本发明公开了一种生产泰妙菌素过程中含截短侧耳素的原料的制备方法,包括将经发酵得到的含有截短侧耳素的发酵液进行过滤,得到滤液和湿菌体,得到的湿菌体用于提取截短侧耳素;将得到的滤液在70~80℃、-0.5~-0.7MPa下浓缩,至浓缩液含固率为25%~30%,将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥,得到含截短侧耳素的固形物。本发明可充分提取发酵液中的截短侧耳素,无环境污染。

技术领域:
本发明涉及一种生产泰妙菌素的提取工艺。
背景技术:
现有的泰妙菌素的生产是通过利用发酵液中的截短侧耳素,来合成得到产品。而现有的提取截短侧耳素的方法是采用过滤,收湿菌体,再对湿菌体进行提取,将滤液丢弃。而滤液中含有的部分截短侧耳素就损失掉了,同时还会对环境造成污染。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于提供一种可充分提取发酵液中的截短侧耳素,无环境污染的生产泰妙菌素过程中含截短侧耳素的原料的制备方法。
本发明的技术解决方案是:
一种生产泰妙菌素过程中含截短侧耳素的原料的制备方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
①将经发酵得到的含有截短侧耳素的发酵液进行过滤,得到滤液和湿菌体,得到的湿菌体用于提取截短侧耳素;
②将步骤①得到的滤液在70~80℃、—0.5~—0.7MPa下浓缩,至浓缩液含固率为25%~30%,将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥,得到含截短侧耳素的固形物。
步骤②中喷雾干燥采用高速旋转离心机,进风温度为160~180℃,出风温度为60~80℃。
本发明可充分提取发酵液中的截短侧耳素,无环境污染。
下面结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
具体实施方式:
一种生产泰妙菌素过程中含截短侧耳素的原料的制备方法,包括下列步骤:
①将经发酵得到的含有截短侧耳素的发酵液进行过滤,得到滤液和湿菌体,得到的湿菌体作为含截短侧耳素的原料;
②将步骤①得到的滤液在70~80℃(例70℃、75℃、80℃)、—0.5~—0.7MPa(例—0.5MPa、—0.6MPa、—0.7MPa)下浓缩,至浓缩液含固率为25%~30%,将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥,得到含截短侧耳素的固形物,作为含截短侧耳素的原料。步骤②中喷雾干燥采用高速旋转离心机,进风温度为160~180℃(例160℃、170℃、180℃),出风温度为60~80℃(例60℃、70℃、80℃)。

1、一种生产泰妙菌素过程中含截短侧耳素的原料的制备方法,其特征是:包括下列步骤:
①将经发酵得到的含有截短侧耳素的发酵液进行过滤,得到滤液和湿菌体;
②将步骤①得到的滤液在70~80℃、—0.5~—0.7MPa下浓缩,至浓缩液含固率为25%~30%,将浓缩液进行喷雾干燥,得到含截短侧耳素的固形物。
2、根据权利要求1所述的生产泰妙菌素过程中含截短侧耳素的原料的制备方法,其特征是:步骤②中喷雾干燥采用高速旋转离心机,进风温度为160~180℃,出风温度为60~80℃。
