Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a la biotecnología en particular a los anticuerpos o fragmentos de unión al antígeno de este, y a su uso. Más particularmente, la presente invención se refiere a anticuerpos monoclonales que se unen específicamente a GITR. La invención también se refiere a un ácido nucleico que codifica dicho anticuerpo o fragmento de unión al antígeno de este, un vector de expresión, un método para preparar dicho anticuerpo y el uso de dicho anticuerpo en el tratamiento de enfermedades o trastornos asociados con GITR.
