Description

  

  Vorrichtung zur Verhütung des Sich-Ballens     bezw.        Sich-Verwickelns    der     Faden     an     Hingspinn-    und     Ringzwirnmaschinen.       Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine       Vorrichtung    zur Verhütung des Sich-Ballens       bezw.        Sich-Verwickelns    der Faden an Ring  spinn- und     Ringzwirnmaschinen.     



  Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus  führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes  dargestellt, und zwar zeigt:       Fig.    1 eine Seitenansicht desselben mit  teilweisem Schnitt,       Fig.    2 eine Draufsicht dazu.  



  Die gezeichnete und beschriebene Vorrich  tung weist ein ringförmiges     Fadenführungs-          organ   <I>a</I> auf, das über dem     Spinnrir;g   <I>d,</I>       bezw.    über dem (nicht gezeichneten) Läufer  angeordnet ist. Das Organ a besitzt einen       ,Arm        %;    der mit einem Schlitz versehen ist,  der zur Aufnahme einer Schraube l dient,  mittelst welcher das Organ a an einem     mit-          telst    einer Kopfschraube auf die Ringtraverse  e befestigten Träger i befestigt ist.

   Der  Träger i ist als Bügel ausgebildet, dessen  einer Schenkel einen Schlitz aufweist, der  zur Befestigung des Träger an der Ring  tiaverse e dient und dessen anderer Schenkel    als Gabel ausgebildet ist, an welcher mittelst  der Schrauben l die     Fadenführungsorgane    a  befestigt sind. Zwecks Einführung des Fadens  sind die Organe a mit Schlitzen s versehen.  



  Die beschriebene Vorrichtung dient ausser  zur Verhütung des     Sich-Ballens    der Faden  auch gleichzeitig zum Reinigen des Läufers  von an demselben sich ansammelnden Garn  fasern.

  The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention, specifically showing: FIG. 1 a side view of the same with partial section, FIG. 2 a plan view thereof.



  The device drawn and described has an annular thread guide element <I> a </I>, which above the spinning pin; g <I> d, </I> and. is arranged above the (not shown) runner. The organ a has a, arm%; which is provided with a slot which serves to receive a screw 1, by means of which the organ a is fastened to a carrier i fastened to the annular cross member e by means of a head screw.

   The carrier i is designed as a bracket, one leg of which has a slot which is used to attach the carrier to the ring tiaverse e and whose other leg is designed as a fork, to which the thread guide members a are attached by means of the screws l. In order to introduce the thread, the organs a are provided with slits s.



  The device described serves not only to prevent the thread from bunching up but also at the same time to clean the traveler of the same accumulating yarn fibers.
