Abstract

本发明提出了一种单宁酸的提纯方法,首先将五倍子粉碎后,加入水制备成五倍子浸提液,五倍子浸提液的浓度控制在4.5±0.5波美度;然后把五倍子浸提液经过高速离心机进行分离,收集单宁酸溶液;最后把单宁酸溶液经过浓缩、干燥得到单宁酸成品。采用该方法提取单宁酸,能进一步提高含量及降低水不溶物,其中单宁酸含量≥82%,水不溶物≤0.5%。

一种单宁酸的提纯方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种有机化合物的提纯方法,特别涉及一种单宁酸的提纯方法。
背景技术
目前,是将五倍子经过粉碎、浸提、蒸发制成单宁酸浓溶液,然后再经过冷冻、沉降、干燥制成单宁酸成品,其单宁酸含量≥81%,水不溶物≥1.9%。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种单宁酸的提纯方法,通过对原工艺的改变,使单宁酸的含量更高,水不溶物更低。
为此,本发明的技术方案为:一种单宁酸的提纯方法,其特征是:首先将五倍子粉碎后,加入水制备成五倍子浸提液,五倍子浸提液的浓度控制在4.5±0.5波美度;然后把五倍子浸提液经过高速离心机进行分离,收集单宁酸溶液;最后把单宁酸溶液经过浓缩、干燥得到单宁酸成品。
有益效果:采用该方法提取单宁酸,能进一步提高含量及降低水不溶物,其中单宁酸含量≥82%,水不溶物≤0.5%。
具体实施方式
一种单宁酸的提纯方法,是把浓度为4.5波美度的五倍子浸提液经过转速为15000转/分钟的高速离心机进行分离,收集单宁酸溶液;然后再经过浓缩、干燥得到单宁酸成品,其单宁酸含量≥82%,水不溶物≤0.5%。

1、一种单宁酸的提纯方法,其特征是:首先将五倍子粉碎后,加入水制备成五倍子浸提液,五倍子浸提液的浓度控制在4.5±0.5波美度;然后把五倍子浸提液经过高速离心机进行分离,收集单宁酸溶液;最后把单宁酸溶液经过浓缩、干燥得到单宁酸成品。
2、根据权利要求1所述的、一种单宁酸的提纯方法,其特征是:所述高速离心机的转速为15000转/分钟。
