Abstract
嵌入滑动件本体的滑动面上形成的的小孔或者凹槽内的固体润滑剂,其含有5到30体积%的聚乙烯树脂,20到60体积%的烃基蜡和10到60体积%的氰尿酸三聚氰胺。这种固体润滑剂能够表现出等同于或高于传统的含铅固体润滑剂的滑动性能,即使在高负荷条件下也是如此。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及固体润滑剂和滑动件,具体地说,涉及嵌入滑动件本体(滑动件的本体部分)的滑动面上形成的小孔或凹槽内的固体润滑剂,以及使用这种固体润滑剂的滑动件。
背景技术
嵌入诸如轴承的滑动件的滑动面的固体润滑剂,在该滑动面上形成一层薄膜,并显示滑动效果。因此,这种固体润滑剂的成膜性能对形成的膜的摩擦系数及其寿命有很大影响。作为这类固体润滑剂,已知有一些具有层状结构,特别是那些以石墨为主要成分的固体润滑剂。由于这种层状结构,石墨沿着它的负荷方向表现出强的阻力,但是沿着它的滑动方向表现出的阻力弱。另外,石墨是一种软物质,能够在从常温到高温的宽的温度范围内保持优良的润滑性。
但是,这种以石墨为主要成分的固体润滑剂不仅成膜性能有一定程度不足的趋势,并且当形成的膜经历重复摩擦接触时,其寿命也有不令人满意的趋势。因此,这种固体润滑剂不适宜用于高负荷的用途。
另一方面,对于那些适宜用于高负荷用途的固体润滑剂,已知的制备方法是将聚四氟乙烯树脂、软金属例如铟、铅和锡,以及蜡相互混合制成。特别地,有一些被广泛使用的固体润滑剂是通过将四氯化乙烷树脂、铅和蜡相互混合后制备得到的。这些固体润滑剂在高负荷条件下显示出极低的摩擦系数和优异的成膜性能,而且由此形成的膜的具有很长的寿命和优良的自我修复性能。
近年来,从避免环境问题的角度考虑,趋于发展无铅材料。在固体润滑剂领域内也出现了这种材料发展的趋势。但是,对于固体润滑剂而言,铅是获得令人满意的滑动性能的重要成分。特别是,在固体润滑剂嵌入诸如轴承的滑动件的滑动面上形成的小孔或者凹槽内,并在高负荷条件下使用的情况下,从赋予其优良的成膜性能的观点出发,铅就非常重要。
例如,在日本专利申请公开55-108427号(1980)中描述了一种无铅滑动件,这种滑动件是通过将一种含三聚氰胺和异氰脲酸的加合物的树脂塑模后制备得到。但是,当这种含三聚氰胺和异氰脲酸加合物的滑动件用的树脂作为固体润滑剂使用时,其摩擦系数在高负荷条件下有不足的倾向。因此,需要提供一种不含铅的固体润滑剂,即使在高负荷条件下也能够具有充分的滑动性能。
发明内容
本发明用于解决上述问题。本发明的一个目的在于提供一种无铅固体润滑剂,其可以具有等同或者超过那些传统的含铅固体润滑剂的滑动性能,即使在高负荷条件下也是如此。
为了实现这个目的,一个方面,本发明在于提供一种固体润滑剂,其含有5到30体积%的聚乙烯树脂,20到60体积%的烃基蜡和10到60体积%的氰尿酸三聚氰胺。
另一个方面,本发明在于提供一种滑动件,其滑动件本体上有滑动面,上述的固体润滑剂嵌入在该滑动面上形成的小孔或者凹槽内。
优选为具体实施方式
本发明具体描述如下。本发明中使用的聚乙烯树脂具有粘合剂的作用。该聚乙烯树脂的例子可以包括经高压处理的低密度聚乙烯(HPLD)、线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)、极低密度聚乙烯(VLDPE)、高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)等。
高压处理的低密度聚乙烯(HPLD)是一种经过高压处理得到的乙烯均聚物,除了含有诸如乙基的短支链外,还含有长支链。这种高压处理的低密度聚乙烯的密度一般为0.910到0.940g/cm3。线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)是乙烯和例如丙烯、1-丁烯、4-甲基1-戊烯基和1-辛烯基的其他α-烯烃经过中/低压处理后产生的共聚物,其密度一般为0.900到0.940g/cm3。这些共聚物中,密度在0.925到0.940g/cm3的聚乙烯被称为中密度聚乙烯(MDPE)。极低密度聚乙烯(VLDPE)是通过进一步降低线性低密度聚乙烯(LLDPE)的密度得到,其密度为0.880到0.910g/cm3。高密度聚乙烯(HDPE)是一种经过中/低压处理产生的乙烯均聚物,其密度一般为0.940到0.970g/cm3。
混合的聚乙烯树脂的量为5到30体积%,优选为10到25体积%。当混合的聚乙烯树脂的量少于5体积%时,该聚乙烯树脂可能不能充分发挥其作为粘合剂的作用。当混合的聚乙烯树脂的量超过于30体积%时,烃基蜡和氰尿酸三聚氰胺的量相对较少,因此就导致使得到的固体润滑剂很难显示优异的滑动性能。
本发明中使用的烃基蜡具有降低摩擦系数的效果。烃基蜡的例子可以包括石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、微晶蜡等。这些烃基蜡可以单独使用,或者任意两种或多种混合使用。
混合的烃基蜡的量为20到60体积%,优选为25到45体积%。当混合的烃基蜡的量少于20体积%时,由此得到的固体润滑剂可能无法表现出期望的低摩擦性质。另一方面,当混合的烃基蜡的量超过60体积%,得到的固体润滑剂的可塑性有恶化的趋势,并且塑模的产品的强度也有恶化的趋势。
本发明中使用的氰尿酸三聚氰胺是三聚氰胺和氰尿酸或异氰尿酸的加合物,并具有这样一种结构:三聚氰胺分子和氰尿酸(或异氰尿酸)分子各自有一个6元环状结构,它们通过氢键排列一个平面内,形成各个平面间通过微弱力彼此连接的层状排列。因此,认为氰尿酸三聚氰胺具有类似于二硫化钼或石墨的裂分性(cleavage property)。这种氰尿酸三聚氰胺具有提高耐磨性和增强负荷能力的作用。混合的氰尿酸三聚氰胺的量为10到60体积%,优选为20到50体积%。当混合的氰尿酸三聚氰胺的量低于10体积%时,很难起到提高耐磨性和增强负载能力的作用。另一方面,当混合的氰尿酸三聚氰胺的量超过60体积%时,得到的固体润滑剂的滑动性能有恶化的趋势。
本发明的固体润滑剂还可以进一步含有添加成分,包括高级脂肪酸、高级脂肪酸酯(高级脂肪酯)、高级脂肪酸的酰胺(高级脂肪酰胺)、金属皂、磷酸盐和/或高分子量聚四氟乙烯树脂。
作为高级脂肪酸,可以使用具有12个或更多个碳原子的饱和或不饱和脂肪酸。这些高级脂肪酸的具体例子可以包括月桂酸、肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、花生酸、山俞酸、蜡酸、褐煤酸、蜂花酸、月桂烯酸、肉豆蔻脑酸、油酸、反油酸、亚油酸、亚麻酸、花生四烯酸、顺(9)-二十碳烯酸和芥子酸。
高级脂肪酯是上述高级脂肪酸和单羟基醇或多羟基醇形成的酯。单羟基醇的例子可以包括辛醇、月桂醇、肉豆蔻醇、棕榈醇、硬脂醇和山俞醇。多羟基醇的例子可以包括乙二醇、丙二醇、丁二醇、丙三醇、季戊四醇和山梨聚糖。高级脂肪酯的具体例子可以包括硬脂酸十八酯、四硬脂酸季戊四醇酯、硬脂酸单甘油酯、山俞酸单甘油酯和褐煤蜡。
高级脂肪酰胺是上述高级脂肪酸和单胺或多胺形成的酰胺。单胺或多胺的例子可以包括辛酰胺、月桂胺、肉豆蔻胺、棕榈胺、硬脂酰胺、甲撑二胺、乙二胺和己撑二胺。高级脂肪酰胺的具体例子还可以包括硬脂酰胺、油酰胺和芥子酰胺(erucamide)。
这些高级脂肪酸、高级脂肪酯以及高级脂肪酰胺不但具有降低摩擦系数的作用,还具有增加可塑性的作用,并且这些物质可单独使用,也可以任意两种或多种的混合物的形式使用。混合的高级脂肪酸、高级脂肪酯和高级脂肪酰胺的量一般为1到10体积%,优选为3到10体积%。当混合的高级脂肪酸、高级脂肪酯和高级脂肪酰胺的量低于1体积%时,很难获得期望的降低摩擦系数和增加可塑性的效果。当混合的高级脂肪酸、高级脂肪酯和高级脂肪酰胺的量超过10体积%时,生成的固体润滑剂的可塑性有恶化的趋势。
金属皂是上述高级脂肪酸和碱金属或碱土金属形成的盐。金属皂的具体例子可以包括硬脂酸锂和硬脂酸钙。这些金属皂不仅具有降低摩擦系数的作用,而且还具有增加热稳定性的作用。混合的金属皂的量一般为3到20体积%,优选为5到15体积%。当混合的金属皂的量低于3体积%时,很难获得期望的降低摩擦系数和增加热稳定性的效果。另一方面,当混合的金属皂的量超过20体积%时,得到的固体润滑剂的热稳定性有恶化的趋势。
作为磷酸盐,可以使用碱金属或碱土金属的三代磷酸盐、次代磷酸盐、焦磷酸盐、亚磷酸盐或偏磷酸盐。这些磷酸盐的具体例子可以包括磷酸三锂、磷酸氢二锂、焦磷酸锂、磷酸三钙、磷酸氢钙、焦磷酸钙、偏磷酸锂、偏磷酸镁和偏磷酸钙。
磷酸盐本身不具备润滑性能,但它能够促使配合件的滑动表面上形成润滑膜,因此,在配合件的表面可以形成并保持一层良好的润滑膜,从而能够维持优良的滑动性能。混合物的磷酸盐的量一般为3到15体积%,优选为5到10体积%。当混合的磷酸盐的量低于3体积%时,很难表现出这种期望的效果。另一方面,当混合的磷酸盐的量超过15体积%时,转移形成并附着在配合件表面上的润滑膜的量有过大的趋势,所以得到的滑动件的耐磨性有恶化的趋势。
当从高级脂肪酸、高级脂肪酯、高级脂肪酰胺、金属皂和磷酸盐中选择至少两种化合物联合使用时,这些成分的总量优选不超过30体积%。当这些成分的总量超过30体积%时,得到的模制品的强度有不足的倾向。
高分子量聚四氟乙烯树脂以压型粉或细粉形式主要用于模塑目的,这种聚四氟乙烯树脂(后文仅用“PTFE”表示)在剪切力的作用下形成纤维。这种高分子量PTFE可以不经烘烤直接使用,也可以在不低于其融点的温度下烘烤,然后将烘烤后的产物研磨成颗粒使用。高分子量PTFE的具体例子可包括Du Pont-Mitsui Fluorochemical(氟化学制品)股份有限公司生产的“TEFLON(注册商标)7-J”、“TEFLON(注册商标)7A-J”、“TEFLON(注册商标)6-J”和“TEFLON(注册商标)6C-J”;Daikin Industries(工业)有限公司生产的“POLYFLON M-12(商品名)”和“POLYFLON F-201(商品名)”;Asahi Glass股份有限公司生产的“FLUON G-163(商品名)”、“FLUON G-190(商品名)”、“FLUONCD076(商品名)”和“FLUON CD090(商品名)”;Kitamura有限公司生产的“KT-300M(商品名)”等等。另外,除了上述产品,还可以使用经过苯乙烯聚合物、丙烯酸酯聚合物、甲基丙烯酸酯聚合物、丙烯腈聚合物等修饰的PTFE。修饰的PTFE的具体例子可以包括由Mitsubishi Rayon股份有限公司生产“METABLEN A-3000(商品名)”等等。
高分子量PTFE有增强固体润滑剂韧性的效果,具体的,高分子量PTFE能够有效的防止固体润滑剂嵌入滑动件本体(滑动件的本体部分)过程中或使用滑动件的过程中,嵌入滑动件本体的滑动面上形成的小孔或凹槽内的固体润滑剂发生破碎或从中滑出。混合的高分子量PTFE的量一般为0.5到10体积%,优选为0.5到5体积%。当混合的高分子量PTFE的量低于0.5体积%时,很难获得高分子量PTFE期望的效果。另一方面,当混合的高分子量PTFE的量超过10体积%,得到的固体润滑剂的滑动性能和可塑性有恶化的趋势。
本发明的固体润滑剂能够通过将上述各成分按预定的比例通过混合机,如亨舍尔混合机、高速混合机、球磨机混合和颠动筒,然后将得到的混合物塑模成需要的形状。塑模方法并不有特别限定,通常采用的塑模方法是将得到的混合物注入挤压机,在能融化烃基蜡的温度中,融化揉捏制成小球。接着,将这些小球注入注射-模塑机,在不低于聚乙烯树脂的软化点的温度下进行注射-塑模,作为粘合剂。
本发明的滑动件包括由金属材料等构成的滑动件本体,以及嵌入滑动件本体的滑动面上的形成的小孔或凹槽内的固体润滑剂。该固体润滑剂可以通过诸如粘合剂等固定在所述小孔或凹槽内。
由此得到的固体润滑剂能够表现出等同于或高于那些传统含铅固体润滑剂的滑动性能,即使在高负荷条件下也是如此。
实施例:
本发明期望通过实施例进行更详细的描述,但是,实施例仅仅是示例,并不意在限制本发明的范围。通过下列方法对实施例和比较实施例中各种不同的滑动性能进行测定。
<滑动性能>
将所得的固体润滑剂嵌入滑动面上形成的小孔内,制成滑动件检测样品。将由此得到的样品进行推力试验,测量摩擦系数及其磨损量。试验条件见表1。

实施例1:
28体积%的线性低密度聚乙烯“ULTZEX(商品名)”(Mitsui化学制品股份有限公司生产)作为聚乙烯树脂、21体积%的石蜡和21体积%的聚乙烯蜡作为烃基蜡,以及30体积%氰尿酸三聚氰胺“MCA”(商品名)(Mitsubishi化学制品股份有限公司生产),加入亨舍尔混合机内,并相互混合。在能融化烃基蜡的温度下,将得到的混合物在挤压机内的融化揉捏制成小球。接着,将得到的小球投入注射-模塑机,在不低于聚乙烯树脂软化点的温度下通过注射-塑模制备直径6mm、长5mm的圆柱形固体润滑剂。得到的固体润滑剂的各种滑动性能在表2中列出。
实施例2-20:
进行实施例1规定的相同步骤,只是成分有所变化,这些变化在表2到表8中列出,由此制成直径6mm、长5mm的圆柱形固体润滑剂。得到的固体润滑剂的各种不同的滑动性能在表2到表8中列出。

上述表中,作为HDPE,使用的是Mitsui化学制品股份有限公司生产的“HI-ZEX(商品名)”;作为HPLD,使用的也是Mitsui化学制品股份有限公司生产的“MIRASON(商品名)”;作为高分子量PTFE,使用的是Kitamura有限公司生产的“KT-300M(商品名)”;作为低分子量PTFE,使用的是Du Pont-Mitsui Fluorochemical(氟化学制品)股份有限公司生产的“TLP-10F(商品名)”。
从上述结果可以清楚地看出,将本发明的固体润滑剂嵌入滑动件本体后得到的滑动件的确具有优异的滑动性能,这种性质等同于或高于嵌入比较实施例3中得到的传统的含铅固体润滑剂的滑动件的滑动性能。另一方面,上述结果还证实,滑动件的滑动面嵌入比较实施例1中得到的不含氰尿酸三聚氰胺的固体润滑剂,其表现出的摩擦系数高,磨损量大并且滑动性能差;以及滑动件的滑动面嵌入比较实施例2得到的不含烃基蜡的固体润滑剂,其表现出的摩擦系数高,在推力试验过程中超过0.2,致使该推力试验中断。
工业实用性
本发明提供了一种无铅的固体润滑剂,其能够表现等同于或高于传统的含铅固体润滑剂的滑动性,即使在高负荷条件下也是如此,并且,还提供了使用这种固体润滑剂的滑动件。
Claims (7)
1.嵌入滑动件本体的滑动面上形成的小孔或者凹槽内的固体润滑剂,其特征在于含有5-30体积%的聚乙烯树脂,20-60体积%的烃基蜡和10-60体积%的氰尿酸三聚氰胺,所述固体润滑剂是无石墨和无铅的。
2.根据权利要求1所述的固体润滑剂,其特征在于所述的烃基蜡是选自石蜡、聚乙烯蜡、微晶蜡中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的固体润滑剂,其特征在于进一步含有1-10体积%的高级脂肪酸、高级脂肪酯和高级脂肪酰胺中的至少一种作为添加成分。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的固体润滑剂,其特征在于进一步包含3-20体积%的金属皂作为添加成分。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的固体润滑剂,其特征在于进一步包含3-15体积%的磷酸盐作为添加成分。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的固体润滑剂,其特征在于进一步包含0.5-10体积%的高分子量聚四氟乙烯树脂作为添加成分。
7.权利要求1到6中任意一项所述的固体润滑剂在滑动件中的应用。
