Abstract

充填和/或再充填用于排放可流动物质的容器的方法为先将可流动物质充填入容器,然后将用作推进气体的空气充入容器内直至达到一个预定的压力为止。实现此方法的设备装备有用于容纳可流动物质的容器、活塞式供料部件、充填头、安装在充填头和供料部件之间的控制阀以及经过另一控制阀与充填头相联的空气供给箱。

Description

充填和再充填用于排放可流动物质的容器的方法和设备
本发明是关于在高于普通大气压的压力下充填和再充填用于排放可流动物质的容器的方法和设备。
用于在高于大气压的压力下排放可流动物质的设备已以多种不同的方式广为采用。最熟悉的是喷雾器,借助于氟利昂气体排放就可在封闭的容器器中产生。众所周知,尽管这种气体有着良好的物理性能,但由于环境和健康保护的原因,它已越来越不受欢迎。在某些国家,这种气体已被禁止使用。
这些设备的工作原理在于,容器中的氟利昂与欲排放和扩散的流动物质混合在一起,从而使所需的推进力大致上稳定不变。
另有人建议使用LP或CO2气体使要排放的气体产生动能,但它们被认为会对健康和环境产生非常有害的影响,其致癌作用几乎是无疑的,而且LP气体极易燃烧。此外,这些气体并不是中性气体,所以只有以降低质量为代价,它们才能用于卫生上或工业上的介质之扩散,但绝不适用于药物的扩散。
另一已知的解决办法是将欲扩散的物质放入安置在管子中的塑料片或软管内,管子通过螺纹拧紧在带有喷嘴和针形穿孔的部件内,然后此组件再用螺纹联接在另一装有一个活塞和一个高压气瓶的壳体内。气瓶中的空气经一贯穿针孔进入活塞下部,将软管推向另一针形穿孔,如此即可产生扩散。然而,使用种装置就会有相当可观的物质被残留下来,并且该装置操纵非常复杂,容易发生故障,而且部件众多。该装置在商业意义上的再充填几乎是不可能的。这种装置的优点在于推进剂与欲排放或扩散的物质不相接触。
另一种结构的基本特征在于:用未净化的压缩空气通过一个中间机构(例如橡皮隔膜)将欲扩散的液体从密封空间经过一个针形穿孔压入喷嘴,盛有压缩空气的气瓶放在容器下面。将气瓶与容器用螺纹联接,此装置即可工作。另一可供选择的方法是将压缩空气瓶安置在圆柱形容器中的介质箱内。把这两个部件用螺纹联接,并借助于一个针形穿孔,该装置即可工作。上述两种装置的主要缺点在于结构复杂。但其优点是它们能再充填,尽管这样做比较困难。每次再充填时,必须把装置的螺纹拧松卸下,已用过的气瓶和介质箱将报废而被替换。如果是使用烟雾剂,推进剂箱要在最小为70bar的压力下充填,这就需要严格的安全技术。而替换掉的东西则成了废物,还会污染环境。
填充烟雾剂气体(氟里昂,LP,CO2,一氧化二氮)的喷雾器之加料设备通常分几个步骤工作,即:排放液体,用机械方式停止排放,然后将液态推进剂充填进容器,与此中的液体混合。这种设备仅适用于第一次充填,而不适用于再充填。残留在已排空的装置中的气体只有用仪器才能检验出,因此,这样的再充填就是完全不可能的了。
因而,本发明的目的之一是提供一种充填和/或再充填用于排放或扩散可流动物质的容器的方法和设备,它可免除前述装置在健康和环境保护以及安全技术上存在的缺点,它适用于可流动物质的扩散,例如:药物,化妆品和婴孩化妆品,以及食用品如食用油等等。
本发明的另一目的是排空了的喷雾器可被再充填,而不是被扔掉。将空气用作推进剂并采用本发明的再充填系统即可确保达到这一目的。该再充填系统保证了已排空的喷雾器可多次地和安全地再充填,它与现有充填设备在理论和实际结构上均有根本的区别。
根据本发明,上述目的由充填和/或再充填用于排放可流动物质的容器的方法而达到,该方法的步骤包括:先把可流动物质充入容器,然后再充入用作推进气体的空气直至达到一个预定的亚临界压力为止。可流动物质和推进气体分别经容器的排出阀充入该容器。
根据本发明,充填和再充填设备包括一个容纳可流动物质的容器,该容器与活塞式供料部件相联,而供料部件则与充填头相联,充填头经容器的排放阀对容器进行充填。充填头还通过控制阀与供料部件相联以防止空气供给超过预定的亚临界压力。
可有两个或更多个供料部件通过各自的控制阀与空气供给箱和充填头之间的管道相连。
通过使用根据本发明的方法和设备,充填物质被充填进容器,而压缩了推进空气则在充填管中清除了所有残留微粒。结果,不含任何机械污染物的空气就进入了容器。按照已知的方法,容器中的压缩空气使可流动物质进入一根弹性管,该管从喷雾阀延伸至容器的底部。一旦按下控制键压缩了组件头部中的弹簧保险阀就打开了可流动物质的通道,任其自由流出喷嘴。压缩空气首先排空容器,然后是弹性管,最后是喷雾阀和喷嘴,这样就把可流动物质完全从装置中清除了出去。而在此过程中,它对健康人或病人都无任何危害,并且其操作非常简单。
根据本发明,该装置可有多种可供选择的型式,而每一型式都有其各自的优点。用加工在容器和组装头上的螺纹便能将容器和喷雾器部件拧在一起,如此则使它们处于锁紧的工作位置。在排空之后或是当压力释放时,则可将装置拧松卸下,再充填可流动物质和压缩空气。因此,从理论上说,排放能够重复进行。
另一种可供选择的型式是容器用机械中的法兰与喷德器部件固定联接。在这种情况下,再充填就较为复杂。
容器与喷雾器部件的联接还可以采用焊接。根据这两个部件的具体特征可采用不同的焊接方法。
后两种联接方法使得接触容器内的物质不那么容易,例如用手接触。
本发明的一个主要优点在于用作推进剂的空气适用于可流动物质(例如液体)的排放,它从压力腔内推出液体,或是与液体混合,一起压出喷嘴。
本发明的另一优点在于用作推进剂的空气决不会达到临界压力值,即30bar。所以它不会导致容器内可流动物质质量的下降。在各种情况下所用的超过正常大气压的压力都是分压,其最大值决达不到30bar的临界压力,但它总是高于正常大气压直至排放完毕。该超过正常大气压的高压仅在可流动物质全排空后才能从容器中完全释放出来。
本发明的又一优点在于容器能再充填而毋须打开机械式安全密封,而因为再充填过程与容器的残留压力无关,所以这就很安全。在再充填过程中,喷雾阀处于与排放时相同的状态,经过此通路,一个与特殊密封相连接的充填头先把定量容积的液体充入喷雾器,然后再将已达净化要求的空气在预定的压力下充入容器。当压缩空气输入时,它就将充填头中存留的可流动物质完全清洗干净。
由于充填可与一个或多个容器相连,因此一个具有自清洗系统的单台充填设备适用于充填相同或不同类型的可流动物质,以及已排空的喷雾器的再充填。
参照附图,本发明可从下述推荐实施例的详细描述中显得更为清晰。其中:

图1所示为根据本发明的一充填和/或再充填系统。供给箱10、10n用于容放不同的可流动物质,活塞缸式供料部件11、11n分别通过管12、12n与各自的供给箱相联,并通过管14和各自的控制阀15、15n与充填头13相联,充填头通过容器的排放阀对容器进行充填和/或再充填。推进空气供给箱通过支线17和连接点18与管14相联。支线17包括有一个控制阀19、一个减压器20、和一个压力指示和调整阀21。
图2和图3示出了管14和控制阀的细节。图2所示的适用于供给一种可流动物质,而图3所示则适用于供给多种不同类型的可流动物质。如果要充填不同的可流动物质,首先打开控制阀15或是15n。在其关闭之后,流动控制阀19的空气就将残存的可流动物质从管道14推过充填头13(因此充填头就被清洗了)进入容器1。随后,再从所容纳的可流动物质与前一种可流动物质不同的供给箱进行充填和/或再充填而不会有任何污染。供给箱10和10n,供料部件11和11n,控制阀15和15n的数目可以任选。因此从理论上说,一台充填和/或再充填设备就能充填和/或再充填无数种可流动物质。
图4所示说明在容器中的压力状态。由图可见,容器有一个总是低于30bar的初始压力Pmax,以及一个最小总为2bar的最终压力Pmin。而在整个过程中,可流动物质的流动速度几乎保持不变。
实验表明,如果被充填或被再充填的装置正确运转的话,在容器内的物质可被完全排除干净,并且不会造成污染。这些装置,既可用于再充填相同的物质,又可再充填各种不同的物质。容器的形状可任选,例如:圆形,椭圆形,平板形,或是多边形,四边形,六边形,八边形。
实验还进一步表明,根据本发明的装置适用于化妆品、洗涤剂、机油和食用油的完全排放,以及某些药物的完全排放而不会导致明显的质量变化。它还适用于这些排放完了的容器的再充填。

Claims (6)

1、充填和/或再充填用于排放可流动物质的容器的方法,该方法包括将可流动的物质充入容器,然后将用作推进气体的空气充入容器直至达到一个预定的压力为止。其特征在于:可流动物质和推进气体经容器的排放阀充入容器。
2、用于实现权利要求1所述的方法之设备,该设备有一个容纳可推动气体的容器和一个用于经容器的排放阀对容器进行充填的充填头,该充填头与安装有控制阀的管道相联,其特征在于:容纳推动气体的容器是个空气供给箱,并且至少一个容纳可流动物质的容器经另一控制阀与前述管道相联,每个容纳可流动物质的容器均与一活塞式供料部件相联。
3、根据权利要求2所述的设备,其特征在于:该设备在空气供给箱和充填头之间装有一个减压器。
4、根据权利要求2或3所述的设备,其特征在于:该装置在空气供给箱和充填头之间装有一个压力调整阀。
5、根据权利要求2或3所述的设备,其特征在于:多个供料部件经过各自的控制阀与空气供给箱和充填头之间的管道相联。
6、根据权利要求4所述的设备,其特征在于:多个供料部件经过各自的控制阀与空气供给箱和充填头之间的管道相联。
