技术领域
本发明涉及一种设备接线端,用于将电线与在电气装置中提供的触头进行电连接,该设备接线端具有容纳在接线端外壳中、用于夹紧电线的接线端元件,以及用于与电气装置的触头进行电连接的接触元件。
背景技术
用于将外部电线与电气设备相连接的设备接线端是公知的,例如是诸如配电网络的保护设备这样的电气领域设备。设备接线端传统上具有带外部电线插入口的外壳,用于夹紧电线的接线端元件设置于插入口区域内。该接线端元件传统上与接触元件连接,例如,该接触元件可以与电气装置的电路连接。这种类型的设备接线端通常也被安装在电气装置侧壁中,可以说,用于引导从外部电线到电气装置内部的电流通路。
用于电力自动化领域的电气设备在其内部通常具有变流器,该变流器用于与配电网络连接,以便用电气装置估计电流相关特性。变流器通常是磁性测量变流器。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为具有变流器的电气设备开发一种设备接线端。
通过上述类型的设备接线端来实现本发明的目的,其中,根据本发明,变流器整合在接线端外壳中,且其中变流器的输入端与设备接线端的接线端元件相连接,而变流器的输出端与设备接线端的接触元件相连接。变流器容纳在分离的变流器外壳中,形成变流器模块,该变流器外壳用互锁配合固定在所述接线端外壳中。由于变流器被整合在设备接线端中,可以防止直接向模块上安装变流器所带来的缺点:在印刷电路板上安装变流器会在印刷电路板上施加很重的机械载荷,而且特别是当电气设备振动时,会导致印刷电路板产生缺陷,其结果是需要特殊的金属板支撑物。而且,诸如保护装置这样的敏感电气设备外壳中的变流器EMC性能是很重要的。在根据本发明的设备接线端中,可以省去原先变流器所需的、模块上的安装面,所以装置外壳的大小可选地可以减小或者可以在该安装面上放置其他组件。模块可以被设计为纯粹是用来配备机器的,其结果是可提高生产率。由于变流器不再被安置在外壳内靠近电气装置的电子器件,所以可以避免EMC的不利影响。对于用户来说,该设备接线端与包含连接配线的变流器一起,也都可以被去除,由此简化维护。

具体实施方式
图1和2所示的设备接线端包括接线端外壳,该接线端外壳具有接线端外壳罩2和盖板3。可以经由诸如凸起和凹槽这样的锁紧元件4将外壳罩2和盖板3锁在一起,且可以由此经由互锁连接安装。
外壳罩2被分割为多个腔室5,它们由隔板分开,并可向其中插入变流器模块10且用互锁配合进行固定。图2显示了3个已经被整合在外壳罩2中的变流器模块和一个在外壳罩2的外面显示的变流器模块10,其一部分以分解视图显示。变流器模块10具有接线端连接件6,在该连接件6中嵌入了例如是接线端块、夹紧架或其他夹紧构件形式的接线端元件,用于与外部电线电连接。这些接线端元件可被这样构建:被连接的电线通过盖板3中的开口插入到接线端连接件6中的插入口7中,且经由接线端螺纹件8安装在所嵌入的接线端元件之上或之内,并由此以导电的方式进行连接。
图3A为单个变流器模块10的平面图,且图3B为其更详细的分解平面图,根据图2,该变流器模块10可被插入到外壳罩2的腔室5中。
变流器模块10具有容纳在变流器外壳11中的变流器12,该变流器12构建为环形铁芯变流器,其中次级线圈12a缠绕在环形铁芯上,通过铁芯中的开口引出变流器12的初级线圈12b。在所示的变流器模块10中,变流器外壳11至少部分地与容纳在变流器11一端的环形铁芯相适应。在优选实施例中,变流器的环形铁芯实质上由铁/钴合金组成。由Vacuumschmelze GmbH&Co.KG销售的并具有高磁导率的活性成分Vitrovac,可以较佳地在实际情况下使用。
初级线圈12b构建为带有末端13的片状金属条或带,该末端13被用作变流器12的输入端。插槽14形成在变流器外壳11的中央,初级线圈12b的片状金属带末端13通过该插槽14向外引出。通过在变流器外壳11上模制的各自突起15将末端13固定在插槽14中。由此,初级线圈12b关于环形铁芯和次级线圈12a中心定位。插槽14同样也朝向变流器外壳11的上侧开口,并允许在安装变流器模块10过程中引入片状金属带。
如从图3B可见,变流器12的次级线圈12a具有被用作变流器12输出端的电连接线17。在安装变流器模块10的过程中,连接线17通过变流器外壳11引出,并与弹簧触头形式的接触元件18相连接。如从图3A可见,在安装之后,接触元件18被锁定在变流器外壳11的下侧。该接触元件18,例如,可以属于接触片形式的直插式连接器,在该连接器中插入印刷电路板。在这种情况下,经由接触元件18在变流器12的次级线圈12a和在印刷电路板上伸出的触头(例如是条形导体)之间建立电连接。
负载阻抗19可被提供为用于防止变流器12的次级一侧发生火花放电。如有需要,这种阻抗横置于平行安放的接触元件18、与各自的接触元件18相连接,且位于变流器外壳11的下方区域中。
如从图2可见,一旦变流器模块10被组装,变流器模块10便被插入接线端外壳的外壳罩2中,并通过锁紧元件4、通过锁紧盖板3被固定在外壳2上。
在图4中,设备接线端1与其他插塞式连接器元件21一起,被安装在电气装置的后壁22中。为了清晰起见,该电气装置的一部分侧壁以剖视图显示。
设备接线端1部分地通过后壁22伸出,并由此为以印刷电路板的形式(仅示意性地显示)安装在装置中的模块23提供可能的连接。根据图4,印刷电路板的端面插入凹槽24中,可在图5中更清晰地辨认出,位于外壳罩2的下面。接触元件18(如图3A和3B所示)安放在凹槽24中,并由此与凹槽24一起在外壳罩2上形成插塞式连接器,用于容纳印刷电路板23。
设备接线端1可以被锁定在弹簧锁紧元件25中,附于电气装置的后壁22上,并由此通过侧向地附在外壳罩2上的锁紧头20被可拆卸地紧固。
整合在设备接线端6中的变流器12可以是公知非传统变流器,也就是例如霍尔传感器或光电子变流器这样的电子变流器,或者可以是以具有初级线圈和次级线圈的电磁变流器形式的传统变流器。在后者的情况下,电磁变流器的初级线圈12b与设备接线端6的接线端元件相连接,而电磁变流器的次级线圈12a与设备接线端的接触元件18相连接。电磁变流器普遍可用,且具有基本上线性的传输特性。

Claims (10)

1、一种设备接线端,用于将电线与在电气装置中提供的触头进行电连接,具有容纳在接线端外壳(2、3)中、用于夹紧所述电线的接线端元件,以及具有用于与所述电气装置的所述触头电连接的接触元件(18),
其中,变流器(12)整合在所述接线端外壳(2、3)中,所述变流器(12)的输入端与所述接线端元件相连接,且所述变流器(12)的输出端与所述接触元件(18)相连接,
所述变流器(12)容纳在分离的变流器外壳(11)中,形成变流器模块(10),该变流器外壳用互锁配合固定在所述接线端外壳(2、3)中。
2、根据权利要求1所述的设备接线端(1),其特征在于,所述接线端外壳(2、3)具有锁紧或扣合元件(20),用于可拆卸的紧固在所述电气装置上。
3、根据权利要求1所述的设备接线端(1),其特征在于,所述接线端外壳(2、3)具有外壳罩(2)和可以锁定到所述外壳罩(2)上的盖板(3)。
4、根据上述权利要求中任一项所述的设备接线端(1),其特征在于,所述接触元件(18)可构建为弹簧触头,所述电气装置中的所述触头可以与所述接触元件(18)直接电连接。
5、根据权利要求4所述的设备接线端(1),其特征在于,所述弹簧触头是插塞式连接器组件,用于容纳插入到所述电气装置中的印刷电路板的一端面。
6、根据权利要求1所述的设备接线端(1),其特征在于,所述变流器(12)是具有初级线圈(12b)和次级线圈(12a)的电磁变流器,该变流器的初级线圈(12b)与所述接线端元件相连接,而该变流器的次级线圈(12a)与所述接触元件(18)相连接。
7、根据权利要求6所述的设备接线端(1),其特征在于,所述变流器(12)构建为环形铁芯变流器。
8、根据权利要求7所述的设备接线端(1),其特征在于,所述变流器(12)的所述环形铁芯由铁/钴合金组成。
9、根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的设备接线端(1),其特征在于,所述变流器(12)的初级线圈(12b)构建为片状金属带,而所述初级线圈(12b)的末端(13)通过在所述变流器外壳(11)中的一个插槽(14)引出,用于居中所述初级线圈(12b)。
10、根据权利要求6至8中任一项所述的设备接线端(1),其特征在于,与所述次级线圈(12a)的末端相连接的至少一个负载阻抗(19),被容纳在所述变流器外壳(11)中。
