Sodann erfolgt vorzugsweise in einem zweiten Ofen oder Ofenteil ein Grillen des Teiges, wobei die Grillwärme von unten auf den Teig gerichtet wird und die Pizzen mit Hilfe hitzedurchlässiger Beförderungsmittel wie Stahlbänder, Stahlgewebe oder dgl. durch diesen zweiten Ofen geführt werden.
