At the other end of the tube 11 is mounted by the iiti of its ,, ras 1311, a tubular part 13 in the shape of a T, having an orifice 13v, with a lower parted bed. vertical arm 14, orifice whose upper edge is cut to shape (the frustoconical seat 26 on which rests the lower end of a tube 15, of small diameter,
hydrofuel feeder and which is connected by its other end to the reservoir of said liquid hydrocarbon. The vertical arm 14 of the T-piece 13 is threaded, a nut 27 is used to fix the tube 15 in positVjn on the arm 14.
Between the jet nozzle 12 and the T-shaped part 13, inside the tube 11, there is disposed a thin tube 23, connected to the jet nozzle 12 by means of a hollow part 30, having grooves for the passage of the gas and which maintains this end of the tube 23 in position in the nozzle 12, the other end of the tube 23 being engaged in the arm 13R of the part 13 cry T, which has an if '-, e for this purpose .
The arm 14 of the T-piece 13 has a groove 25, fig. 3, in which engages a rib 32, provided at the lower end of the tube 15, a rib on which bears the nut 27 seen above and which hand holds the lower end of the tube 15 on the seat 26. The nut 27 has at its upper part a shoulder of large diameter compared to the end of the tube 15, which allows a tight seal between this extremity, Lér and the seat 26, without requiring the tightening of the nut 27 with a wrench or similar tools.
The other arm 16 of the part 13 in T, placed cry extension of the arm 13R, has titi cylindrical housing 17 and an ori fice connecting the housing 17 to the housing provided in the arm 13 @;
, cylindrical housing 17 inside which is housed a gasket 171, against which bears dried up core 171, gasket and core which are perforated at their center. On the arm 16, externally threaded over part of its length, is screwed a hollow connector 22 inside which is disposed a tube 21 which has one end. enlarged 21R placed in a housing provided in the hollow connector 22 in order to prevent that one can completely remove said tube 21 extending air out of the connector 22.
The part of the tube 21 which extends outside the fitting 22 carries a ring 20 provided with a knurled knob 19. laughs thin metal wire 18; which is flexible, passes through the tube 21, the core 17, the gasket 17I, in the small duct of the T-piece 13, in the tube 23 and the end of said metal wire is disposed in the opening of jet nozzle 12 and it is held in place, at the end of tube 21, in ring 20, by means of a screw 31 passing through these two members and resting on the metal wire. The tube, '33 serves as a kind of guide for the metal wire.
The vaporizer, when it is, placed in the position in which it is represented in fig. 1 and 2, extends horizontally at a sufficient distance outside said frame 1 to prevent the oil from overheating in the feed tube and in the end of the tube 15, it is provided with the end folded upwards. , as shown in the drawing, of the caliper 24 which engages in a groove 12R provided at the periphery of the nozzle. jet 12, and which keeps the vaporizer in position.

Urr annular container 28, spirit of wine, provided with titr filling duct 29, is disposed towards the lower part of the frame 1 to which it is fixed. It is intended for pre-heating the vaporizer when the lamp has to be put into service.
The operation of the lamp is as follows: We pour through the wise filling conduit 29, into the annular receptacle 28 a certain quantity of spirit of wine which we light. The petroleum brought to the lamp arrives through the tube 15 and the orifice 13 ", in the tube 11 of the vaporizer which, passing above the annular container 28 is heated by the cotn- bustion of the spirit of wine in said. container.
The oil under the action of this heat is vaporized and these vapors then pass through the jet nozzle 12, the orifice of which has been released and) withdrawing more or less, as needed, the metal wire 18, and from there through the tube 6 where they mix with the air entering through the lateral orifice 7, they descend through the vertical tube 8 to the burner 10, carrying the sleeve of the lamp, not shown in the drawing, where they are ignited. The heat which is imparted to the tube 8 by the combustion of the spirit of wine burning in the annular vessel 28, overheats the gas mixture before it) arrives has burned their 10 and makes the ignition of the latter easier.
From the moment the burner 10 is ignited, the heat which it gives off is sufficient to heat the tube 11 of the vaporizer as well as that of the vertical tube 8. The vaporization of the oil in the tube 11 will therefore be effected by the heat developed. by the burner, we will let the spirit of wine contained in the container burn until it goes out then we will let the lamp work by its own heat by simply adjusting the flow of the petroleum vapors by means of the knurled knob 19 and the rod metallic 18.
The shape and dimensions of the lamp which is the subject of the invention may differ from what they are shown in the accompanying drawing.
