背景技术

发明内容

根据本发明,提供了一种用于连接支承件和附件的装置,其具有:连接件,该连接件具有两个通过中间段彼此连接的法兰盘以及第一卡定结构;容纳件,所述容纳件具有多个臂部,所述臂部同环形的、敞开的容纳元件连接,并分别从所述容纳元件向外延伸到外侧的固定区域;锚定件,所述锚定件具有第二卡定结构,所述第二卡定结构与连接件的所述第一卡定结构配合作用,以便调节所述容纳件和所述锚定件之间的间距。其特征在于,臂部相对于容纳元件和外侧固定区域之间的直接连接线至少部分弯折地布置,并设置在容纳件的板形区域的内径小于法兰盘外径的圆形内边缘上,并且法兰盘在边缘侧包围了所述板形区域。
在根据本发明的装置中,通过使臂部至少部分弯折,并使法兰盘包围臂部以及在边缘侧包围臂部在外侧设于其上的板形区域,在三个维度上可以进行良好的容差补偿情况下,可以得到容纳件和连接件之间的非常稳定的、可以抵抗相对较高的拉拔力的连接。

图1以立体分解图示出了本发明的一个优选实施例,其具有附件1、连接件2和锚定件3。
锚定件3具有一个基本上为圆柱形的锚定套4,该锚定套具有两个彼此对置的、侧向突出的锚定接片5。锚定套4在锚定接片5同图1中未示出的支承件啮合的情况下可以插入到支承件的开口中。此外,锚定件3具有一个伞形部分6,其设置在锚定套4的在锚定件3的插入方向上位于后部的端部上,并在径向上突出于锚定套4。伞形部分6在向着锚定套4的自由端方向上敞开。在锚定套4的自由端上有向内弯折的接片式的边缘接片7,边缘接片在其外端上具有构成卡定结构的卡定凸起8。
连接件3具有一个栓杆9,在该栓杆中在一个自由端上构成向前倾斜的导入尖端10。栓杆9在导入尖端10的区域中具有多个卡定环11,它们构成另一个卡定结构,并且如下面将要详述的那样,在将栓杆9导入锚定套4中时,卡定环同卡定凸起8配合作用。在与卡定环11对置端部上,在栓杆9上构成多个柔软的密封圈12。连接件2在与导入尖端10对置的端部上具有一个外侧第一法兰盘13和一个内侧第二法兰盘14,它们构成为圆形,并在连接件2的纵向上彼此隔开一个距离,从而在法兰盘13、14之间构成一个间隙15。

在板16的中间区域构成多个臂部19,其在外侧设置在板16的内径小于两个法兰盘13、14的外径的圆形内边缘20上,并相对于径向弯折向内延伸,并同作为容纳元件的敞开的内环21连接。内环21在同导入开口22邻接处具有一个倾斜的、基本上为径向指向的引导凸起23以及一个弯折的、具有弹性的卡定端部24的指向内环21方向的止动凸起25。和导入开口22的相对,板16具有一个基本上与较短边缘例平行的导入槽26,其由内边缘20一直延伸到板16的外侧。
图2示出了在根据图1的实施例中俯视附件1的、经过连接连接件2的两个法兰盘13、14的中间段27的剖面图。根据图2,中间段27在通过导入槽26和导入开口22后设置在内环21之内,其中,止动凸起25的卡定端部24在弹性偏转后从后夹紧中间段27,从而对其固定防止滑出。

此外从图3中还可以看出,在将栓杆9完全导入锚定套4中后,密封环12构成一种迷宫式密封,而伞形部分6压在支承件31向着附件30的一侧上,并由此密封为容纳锚定件3而在支承件31中设置的开口。由此,实现支承件31的良好密封。
最后,从图3中可以看出,通过使连接件2的两个法兰盘13、14同容纳件1的板16啮合而形成的连接还可以抵抗相对较高的拔出力,在将卡定凸起8和卡定环11的卡定分开时需要施加该拔出力。

Claims (7)

1.用于连接支承件(31)和附件(30)的装置,所述装置具有连接件(2),该连接件具有两个通过中间段(27)彼此连接的法兰盘(13,14)以及第一卡定结构(11),
该装置还具有容纳件(1),所述容纳件(1)具有多个臂部(19),所述臂部同环形的、敞开的容纳元件(21)连接,并分别从所述容纳元件(21)向外延伸到外侧的固定区域,
