Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a un método para tostar granos de café que comprende las etapas de a) calentar los granos de café a una velocidad de calentamiento entre 20 °C/minuto y 40 °C/minuto hasta que la temperatura de los granos de café esté entre 160 °C y 220 °C, y b) calentar los granos de café a una velocidad de calentamiento entre 1 °C/min y 10 °C/minuto, dichas etapas de calentamiento se realizan en la misma cámara de tostado.
