三香米普洱茶。本发明属于茶叶制品,特别是经过发酵工艺制作的茶叶。本发明所述的普洱茶为加入了籼糯稻米、紫米香糯稻米、滇屯502稻米和黄瓜各辅料提取液的脱水产物。本发明的茶浸泡后保持了传统普洱茶独特的良好外观及口感,同时又增强了浓郁的糯稻米香气,对人体无害,有良好的保健作用。

技术领域
本发明属于茶叶(Camellia sinensis)制品,特别是经过发酵工艺制作的茶叶。
背景技术
我国人民已有上千年饮用茶水及种植茶叶(Camellia sinensis)的历史,茶叶有兴奋大脑和心脏的作用,长期饮用可清目养心、延年益寿。茶叶制品按其加工的方法不同,可以分为绿茶、红茶和普洱茶。由于茶叶具有很强的吸收气味的特性,所以在云南曾有厂家将一种带有浓郁糯米香味的植物混入绿茶中,浸泡茶水时,其色泽与绿茶相似,一般不易区分。这种植物在当地被称为糯米香草(Semnostachya menglaensis Tsui),具有低毒性,老百姓仅用来作外用香料,从不服用。由于糯米香草泡开后呈绿色,并且香味很浓,若掺入经过发酵处理过的红茶和普洱茶很容易从外观及口感上被识破,所以有关厂家不添加到红茶和普洱茶中。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种三香米普洱茶,它在浸泡后保持了传统普洱茶独特的良好外观及口感,同时又增强了浓郁的糯稻米香气,对人体无害,有良好的保健作用。
解决本发明的技术问题所采用的方案是:在制备好的普洱茶中加入籼糯稻米、紫米香糯稻米、滇屯502稻米和黄瓜各辅料提取液的脱水产物。
本本发明的具体技术方案还包括:辅料中各辅料所占的重量份数为,籼糯稻米38、紫米香糯稻米27、滇屯502稻米21和黄瓜13,各辅料的增减范围是其自重的20%内,普洱茶的重量为辅料总量的1~1.3倍,且普洱茶采用全发酵普洱茶时,糯米的香气更加明显。
本发明所选用的辅料全部是人们日常生活中经常吃到的、无毒无害的谷物和蔬菜,这些辅料都具有浓郁的香气,但入口的味道却很淡,添加进普洱茶后不会影响其独特的口感,同时还增加了其保健效果;各种辅料是以浓缩提取液的形式进入普洱茶中,所以浸泡开后仍然保持了普洱茶的原形,在茶水中不会见到其它异物。
具体实施方式
实施例1
选取已制备好的普洱茶119kg备用。选取辅料,籼糯稻米38kg、紫米香糯稻米27kg、滇屯502稻米21kg和黄瓜13kg,以黄瓜汁液浸提籼糯稻米、香紫糯米、滇屯502稻米,将提取液均匀喷洒在摊开的茶叶上,充分吸收后,脱水到达普洱茶的标准湿度,制成成品。本产品用开水浸泡后色泽为透明红色,无悬浮状颗粒物,有浓郁的糯稻米香气,茶水中却保持传统普洱茶的香味。
实施例2
选取已制备好的金发酵普洱茶202kg备用。选取辅料,籼糯稻米45kg、紫米香糯稻米32kg、滇屯502稻米25kg和黄瓜16kg,以黄瓜汁液浸提籼糯稻米、香紫糯米、滇屯502稻米,将提取液均匀喷洒在摊开的茶叶上,充分吸收后,脱水到达普洱茶的标准湿度,制成成品。本产品用开水浸泡后色泽为透明红色,无悬浮状颗粒物,有浓郁的糯稻米香气,茶水中却保持传统普洱茶的香味。
实施例3
选取已制备好的全发酵普洱茶118kg备用。选取辅料,籼糯稻米30.4kg、紫米香糯稻米21.6kg、滇屯502稻米17kg和黄瓜10.5kg,以黄瓜汁液浸提籼糯稻米、香紫糯米、滇屯502稻米,将提取液均匀喷洒在摊开的茶叶上,充分吸收后,脱水到达普洱茶的标准湿度,制成成品。本产品用开水浸泡后色泽为透明红色,无悬浮状颗粒物,有浓郁的糯稻米香气,茶水中却保持传统普洱茶的香味。

Claims (2)

1、一种三香米普洱茶,其特征在于:普洱茶为加入了籼糯稻米、紫米香糯稻米、滇屯502稻米和黄瓜各辅料提取液的脱水产物,辅料中各辅料所占的重量份数为,籼糯稻米38、紫米香糯稻米27、滇屯502稻米21和黄瓜13,各辅料的增减范围是其自重的20%内,普洱茶的重量为辅料总量的1~1.3倍,以黄瓜汁液浸提籼糯稻米、香紫糯米、滇屯502稻米,将提取液均匀喷洒在摊开的茶叶上,充分吸收后,脱水得到成品。
2、按权利要求1所述的三香米普洱茶,其特征在于:普洱茶采用全发酵普洱茶。
