,进入步骤S65,判断是否右旋转。这里,进行右旋转操作时,进入以后叙述的步骤S67,对图像进行切换控制使其右旋转,在不进行右旋转操作时,就进入以后叙述的步骤S68。
在上述步骤S61以及S62中,通过变更按钮进行了左旋转之后没有马上进行右旋转时,进入步骤S66,对图像进行切换控制使画面左旋转。之后,进入步骤S68。
进而,在上述步骤S61~S63中,通过变更按钮进行了右旋转操作之后没有马上进行放大操作时,就进入步骤S67,对图像进行切换控制使其右旋转。
另外,在步骤S68中判断是否被放大显示,在不放大时退出本程序,在放大显示时,进入步骤S69对图像进行切换控制以进行放大显示。
这样,放大显示(步骤S69)不在左右旋转之后马上进行,而是只在左旋转(步骤S66)、右旋转(步骤S67)、或者只在没有旋转控制时(步骤S61以及S65)才进行。
如上所述,根据本发明的第二实施方式,可以有效地利用普通数字照相机具有的图像模式用切换开关来解除锁定。由此,不仅可以不必设置多余的开关,还可以设定为使用者以外的使用者无法轻易观看其他画面的方式。
另外,如果应用这样的锁定解除功能,可以作为私密信息播放许可的控制技术。
即,将图4流程图中的步骤S15转入“是”的私密摄影、或者录音的结果,虽然记录在不能简单地播放的存储器15a中,但是通过将该内容设定为只有使用者可以看和听的方式,在图2(a)、(b)所示的状况下,可以不必担心别人30会看到该内容。
接下来,对本发明的第三实施方式进行说明。
作为第三实施方式,参考图9以及10对私密信息的播放许可、或者上述实施方式中的锁定解除方法进行说明。
图9(a)表示搬运照相机40时将照相机容纳在外壳44中时的样子。在照相机40的主体上安装有带子43。
在上述照相机的外壳44内,如图9(b)所示,在背面描绘有特定的图案45。如果该图案45随每个照相机外壳(或者是收容的照相机)而不同,则可以设定为通过使用照相机40的摄影透镜11拍摄该图案,照相机的CPU20判断使用者将要解除锁定,从而进行锁定解除控制的方式。
即,使图4的流程图中的步骤S11的“显示模式变更”处理执行图10所示的子程序,则可以利用该特定的外壳图案作为诸如锁定解除密码的信号。
即,在进入本子程序之前,可以通过照相机开关操作将照相机设定为锁定解除模式。然后,在步骤S71中,判断照相机是否处于锁定解除模式下。这里,在锁定解除以外时,进入步骤S78进行处理,以便可以进行上述旋转或尺寸变更的显示模式变更。
另一方面,在锁定解除模式时,进入步骤S72,判断释放开关的状态。即如图9(b)所示,举起照相机40朝向设置在外壳44背面的图案45,通过按下释放按钮20a而进入步骤S73。在没有按下释放按钮20a时,则进入上述步骤S71。
在步骤S73以及S74中,在按下释放按钮20时,可以通过公知的变焦距编码器或测距单元输入照相机的摄影透镜11的焦点距离f、被摄物体距离L的信息。接下来,在步骤S75中,判断通过摄像元件12得到的像信号。
然后,在步骤S76中,如上所述,判断是否是设置在照相机外壳44背面的特定的图案45。其结果,如果判断出是解除图案,则进入步骤S77并解除锁定。但是,如果不是上述解除图案,则不解除锁定而退出本子程序。
这样,在步骤S73、S74中,之所以要对变焦位置或者距离进行判断是因为如图11(a)以及(b)所示,在照相机(摄影透镜11)到外壳图案45的距离为L1和L2时,在摄像元件12上图案的占有比例变化为x1、x2
即,使用者为了抑制如图9(b)所示举起照相机时的距离偏差,正确判断图案的一致性,而利用上述信息。外壳图案45预先被记录在照相机的存储器内,其可以在工厂中被照相机制造商写入,也可以在出厂之后由使用者本人写入。
如以上所说明的那样,根据第三实施方式可以提供一种照相机,其无需繁琐的操作而仅需将照相机举向外壳进行释放操作,便可以进行锁定解除和私密信息播放,不仅可以保护个人隐私,而无论在私密场合还是公众场合使用者本人都可以放心地进行欣赏。
接下来,对本发明的第四实施方式进行说明。
图12表示没有预先设定的特定图案,而将这样的私密信息播放置换成使用者本人的容貌图案的照相机的实施方式。
该第四实施方式中的照相机40如图12(a)、(b)所示,可以把背面的LCD面板17向前翻折,使用者47可以在观察照相机摄影透镜11的同时观察监视器。由此,预先输入的本人容貌像被显示在监视器上,同时合成显示通过当前摄影透镜11正在摄像的像。然后,在两个像一致的情况下,如图12(c)所示,进行私密播放的认证。
即,如图12(a)所示,如果使用者47将照相机40的摄影透镜面向本人并操作释放按钮20a,则仅在进行了上述认证的情况下,如图12(c)所示,将私密影像显示在作为监视器的LCD面板17上,并且通过扬声器37播放私密声音。
图13是说明这种照相机的控制动作的流程图。如果通过模式设定而设定为私密模式,则执行图13所示的流程图。
一旦执行私密模式,首先在步骤S81中判断LCD面板17的显示部是否已被翻转。即仅在如图12(a)、(b)所示,LCD面板17被翻折的时候,为了进行私密播放认证用的图像记录、或者私密认证播放而进入步骤S82。
在步骤S82中判断是否为播放模式。这里,如果判断为播放模式,则进入步骤S83,标准图像在监视器(LCD面板)上被上下左右翻转显示。这是因为除了将监视器上下翻转之外还将其作为镜子利用,在认证用摄影时,将本人的容貌对准该处。
接下来,在步骤S84中,通过摄影透镜11和摄像元件12开始摄像。进而,在步骤S85中进行重合显示。在图12(b)所示的LCD面板17中显示像没有完全重叠的部分。
这里,在步骤S86中,在该像重叠时,判断使用者是否进行了释放操作。其结果,如果进行了释放操作,则进入步骤S87中,如果没有进行操作,则进入上述步骤S81中。
在步骤S87中,由照相机的CPU20判断所记录的像和当前拍摄的像的一致性。然后,在步骤S88中判断不一致时进入上述步骤S81中,仅在判断为一致时,进入步骤S89播放私密影像。在该状态下,也可以进行上述锁定解除。
被播放的信号被显示直到通过步骤S90的判断,得知使用者进行了结束操作为止。再有,没有在步骤S90中结束的情况下,进入上述步骤S81。
另外,在上述步骤S82中,在没有设为播放模式时,变成拍摄认证时作为标准的像的模式。即,进入步骤S91,进行释放操作的判断。然后,如果判断出已经进行了释放操作,则进入步骤S92进行摄影。然后,接着在步骤S93中记录标准图像之后,进入步骤S90。
另外,在上述步骤S91中没有进行释放操作的情况下,进入上述步骤S81。
如以上说明的那样,根据第四实施方式,照相机可以判断使用者的容貌,进行私密数据的播放许可、画面锁定的解除。使用者仅通过将当前的容貌与在监视器上显示的过去的认证用的本人容貌重合,就可以一边观赏特殊照片,一边享受声音。由此,可以提供一种即使其他人进行操作,特定数据也无法播放的带有播放功能的重视个人隐私的产品。
这样,可以提供一种通过对个人隐私的保护可以由多个人进行欣赏的装置。
但是,在上述第四实施方式中,虽然对通过图像进行认证的例子进行了叙述,但是也可以以通过声音的认证和个人隐私保护为例子。
第五实施方式涉及通过声音的认证和个人隐私保护。
图14(a)表示通过声音输入进行认证的例子,图14(b)表示观看通过该认证而播放的图像的例子。
如图14(a)所示,使用者47向照相机40的话筒33(参考图1)输入特定的语言。这样输入的声音与预先输入的声音相同时,如图14(b)所示,在照相机40的LCD面板17上进行显示。由此,使用者47可以欣赏私密图像。另外,也可以播放私密声音。
关于这种照相机内置的CPU控制的私密模式的动作,参考图15的流程图进行说明。
首先,在步骤S101中,判断声音输入开始。这时,仅在声音输入开始的情况下进入步骤S102,判断是否输入了标准信号。然后,在输入标准信号时进入步骤S103,没有输入时进入步骤S106。
在步骤S103开始声音信号的记录。接下来,在步骤S104中形成标准信号,在步骤S105中记录到存储器内。
另一方面,在步骤S106中,因为输入的声音不是标准信号,所以开始记录。然后,在步骤S107中将上述输入的声音信号和标准信号进行比较,进而,在步骤S108中判断比较的结果是否类似。
即,比较预先输入的标准声音信号和下次输入的声音信号,在步骤S108中判断是否类似。只有在结果是类似的情况下才可以进入步骤S109,进行特定图像或声音的播放控制。
如以上说明的那样,在第五实施方式中,提供了一种个人隐私保护照相机,其因为只有在用特定的声音输入相同的语句或暗号声音的情况下,才可以播放私密图像或声音,所以可以使特殊的图像不被第三者看到,使重要的声音信号无法被轻易播放。
如果进行了这样的保护,则可以放心地让多个人欣赏私密图像或声音以外的内容。通过采取这种措施,照相机技术可以推进播放画面的大型化、播放声音的高音质化。另外,使用者也可以通过声音和图像双方之和来进行判断。
如以上说明的那样,根据上述实施方式,可以提供一种供多人传阅来观赏记录内容的信息输入播放设备。由此,可以禁止播放该画面或声音以外的图像声音播放,而只有照相机的所有者才可以轻易地欣赏其他的图像、声音。
当然,该发明也可以应用到带有照相机的便携式电话或个人电脑等中。
再有,根据本发明的上述实施方式可以得到以下结构。
即,(1)一种信息播放输入装置,其具有信息输入功能和信息播放功能,其特征在于,具有一致性判断单元,其在使用上述信息播放功能播放规定信息之际,利用上述信息输入功能输入规定的信息时,调查该输入信息和规定图案的一致性,并在一致性高时允许上述播放。
(2)根据附加项2所述的信息播放输入装置,其特征在于:上述信息输入功能由图像输入功能和声音输入功能组成,上述一致性是通过上述任意信息来判断的。
(3)一种信息输入播放装置,其特征在于,具备:判断单元,其判断已经进行了规定的声音输入;播放单元,其根据上述判断单元的结果播放规定的图像。
(4)一种信息输入播放装置,其特征在于,具备:判断单元,其判断已经进行了规定的图像输入;播放单元,其根据上述判断单元的结果播放规定的声音。
根据以上所述的本发明,可以提供一种电子照相机,其利用照相机的播放功能,可以在实现沟通或信息交流之际、向非特定多数人传阅时,使在照相机的显示部上不显示必要图像以外的内容,可以防止信息的混乱、保护私密信息。

Claims (4)

1.一种信息设备,其具有信息输入部、信息记录部以及信息播放部,其特征在于,在由上述信息播放部播放上述信息记录部中记录的信息时,请求向上述信息输入部输入任意信息,并且判断该输入信息和规定图案信息的一致性,在一致性较高时允许播放上述记录信息中的需要认证的被特别指定的记录信息。
2.根据权利要求1所述的信息设备,其特征在于,上述信息输入部还具有图像输入部和声音输入部,根据图像或者声音信息中的至少一方来判断上述一致性。
3.根据权利要求1所述的信息设备,其特征在于,还具备:
判断单元,其判断已经进行了规定的声音输入;
播放单元,其响应上述判断单元的输出,播放规定图像。
4.根据权利要求1所述的信息设备,其特征在于,还具备:
判断单元,其判断已经进行了规定的图像输入;
播放单元,其响应上述判断单元的输出,播放规定图像。
