Abstract
<p>La presente invención se refiere a un producto alimenticio extruido, símil a papa frita en forma de bastón, con mejoras en las características tecnológicas al someter el alimento al proceso de fritura, obteniéndose como producto final un símil a papa frita con bajo contenido en grasas. La invención también se refiere al procedimiento para preparar el producto alimenticio extruido símil a papa frita.</p>
