Description

Vorrichtung zum Verbinden einer Spiralfeder mit der Welle einer Unruh.
Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Vorrichtung zum Verbinden einer Spiralfeder mit der Welle einer Unruh, mit einem sowohl mit der Unruhwelle als auch mit der Spiralfeder lösbar verbindbaren Kupplungsteil. Bei einer bereits vorgeschlagenen Vorrichtung dieser Art ist der Kupplungsteil als im wesentlichen konisch gestaltete Hülse ausgebildet, auf deren verjüngtes Ende die innerste Windung einer Spiralfeder aufgeschoben und deren gegenüberliegendes Ende auf die Welle einer Unruh aufgesteckt wer

den kann. Das zum Aufschieben der Spiralfeder bestimmte verjüngte Ende der Hülse weist einseitig einen radialen Schlitz zur Aufnahme des einwärts gebogenen inneren Endes der Spiralfeder auf, doch wird dieses Ende der Spiralfeder im Schlitz nicht geklemmt. Das Aufschieben der Spiralfeder auf das konische Hülsenende ist umständlich und es besteht immer die Gefahr, dass die Stelle, ausserhalb welcher die Feder frei schwingen kann, nicht eindeutig bestimmt ist.
Es ist das Ziel vorliegender Erfindung, die erwähnten Nachteile dadurch zu beheben, dass der Kupplungsteil als Zange ausgebildet ist und dass Mittel zum Betätigen der Zange vorhanden sind. Die Zange gestattet, die Spiralfeder am einwärts gebogenen inneren Ende zu erfassen und damit eindeutige Verhältnisse für die Zählung zu schaffen. Durch die Mittel zum Betätigen der Zange wird das Einlegen des Spiralfederendes in die Zange und das Entfernen der Spiralfeder aus der Zange erheblich erleichtert. Vorzugsweise kann eine Auflagefläche für die Spirale vorgesehen sein, auf welche die Spirale vor dem Festklemmen ihres inneren Endes in der Zange aufgelegt werden kann, wodurch stets eine eindeutige Lage der Spiralfeder in der Zange sichergestellt ist und ausserdem das Arbeiten erheblich erleichtert wird.
Anhand der Zeichnung sind im folgenden ein Ausführungsbeispiel der erfindungsgemässen Vorrichtung und die Arbeitsweise mit dieser Vorrichtung erläutert.

Die dargestellte Vorrichtung weist einen Zangenhalter mit einer äusseren, ringartigen Metallplatte 1 mit einer kreisrunden Bohrung 2 sowie zwei halbkreisförmigen inneren Plattenteilen 3 auf, die mittels Madenschrauben 4 in der Bohrung 2 der Platte 1 befestigt sind. Die Platten 3 sind an den aneinanderliegenden, ebenen Flächen mit symmetrisch gegenüberliegenden Fräsungen versehen, die einerseits einen Führungskanal 5 rechteckigen Querschnitts für einen verschiebbaren Hebekeil 6 und anderseits eine rechtwinklig dazu stehende Bohrung oder Aufnahme 7 für die Zange 8 bilden. Der Querschnitt der Aufnahme 7 hat einen kreisrunden Mittelteil und gegenüberliegende rechteckige Fortsätze. Dieser Querschnitt entspricht dem Querschnitt des Zangenkörpers 9 der aus einer im wesentlichen zylindrischen Hülse mit zwei seitlichen Flügeln 10 besteht. Die Zange kann also nur in einer bestimmten Drehlage in die Aufnahme eingesetzt werden und wird in dieser Drehlage gehalten.
In der Aussenplatte 1 ist in der Fortsetzung des Führungskanals 5 ein Schlitz 11 entsprechender Weite vorgesehen, durch welchen der Keil 6 beim Zusammenbau des Gerätes eingeführt werden kann. Der Keil 6 ist auf einer Stange 12 befestigt, welche in einer die Plattenteile 1 und 3 durchdringenden Bohrung quer zur Axe der Zangenaufnahme 7 verschiebbar ist. In die beiden Bohrungsenden sind Gewindehülsen 13 und 14 eingesetzt, wobei die Gewindehülse 13 der Aufnahme und Abstützung einer auf das innere Ende der Stange 12 wirkenden Druckfeder 15 dient. Das durch die Hülse

14 herausragende Stangende ist mit einem Betätigungsgriff 16 versehen.
In einer im oberen Teil der Platten vorgesehenen Bohrung 17 ist ein Spreizdorn 18 verschiebbar angeordnet. Der Dorn weist einen Bund 19 auf, gegen welchen sich eine Druckfeder 20 abstützt und den Dorn normalerweise in der dargestellten äusseren Ruhelage ausser Eingriff mit der Zange 8 hält. Durch Druck gegen eine Taste 21 kann der Spreizdorn in die Zangenaufnahme eingeschoben werden.
Der Körper 9 der Zange ist mit einem Schlitz 22 versehen in welchen zwei symmetrisch geformte, die eigentliche Greifvorrichtung der Zange bildende Blattfedern 24 eingesetzt sind. Sie weisen beide einen eine Oese 23 bildenden Bogen auf. Das untere Ende des Zangenkörpers ist geschlitzt und mit einer Bohrung versehen, so dass es leicht auf das eine Ende einer Unruhwelle aufgesetzt werden kann.
Das Arbeiten mit der dargestellten Vorrichtung geht wie folgt vor sich:
Zuerst wird eine Zange 8 in die Zangenaufnahme 7 eingesetzt, wobei die in Fig. 1 dargestellte Eindringtiefe der Zange durch die Stange 12 bestimmt wird. Der Spreizdorn 18 wird, jetzt durch Druck gegen die Taste 21 nach links verschoben und dringt in die Oese 23 der Zange ein und spreizt deren Blattfedern 24. Zwischen die gespreizten Federn wird jetzt das innere Ende einer Spiralfeder eingelegt und dann die Taste 21 losgelassen, so dass dieses Federende festgeklemmt wird. Die Spiralfeder liegt dabei auf

den oberen Flächen der Plattentelle 3, welche somit eine Auflage für die Spiralfeder bilden.
Hierauf wird die Stange 12 mittels des Griffs 16 nach rechts verschoben, wobei der Keil 16 der Stange 12 unter die Zange greift und sie anhebt. Die Zange kann nun mit einer Pinzette er-fasst und auf das eine Ende einer Unruh welle aufgesetzt werden. Es erfolgt nun die erste Zählung in bekannter Weise. Die Spiralfeder wird sodann auf die erforderliche Länge gekürzt, die Zange wird von der Unruhwelle entfernt und in die Aufnahme 7 eingesetzt, und schliesslich wird die Zange durch Eindrücken des Spreizdorns geöffnet. Die Spiralfeder wird jetzt entfernt und zur zugehörigen Unruh gelegt. Die Vorrichtung ist damit wieder in dem in Fig. 1 dargestellten Zustand, in welchem eine neue Spiralfeder in die Zange eingesetzt werden kann.
Die dargestellte Vorrichtung kann leicht an eine bestehende Zählmaschine, insbesondere die unter der Bezeichnung "Spiro-matic" bekannte Zählmaschine angebaut werden.
