本发明公开了一种泰妙菌素合成过程中用的截短侧耳素原料的制备方法,包括将含有截短侧耳素的湿菌体干燥,得到干菌体,再用甲基异丁基甲酮为溶媒在常温下进行萃取,得到的萃取液过滤,弃滤渣,滤液经浓缩,得到截短侧耳素浓缩液。本发明工艺简单,不需将截短侧耳素分离,可直接进行泰妙菌素的合成收率高;易操作;采用一种溶媒,比现有工艺节约溶媒用量10%左右;收率高,比现有工艺泰妙菌素的合成收率可提高10~15%。

本发明涉及一种泰妙菌素合成用的截短侧耳素的制备方法。
背景技术:
目前,泰妙菌素合成过程中用的截短侧耳素原料的取得,是将发酵液中截短侧耳素提取出来,经离心得到截短侧耳素,然后重新加溶媒,工艺复杂,而且收率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种工艺简单,收率高,易操作的泰妙菌素合成过程中用的截短侧耳素原料的制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种泰妙菌素合成过程中用的截短侧耳素原料的制备方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
将含有截短侧耳素的湿菌体干燥,得到干菌体,再用甲基异丁基甲酮为溶媒在常温下进行萃取,得到的萃取液过滤,弃滤渣,滤液经浓缩,得到截短侧耳素浓缩液。
对湿菌体干燥时,采用闪蒸干燥器,进风温度为120~130℃,出风温度为70~80℃。对滤液浓缩处理时,温度为70~80℃,真空度为-0.05~-0.07MPa。
本发明工艺简单,不需将截短侧耳素分离,可直接进行泰妙菌素的合成收率高;易操作;采用一种溶媒,比现有工艺节约溶媒用量10%左右;收率高,比现有工艺泰妙菌素的合成收率可提高10~15%。

将含有截短侧耳素的湿菌体干燥,得到干菌体,再用甲基异丁基甲酮为溶媒在常温下进行萃取,得到的萃取液过滤,弃滤渣,滤液经浓缩,得到截短侧耳素浓缩液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泰妙菌素合成过程中用的截短侧耳素原料的制备方法,其特征是:对湿菌体干燥时,采用闪蒸干燥器,进风温度为120~130℃,出风温度为70~80℃。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的泰妙菌素合成过程中用的截短侧耳素原料的制备方法,其特征是:对滤液浓缩处理时,温度为70~80℃,真空度为-0.05~-0.07MPa。
